What are some Safe MSI CLOCK settings?

Question

Im using an G-Force FX 5200 and was wondering what i should have my settings at.   (babeling) I play several different games from GTA 3 And ViceCity, older Flight Simulators. NHL games, NFS UG2 and yadayada.  I cant find any profiles for any one of these games (what gives?) (end of babeling)
The thing is, in my MSI CLOCK settings the CoreClock is set as follows 2D 250MHz   3D 250MHz    MemoryClock  400MHz   and D.0.T is at Captain(3)
what should these settings be at (what would yall recommend?) for the best experience?  
my system stays cool under all conditions so far, HDD 45  50max    CPU 33 max    AGP isn't being registered.     Im not actually looking at wanting to OC so much that it F*#&'s up on me though  just enough to get a good kick out of my card.
any help?  it would be great.
and about the babeling up there   are there any application profiles out there other then the 20 or so i have as default?

I tried 3dMark03 which shows to me some really sad performance.  I disable and set some of the display settings for Performance rather then quality wich only gave me a couple of frames in difference.  Here are the 2 results so far.

I dont really think that these results are something to be proud about.
Obviously having a lower resolution gave me better performace, but what is it that really needs to change so that i can get some real FPS durring gameplay.  (640x420 ? i hope not)
