Where do I report a potential bug that I found?
I found what I think is a bug and after collecting some screenshots and version information found that I could not report a bug with metalink because I don't have an Oracle Service Contract Id.
So where do I send my details?

Invalid Signature (how to report a (potential) bug ) ?
Hi,
we have a PDF document signed via our IE browser (CAPICOM).
When we open the document Acrobat (Professional) - version 8/9 - tells us the document has been modified since the signature was placed - which is of course not true.
When we open this in another product (Nitro Reader) this product accepts the signatures and tells us the document is valid.
We believe this could be a bug in Adobe Reader, so we can we open a "bug" report to get some help about this ?

The document we are having problems with is is a rather confidential one so I cannot publicly post it.
If you send me your email address I can send it to you so you can have a look.
We found out that with this document alone we had this issue.
Attached ( http://www.speedyshare.com/918325897.html ) you'll find another example of a PDF document signed via IE/CAPICOM (signature coming from a cardreader).
The CAPICOM has created a *detached* PKCS7 object but Adobe Reader refuses to validate it .
If we generate a sha1 PKCS7 object with CAPICOM the Adobe Reader accepts the signature (valid).
Any idea why ?
Are there no tools which give more isight in the reason why ADobe invalidates the signature ?

Bug that allows match to use cellular data even when turned off in settings?
Earlier today, I mysteriously incurred overage charges on my phone bill because 200MB of data was used while I was on my bicycle. My phone was in my bag. Before I left, I had tried to download an album to my phone from iTunes match cloud storage. It would not download, so I left. Cellular data was turned off in iTunes match settings. Has anyone encountered Match overriding that setting? All cellular data settings for the app store were off and I was not running any GPS function.
I have the exact same problem!
I'm using the iPhone 5 now under Carrier M1 Singapore 13.0 and I have noted that over a period of 2 weeks, my cellular data usage has been about 2.7GB on an average. Since I know my bill has been capped at 3GB, I have since switched off my cellular data.
However, when I switched it on for a few days after using it for awhile, my cellular usage jumped by 1.2GB in just 1 day! And I used it as I would on an average day (like during an average day in the 2 weeks)!
I understand that there have been reports of a bug that have caused this problem in the US.

I bought an application, the Translator with voice and does not work at all. I consider that is so pooly develop that is near a fraud. Where should I report it? Out of all imputs That I tried none was translated appropiate.
If it's not working as described then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

Got my iphone 4s today but the camera has a bug that i cant find reported anywhere
Got my iphone 4s today but the camera has a bug that i cant find reported. When i take a picture or filming the camera screen shows the buttons in landscape mode( the buttons are at the bottom in landscapemode instead of the bottom end of the phone) and the object i am filming shows up 90 degrees rotated. If i hold the phone in landscapemode the object moves 90degrees rotated too. In i pan the phone the image on the screen goes up and down insted. Very weird.
But when i check the video there is nothing wrong with the movie. Please help....Contact Apple and inform them you have AppleCare +. If your phone is working correctly they may or may not replace it, only they can anwer that question.

If I install lion on my Mac, will it fix the bugs that I have from tiger?
I have some small bugs that have crept into my system in the last little while, and am not positive on where they came from. One that I just found is themes in iPhoto are missing or not available. If I was to install lion on my Mac, would it possible fix these little bugs, or do I have to do something mo intense than this. I am no where near an expert on the Mac, so I don,t want to get into searching through folders to find out what the bugs might be, hoping that installing lion would be an easy fix for this.
No. iPhoto is not included with OS X. Furthermore, if you have a system not working properly then upgrade it to a newer OS X version you will likely introduce more or worse problems. I would repair the drive and permissions then consider some maintenance alternatives.
Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions
Boot from your Tiger Installer disc. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the installer.
If DU reports errors it cannot fix, then you will need Disk Warrior and/or Tech Tool Pro to repair the drive. If you don't have either of them or if neither of them can fix the drive, then you will need to reformat the drive and reinstall OS X.
Kappy's Personal Suggestions for OS X Maintenance
For disk repairs use Disk Utility. For situations DU cannot handle the best third-party utilities are: Disk Warrior; DW only fixes problems with the disk directory, but most disk problems are caused by directory corruption; Disk Warrior 4.x is now Intel Mac compatible. TechTool Pro provides additional repair options including file repair and recovery, system diagnostics, and disk defragmentation. TechTool Pro 4.5.1 or higher are Intel Mac compatible; Drive Genius is similar to TechTool Pro in terms of the various repair services provided. Versions 1.5.1 or later are Intel Mac compatible.
OS X performs certain maintenance functions that are scheduled to occur on a daily, weekly, or monthly period. The maintenance scripts run in the early AM only if the computer is turned on 24/7 (no sleep.) If this isn't the case, then an excellent solution is to download and install a shareware utility such as Macaroni, JAW PseudoAnacron, or Anacron that will automate the maintenance activity regardless of whether the computer is turned off or asleep. Dependence upon third-party utilities to run the periodic maintenance scripts had been significantly reduced in Tiger and Leopard. These utilities have limited or no functionality with Snow Leopard or Lion and should not be installed.
OS X automatically defragments files less than 20 MBs in size, so unless you have a disk full of very large files there's little need for defragmenting the hard drive. As for virus protection there are few if any such animals affecting OS X. You can protect the computer easily using the freeware Open Source virus protection software ClamXAV. Personally I would avoid most commercial anti-virus software because of their potential for causing problems.
I would also recommend downloading the shareware utility TinkerTool System that you can use for periodic maintenance such as removing old log files and archives, clearing caches, etc. Other utilities are also available such as Onyx, Lion Cache Cleaner, CockTail, for example.
For emergency repairs install the freeware utility Applejack. If you cannot start up in OS X, you may be able to start in single-user mode from which you can run Applejack to do a whole set of repair and maintenance routines from the commandline. Note that AppleJack 1.5 is required for Leopard. AppleJack 1.6 is compatible with Snow Leopard. There is no confirmation that this version also works with Lion.
When you install any new system software or updates be sure to repair the hard drive and permissions beforehand. I also recommend booting into safe mode before doing system software updates.
Get an external Firewire drive at least equal in size to the internal hard drive and make (and maintain) a bootable clone/backup. You can make a bootable clone using the Restore option of Disk Utility. You can also make and maintain clones with good backup software. My personal recommendations are (order is not significant):

A potential bug on the new feature (12c) of Identity Column?

I am testing a newly introduced feature of Identity Column in Oracle 12c. I used EclipseLink (JPA) to access the database.
I may have found a potential bug with this feature. I am getting "ORA-30667: cannot drop NOT NULL constraint on a DEFAULT ON NULL column" when I try to insert a row. My code doesn't explicitly drop "NOT NULL" constraint.
When I delete all the tables under the user and re-define the user and the tables, the error disappear.

Where can I get a digital certificate that I can use with Adobe Acrobat that does not require a USB hardware key?
I have been able to sign PDF documents with Adobe Acrobat versions 6 and 9 with my code signing certificate. When I use my code signing certificate Acrobat says the validity of the document certification is unknown.Per existing standards (RFC 5280) code signing certificates may not be used for signing. For a number of versions Acrobat had a bug that ignored this requirement. Starting with version 11.0.07 Acrobat (and Reader) enforces this requirement.

When the system status says icloud is OK but logon reports "encountered an error when connecting to the server", where do you report the problem, or how do you connect?
Yes i am hoping staff here will look into things, even if i can not get the speeds back what i previously had for near 6 months it would be nice to know why i can not and why the download has dropped by around 10Mb and why my upload is now inconsistant.
Ironically the post concerned got edited because i actually posted the full rather silly reply the Indian call centre made babbling on about down rates rather than the uprate i queried with them.
Bit of a shambles really no real way on BTs web site to contact anyone with regards to broadband issues.
The form which you kindly suggested and i appreciated your help ended up in the hands of someone who either did not bother to read the query or just had such a poor grasp of English they did not understand the query.
Pretty pathetic really when BT are the largest telco in the UK. I think ill be taking my broadband business elsewhere regardless at the end of my 18 month contract, while im sure staff here are wonderful and may even yet help me, i do not particularly want to go through the almost like pulling teeth pain of getting any future issue looked at.
They are great at quickly fixing voice line problems and have a great test on their site. Broadband side of things and support for that though seems a shambles.
