What do I do if someone is hacking into my Game Center so I can't play clash of clans anymore because only one person can play at one time? I changed the password but soon discovered it didn't help. I want to play Clash of clans but every so often the person comes back on. is there a way for Game Center to log off all the accounts, so the hacker will be gone?

Have you given your information to anyone?   Family, friend?
Did you have another device with Game Center on it?   Did you give a new owner of a device any passwords?
Do you share apple account with a family member?
Do you have a rescue email set up in your Apple account, with security questions?
I suggest you set up a new email account, write everything down and keep it in a safe place.
New email account and password. Not so easy that it can be hacked.
In your iTunes account on the computer. Login and change security questions, password and rescue email.
Again, make sure your password is not easy to guess.   Same with security questions.
Write it all down and keep it somewhere safe.
I recommend a password keeper called Enpass.   You can store 10 cards with user names, passwords, notes and account numbers in the free version.
Then you only have to remember one complicated password to open Enpass and retrieve your information.
If all else fails, contact apple support.

You should consider enabling two-factor verification on your Apple ID, to further protect it. Without doing that, it's entirely possible that a hacker who gains access to your account in the future could take control of your Apple ID away from you entirely.
You also should consider whether any confidential information might be stored in iCloud. If you have made the mistake of putting a list of passwords in the Notes app, for example, that list should be considered compromised, and all passwords should be changed (and removed from the Notes app).
If you used the same password as your old iCloud password for other accounts, you need to change the password on all those accounts.
You should also alert your contacts that your e-mail was compromised, so that they are cautious about trusting any attachments supposedly coming from you. Keep in mind that the spammer can continue to "spoof" your e-mail address on the From line of new e-mail messages, even without access to your e-mail account.

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.

Someone, somehow has got the password to your AppStore account, downloaded an app using your account, and you have Automatic Downloads turned on in your iPad.
First thing is to login to your AppleID/AppStore account and change the password to something VERY secure and don't share it with anyone.
Then contact iTunes Support and tell them what happened.

Any device signed into that appleid will send / receive messages. I send from my mac, it shows on my iphone and ipod simultaneously. Someone replys to my message and all the devices get the responses. Don't share appleids if you don't want to share personal info.

So my friend got hacked and the guy who hijacked her account stays loged in to her account, and even if when she changes all her Game Center and apple account info it doesn't log the hacker out of her account...
So what can she do..? Please help us it's really important and urgent!

I'm wondering what games are compatible with game center. I don't just want the recommended games for me (like the default setting is). I want an app store category dedicated to Game Center. Does this exist?

How hard is it to look at the game description to see if it uses GC ?? Virtually all that have scoring do.
Then again, you never bothered to even look in the App Store to see whether there was a GC section, and spent more time posting here than it would have taken to find out for yourself.

When I went to log into my computer in the middle of the evening, my user ID picture had changed.
I had not made any updates to my computer that night, but I had put Verizon Support on my new iPhone 5S. Verizon states nothing would have caused a changed in my computer.

You mean it reverts to set one when you changed it to another or does it change to different ones each time?
There is the Apple Menu > System Preferences > Desktop and ScreenSaver > Desktop
which you can set it to a folder of images and it goes through them either sequentially or randomly.
If you set a particular one desktop picture and it changes when you log out/in or reboot, then that's a corrupt System Preference.plist file

Have you checked the purchase history on your acocunt via the Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) drop-down menu option on your computer's iTunes ?
