What behavior will do on Jclient app when AM lock mode set to LOCK_NONE

Does anyone know the Jclient beavior will change when we setting application module transaction lock mode to "LOCK_NONE" ? the different between Optimisitic and Pessimistic is we want know ?
please kindly help us.

JClient does not have anything to do with this, its purely a BC functionality.The default setting is pessimistic locking, but the recommendation is to set it to optimistic.
Pessimistic Locking
Locks are automatically placed upon the underlying row immediately before the first client change is made. This is the default style for Application Modules. Represented by the constant Transaction.LOCK_PESSIMISTIC.
Optimistic Locking
Locks are automatically placed upon the underlying row during the "save to database" logic. Represented by the constant Transaction.LOCK_OPTIMISTIC.
Explicit Locking
Locks are manually placed, at the correct point in time, by explicit calls from the client. If no lock calls occur, then only the database locks, obtained when the rows are flushed to the server, are obtained. Represented by the constant Transaction.LOCK_NONE.

The phone will automatically re-appear when it connects to the Internet. However, don't get your hopes up, as thieves know this & will make sure your phone never re-connects so you can locate it.

What's best architecture for DAQmx app with two operational modes?

I have an architectural question. I am writing an application which takes measurements from a custom sensor which has two modes of operation: 1) idle mode where two voltages are sampled slowly, run through a transform, and then the result is plotted such that the user can see the idle state of the sensor; 2) a testing mode where the user defines a testing time of some number of seconds then hits 'Go' and records high-speed acquisition for the specified number of seconds (with some sort of simultaneous real-time plotting) and then writes the data out to a file. I am trying to use the 'Top Level Application using Events" VI template but have run into issues with the VI not responding to UI clicks when in an event case...I got around **some** of these issues but now I am stuck because I can't get the app to register an abort button click when in testing mode. I think I am missing something when it comes to events as LabVIEW defines them. (I'm a .NET programmer) My basic question is what is the best top-level VI architecture to use for something like this? I don't want to go down the wrong path and have to re-write the whole thing...
**I did come up with a seemingly neat way to get a tab control to switch tabs from inside an event case...I look at the X, Y coordinates of a mouse click and if it is within one of the tab selector zones at the top, left of the control I programmatically swith to the corresponding tab...seems like there should be an easier way but it works.

I think that the best would probably be a producer consumer type architecture with events. You can do a search in the example finder and find a good one. As for the events not responding, you probably just need to uncheck the check box for disabling the front panel until the event finishes. You will find this at the bottom of the dialog box for the event structure.

Will I ever find my IPAD when in lock mode?

Is it possible to Locate my IPAD if I have it in security lock mode AND have just inabled the Lost Mode?

I'm questioning this line of thinking. How can it reach a wifi network while it is locked? Nearly all wifi connections require either a password or the user to click an 'accept' screen. There would be handful of password protected wifi network that the iPad already knows about but it is unlikely the thief would be near any of those.
Apple doesn't say if it 'phone home' when a user connects it to iTunes to reset it. They do say iTunes will require your Apple ID password. At that point the thief likely realizes they stole a 'brick' and throws it in a dumpster.
Is my logic flawed? If so please let me know.

My husband has an iPhone 5 but he has never had his own Apple ID. I want to create one for him - but what will happen to his apps when I make the change on his phone? will he have to re-download them all and re-pay for them (if not free?)

I guess I don't think it's smart for him to "share" my ID - but am afraid of what I'll do to his phone (apps, really) if I go into the phone and change him to a new ID.

If you want seperate accounts for managing apps and purchasing content, basically yes, you need two account and would need to repurchase. However, if you just want seperate ID for iMessgae, icloud and such, you can do that and still continue sharing the same Id for apps and itunes.

Hi Anand,
Your Question is quite wide in range and I am agree the other answers too. I would like to talk about your second question first because it will depend upon the first one.
When we creating a fresh table without specified any primary key it is called "Heap" table. A Heap table is not containing clustered index but it can non-clustered index (but not automatically we have
to create explicitly). It means the data is not in order and we have to apply ORDER BY clause to short the data. Heap structure is not good for big tables which requires filtration frequently.
When we create a table without specifying primary key, then none of indexes created on table. but if we specify primary key then it will create a clustered index with it. It means it is now physically
shorted. But It doesn't guarantees that if you fire SELECT statement then It will fetch record in same order (It seems but it is not) because the RDBMS is based on "SET THEORY" and it doesn't guarantee the shorting order or records.

I cannot join the cloud until I update my software but there is a warning about losing apps, etc, for versions less than 4.3.3 when updating to ios5. Anyone know more about this?

You backup to iTunes. You have to use your computer in order to update so I assume that you are using iTunes.
What you should do anytime that you update the device is to transfer purchases from the iPad into iTunes - File>Transfer Purchases - and you should backup the iPad as well. When you update the update the device, if something goes wrong, you can restore from the backup.
However, iTunes should ask if you want to backup before you update, but just in case create the backup yourself before you update. The backup contains your app data and settings - along with other items - so make sure you backup first.
If you have any other important files, you may want to transfer them to your computer as well, prior to the update.

Will I lose my apps when I synch up??

I bought my son the latest version ipod touch for xmas and he has about 30 apps on it and my hd crashed and i didnt have his apps or songs backed up. now when i reinstalled itunes and then ofcourse there are no apps or songs in itunes now and when i connect up with ipod touch is there a way i can transfer all his apps to itunes without losing them? when i synch ipod touch to itunes all his apps appeared to go into itunes but they were all lighten and when i went to put a ck mark in synch all apps a box came up and said i would lose all apps i think on ipod.

So I was trying to fix it by touching the screen and it spazzed out and bought it and a free one. I deleted it before it downloaded but I'm pretty sure they still charged me because it's in my purchases. To disable Zoom double-tap the screen with three fingers.
Go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Zoom and turn this OFF.

What happens to ratings and colour codes when Aperture is reinstalled?

My iMac has developed all sorts of faults and I think it's time to clean up, wipe the hard drive and reinstall the operating system and apps. My Aperture library is quite large and the photos have all been painstakingly categorised using the colour codes within aperture. I copy the Aperture library to an external hard drive but will I lose all my colour codes, metadata and stuff? I'm sort-of hoping that the newly reinstalled Aperture will import all my photos with all the ratings, album structure and stuff.
Any ideas or advice?

As long as the originals in the library are managed, that is located in the library, and not referenced then yes that is all you will need to do. When you have everything set to go the easiest way to have Aperture open this library is to double click on the library, this will cause Aperture to open it and make it the default library.
However as Léonie has alluded to this may not clear up the problems you are having. What is the model of the Mac you are using, how much memory is installed and how big is and how much free space is there on your system drive and what OS version are you running?
Perhaps there are less drastic measures you can take to clear up the problems.
