When I go into Facebook the screen shows a blank screen with a blue Facebook bar at the top but I can't do any thing

On my iPad mini the Facebook app doesn't work, when I tap the app the scree shows the blue Facebook bar at the top but the rest of the page is white

Hi Alice,
First, close the Facebook app. Double-click the Home button. The screen will  change to show you "cards" of running apps. Swipe up on the app's card to force close the app.
Then, hold the Sleep/Wake AND Home button down on your iPad for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple Logo on the black screen. The let go of the buttons. This resets the iPad. Once it boots back up, try launching Facebook again.
If this doesn't work, there could be a network glitch preventing the app to load. You could reset network settings on your iPad (Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings). You'll need to re-add your WiFi network after the reset. If all else fails, reinstall the Facebook app.
