OK. OK. From these posts (adobelaurie & mytaxsite, mainly), I am gathering the following - 1. there is no more backup, and the stupid pop-up while trying to log in will be the norm, 2. by the flash page, Adobe is 'pushing' (like a drug pusher) Elements 12 on me, 3. OK. While I am 'stuck' with Elements, I will just go straight to the Edit section of my Ele. 9. If it is no longer being synch'd, how can I delete the Organizer section of Ele. 9? I went to Purchases and it worked from there having had the same problem you describe.

Hi -- I'm using Joomla to develop a website. When I try to use the editor, I get the message that cut & paste are not available. I am directed to instructions to edit the user.js file. I found the file in xhpnmg5i.default and then inserted the various 'user_pref' lines as instructed changing the site name to "http://localhost". This made no difference whatsoever so I downloaded an add on called allow clipboard helper. Looks great but how do you use it? There's nowhere on the screen that allows you to start the program. I've spend most of the day trying to do something that I'm surprised an open source program doesn't just let me do. HELP

Uninstall the program then download and reinstall - activate with the serial number from your Amazon purchase.

Unless you've recently attempted to downgrade iTunes this is probably a sign of a corrupt library file. See Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash.

You can try deleting the book and reinstall it. There is no reason why the book would be formatted incorrectly - assuming that you purchased this book from the iBooks Store .... And you are talking about the John Grisham novel correct?
Did you try just closing the iBooks app, restart the iPad and then try again? If you don't know how, this explains how to close an app.

If you used the same Apple ID as previously then you are using the same iCloud account.

I finally backed up the iPad to the laptop and deleted everything on the iPad and restored from back up. That cured the problem.
