What Windows Version to Purchase

Question

I have an iMac4,1, Intel Core Duo, and not sure of the correct Windows 7 version to purchase to use with Boot Camp, 32 or 64 bit to load on my imac. I had Windows Vista loaded about 2 years ago, tried to increase the partition size and was never able to recover, so have not used in that time frame. I now need Windows again so I need to purchase Windows again, so I guess I will go with 7. Best place to purchase?

And your iMac 4.1 is a Early 2006 iMac.
As I posted Apples BootCamp 3.x Drivers do not support 2006 iMacs for Windows 7 installation, but also that some around here had success in doing it nonetheless by copying the content of the BootCamp Driver package to thir WIndows partition and starting the driver installation manually.
But the mileage on this might vary for you.
