When I tap on my Safari app. the iphone screen goes to a black blank screen. It has some stuff at the top like verizon 3g the time battery life. Whats wrong with it? Thats the only sceen doing it.

. it started doing it right after I tapped on a screen that was all light blue with a circle with an arrow pointing towards the rigth hand side of screen. i had just been using the safari app search engine when this happen. How do I get the internet back.

Reset the PRAM
Reinstall the operating system from the dvd (you will not loose your data)

First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
Finally, if the Restore doesn't work, let the battery drain completely. Then recharge for at least an hour and Restore again.

your 101 error timers are problematic.
you only code for one of the error timers and, while there is an index (count), you don't use it for anything meaningful.
bottomline: i can't feature any reason for there to be more than 1 error timer except to introduce additional complexity and memory use.

Hey, last night after my phone died it refused to charge or even signal the battery picture which is usually what pops up when it has run out of battery life, whats wrong?

I've used various charger with my phone due to the fact that my original one broke and it's hard to get a hold of a real apple cable, So last night it ran out of battery and refused to charge anymore ( this was the third time it ran out of battery). It didn't react to any of the botton, it didnt even signal me with the whole " i need you to charge me " picture. later that night i decided to check on it and it signaled the picture so i plugged it in with the cars charger and it worked, my phone charged perfectly fine it turned on and worked okay. and this moring the whole senerio stared up again except now it won't charge at all i found an original Apple charger, i plugged into the computer, car, and house outlet and no response from the phone at all. I also I don't have the cable which charged my phone last night in the car it belonged to a friend and my phone still has no response to any bottons....

If you have one try using a different charger lead, adapter or plug socket. If that fails it may be that the charger port is broken. I had the same problem with my ipad but it was within warranty and I got it replaced at an apple store

sending or receiving from a desktop email client?
logging on at icloud.com?
if using a desktop email client, which one, on which platform?
do you get any error messages?
if so, what do the error messages say?
if you're using icloud.com, what version of what browser are you using?
what have you done so far to troubleshoot the issue (apart from saying "doesn't work)?

What's with all of the squares of text that pop up?

I just bought my first mac in over 4 years. What is with all of the pop ups? I disabled the tool tips in Firefox, but I still get white boxes that pop up at the oddest times. What can I do to disable them? Some of them seem to be connected to Flash Player.
Thanks in advance for any help you can give me. They're driving me crazy! I'm running Lion.

Can you tell if these are generated by the browser (i.e. ads or browser-specific tooltips), or are they generated by the operating system or component, such as Java?
I unfortunately don't have an answer for you, but I am using Safari, and I get random Java po-up windows causing anything full-screen to jump back to normal view, etc. If you're having the same issues as I am, then I'd be happy to get an answer as well. I've updated to the latest OS release from Apple, updated my Java, flash, etc. I'm still getting pop-up windows. The windows, however, close by themselves. They pop up for only a second or so, and then close.

Occasionally ill try downloading an App through my Macbook Pro 13.5 & it directs me to iTunes to be downloaded. So, I go to iTunes and download the App I need. For instance, Amazon. I go into 'My Apps' in iTunes and try clicking on one of my DL Apps, but nothing happens. I am due for an upgrade from that software and also an upgrade for iTunes as well, but that shouldn't be the problem. I've tried everything on my end to troubleshoot. Once you download an iOS app, you cannot run that app from the computer. That can only be run from an iOS device. You cannot download Mac Apps from the iTunes App Store, those are downloaded from the Mac App Store. Two different places. If you want a Mac app that will run on your Mac, you need to download that from the Mac App Store. iTunes App Store only has iOS apps that work on iOS devices, iPhone, iPad, or iPod.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
If your problem persists get yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
Reconnect the power cable (only for Apple TV 3)
Open iTunes.
Select your Apple TV in the Devices list, and then click Restore.
(You may already have a micro USB cable if you have a camera or other digital device)

Do you have one, two or more entries in the left colum of Mail.app for your mail server(s)? That is, do you have your Mail.app set up with either a btinternet entry, with a btyahoo entry, or both? Or more?
I'm guessing that you might have one account (btyahoo?) listed for incoming (IMAP server) mail, and with the outbound (SMTP server) mail is configured and named btinternet.
Based on what little I see posted, it looks like BT uses both btinternet and btyahoo, but I'm not exactly clear on how they have their stuff set up, and their web set gets helpful and tries to help configure my mail — I don't immediately see a single web page with the mail server set-up details. The BT email client set-up starts here.
