When in Facebook, I get a Mazola firefox window pop up and says it has timed out. I can browse fine. I can't look at my friends list while playing Cityville.

I'm using Win7 64, the latest Fire Fox upgrade, I can't find which version it is. And where did the refresh button go? Fire Fox was fine the way it was, now I have to waste time tweaking all this.

The refresh button is on the far right side of your address bar as you can see in the screenshot as for Facebook it appears to be a new problem (last few hours) and I will post a solution as soon as I find one.

I use Microsoft Outlook for email, and every day, dozens and dozens of times per day, a blank white Firefox window pops up and says "There are no items to show in this view."

That’s all it says in the whole window that opens up. There doesn’t seem to be a specific thing I do that makes it happen and it doesn’t happen every single time I have it open, but pretty close. It seems to happen (most of the time) when I click on the “Today” or “Yesterday” (ect) tabs that organize the emails. But again, it doesn’t happen every time I do this – maybe 8 out of 10 times? It also does it when I just open my Outlook screen to look at it before I even do anything, and sometimes it just does it without even touching it. Also, pretty much every time I send an email it opens a couple pages up. It also doesn’t happen just once, it will open sometimes 5 – 10 of the same screen all at once. My IT person at work suggested deleting Firefox to see if it would stop and it didn't, it would just open up a window saying you have no Firefox so download it. I re-installed Firefox and it still does the same thing – mostly – except now it asks if I want to download the file instead of just opening that white Firefox screen. If I click yes it opens the same screen but it will still open sometimes 5 of those asking if I want to download it.

Microsoft published some articles about this error last year. It might not be the only cause, but can you forward it to your IT for consideration?

Edit: As a short-term workaround, what happens if you make IE your default browser? You can still use Firefox as your primary browser, but of course links and shortcuts from other applications or the desktop will open in IE.

This error message is inforrming you that you need to upgrade the version of iTunes on your computer (Mac/PC) not the version running in the phone.

I am not exactly sure why the menu did not detect the password change or if it was stored incorrectly after you changed it? But after storing the correct password you can manage any duplicate passwords in the password manager.[[Password manager - Remember, delete and change saved passwords in Firefox]]

When clicking the itunes icon on my left side of screen a window pops up and says i need to disable the compatability, I tried to do this from what it prompted me to do, but it still say problem unresolved

I keep getting the msg 'Firefox is already running...need to close out or restart...'; can't get it to reopen a window w/o restarting

During any session at my computer if I mistakenly close out Firefox and then need to reopen, I get the message that "Firefox is already running...need to close current (window)...or restart your system.." No matter what I do, I can't seem to reopen a Firefox browser window without restarting my computer. The same problem occurs when i leave my computer in Sleep mode for a few hours, and return for another session. I try to double click the desktop icon to open Firefox, and get the same message. Restarting my computer is the only way I am able to open a Firefox window.

When i use pogo, on the risk game for instance, when i click on a game room, a window pops up and immdediately reduces in size, this size only shows part of the battle screen; i have tried resetting the zoom feature, no luck.

i have seen this before on my home PC (on a lap top now) it is impossible for me to correct so i have to use IE to play pogo (i dont like IE it is slower) i click on a game, i go to a game room, and a window normally pops up showing the tables. normally i click on a seat and it takes me to a new window and the game board. NOW, when this first window pops up, it is aboout 1/4 size of my screen, but immediately reduces in size to about 1/6 of my screen. wnen the game loads, i cannot view the whole screen only part of the screen, as if it is zoomed in. I tried your suggestion and reset the zoom, no help.... i changed the zoom level manally.... no help.
this also happens in scrabble and most other games. it is related to the java i am sure, but it only happens on firefox. How do i correct this. I should have explained further. The game opens in a new window over to the upper left of my screen, leaving the original page underneath. I tried minimizing it so that I could get to my toolbar and did the View > Zoom > Reset. This has no effect. The lower portion of the game is still not showing. Using other browsers the window or frame of the game is much larger, therefore everything shows.
