What do I do if I bought a song on itunes and now when I go to play it it won't play the whole song?

I bought a song on itunes and now when I go to listen to it it plays through about 20 seconds of the song and then it just skips to the next song. At first I thought there was something wrong with my ipod so I tried plugging it into my lap top but the same thing happens on my lap top. How do I get it to play the whole song?

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Delete the song and redownload it by

All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

in the iPhoto preferences ==> accounts delete your e-mail account and reenter it

IMHO the better solution is to set Apple mail as the email client in the iPhoto preferences

Login (in iTunes) to your account, in the pref's is a button to "report problem"
Use it and tell them.
They'll let you download again.

TS2972 I just updated all of our computers to itunes 11 and now when we try to use our home sharing, we can't import songs. What happened to the easily located "import song" feature? I wish now that I wouldn't have updated to the new itunes 11.

solved the issue today. first sync with itunes, so all the stiff you bought on the mobile will be backuped.
1. uncheck sync music in itunes and sync. all the music will be erased from mobile device
2. check music player on the mobile device. just the unwanted songs will still be there
3. go on the iphone to settings, general, usage, music player. there is just a few mb from the remaining unwanted songs. swipeleft and erase the content. switch iphone off and on again
4. repeat step 2. there will be no data. otherwise repeat step 3
5. check sync music in itunes and sync. all the music will be back again but not the unwanted songs.

have you tried to reset it? hold down the sleep and home key until the silver apple comes up. Let it restart. It's the equivalent of 'control-alt-delete' and sometimes fixes glitches.

If you have not done so already, delete the movie from your iTunes library and then try to download it again to see if it plays again. If that does not resolve the issue, then report it to the iTunes Store.

I bought my iPad in america and now when I was given a gift card from England and I cannot use it on iTunes or AppStore

Is there anyway I can change the AppStore and iTunes to English ?

You will have to change the country on your account by entering the information for your residence and credit card in England, then set the store to the store in England:

You need the Apple ID. If it's not new, go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings and create an Apple ID
