Where is the direct download page for Ps CC? CC webpage will not download and install the app. Ps CC does not appear in CC Desktop.
Win 7 Home Premium. Photoshop CC was crashing constantly and some features would not work properly. I uninstalled and now cannot get it to reinstall from the CC Website, Photoshop CC does not appear in the CC Desktop app. In the past I have been directed to a page where I could directly access the download, but I cannot find that page.

Unable to use iTunes for about a month on my PC
Have PC with windows 7 (64)
Own an iPad2, which is working with no problems
When I try to install iTunes it repeatedly fails via "Roll back" Tells me to reinstall, which does not work.
Tried latest update iTunes 11, same problem
Prepared to uninstall iTunes and start all over again, but how do I do this?hi mate i think i may have just solved this for you. had the same problem as you, i uninstalled all apple products and quicktime and safari, did a disk clean up and deleted old restore points(might not need to but did it anyway) downloaded itunes from explorer and managed to install the new itunes 11 wooohooooo hope this helps buddy

Recently, I noticed that my iPhone5, iPad 3 and iPod Touch 4th Gen stopped backing up to the iCloud automatically despite ALL of them doing so previously, without a single problem. A few weeks ago I bought a Macbook Pro and I backed up all 3 devices to it a couple times (and they still backed up to the iCloud by themselves without a problem). A few days ago, I noticed that ALL 3 OF THEM stopped backing up to the iCloud automatically. Around the same time, I backed them up to my Mac and I also downloaded the iOS6 update. I'm not sure what is wrong. Has anybody else experienced this type of problem? I'm NOT very familiar with MAC computers as this is my first one and I've been learning a lot as I go. I don't know if I did something in the setting's of iTunes when I backed the devices up that could have caused the decives to stop backing up to the iCloud automatically. I did notice on my previous laptop (a Gateway) and on this one (the MacBook Pro) that on each device, I had to go into "Setting's" on each device and turn the "iCloud Backup" back to the "On" position! That was right after I backed them up to each computer. I attempted to fix it yesterday by adjusting the setting's in iTunes, but nothing worked. If anyone can help, I would sincerely appreciate it. Thank you!!!
Ok, I can try those things this afternoon. I have to leave now and won't be able to try for several hours. I'll let you know how things turn out. Thank you again. Also, I am not sure what DNS Setting's are regarding the router and how to change them. Thank you again for trying to help me with this. One side note. I noticed yesterday on another post regarding this topic, a man said he changed his iCloud email from one to another. I have two. One is and @me.com address and one is an @icloud.com address. I switched them around the other day. One device had @me.com as the one the email one be sent from (I think that was the phone) and I believe the iPad 3 had @iCloud.com as the other. Well, I switched them both to @icloud.com. In the post I mentioned a man said that he did that to his, and it worked. That was a few days ago and this was around the same time I began noticing the devices not synching to iCloud like they should. Right now I have for the iCloud email account (on both the iPhone and the iPad) @iCloud.com as the setting that any emails from that account would be sent from and the @me.com is also turned to the "On" position on both devices. I figured that if I'm sending an email from an iCloud account it should say "@iCloud.com" after it rather than "@me.com" after it. I just did that so everthing was the same on both devices and out of personal preference. No other reason really as I don't ever use the account to email anyone and have never given either address to anyone. Only Apple has them and they sent a couple things initially and I never receive anything on that account (for the most part). Ocasionally I get something from Apple and that's a rarity. I don't know if that may factor in at all or not. It did for one gentleman. Thank you randers4!

In older version, when I looked at page with photos, when I put cursor over picture, a box would appear offerring options like save, etc. With 5 doesn't appear. How do I save particular photos as jpg,
Doesn't work. Doesn't save the picture as a jpg file. It was so simple before. I reopened my old version of firefox, but something's happened and the option box doesn't appear on that either. I want to be able as I was before to choose a picture on a page, name it, and save it as a jpg to a folder. And when I open it, I want it to open in preview, not go to the internet.

We are having trouble getting our new IPAD2 to charge. We have hooked it up to our computer and no charge, we have used the outlet and still no charge. When we first connect it to an outlet it shows the battery but it immediately goes off and it is still at the same percentage hours later.
Do you have any suggestions as to what we need to do to get it charged?

ConnieTry resetting your iPad by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.
Then try to charge.
It should charge from the outlet but may not from a USB. Try a different cable or adapter. If you don't have one, take it all in to Apple... the adapter may be defective. You have a 1 year waranty. -

omgosh ! soooo frustrating everytime i download windows media player download complete box comes up & then i click on open and it says this file is not a movie ... so then i just clicked on the download after reading your suggestions and when done downloading my iphoto came up and it said this file cannot be supported .. am i supposed to have sum kind of software for apple ?? what am I doing wrong ?? I know that i have a mac os X ..omgosh sooo much stuff to learn on this thing ! i never know which way to go :o(

The issue is that your credit or debit card credentials must be associated with the same country where you reside in order to purchase iTunes content.

A download, iPhoto, Version 9.4.2, released November 2012; has been on my download page for three weeks. Despite a half dozen attempts to install it, it has never completed the download. Near the end it always says an error has occurred. What can I do? The unit onto/into which I am attempting to install this is a new MacBook Air.

I tried. It would not download. A drop down notice said an error had occurred and to return to the purchase page; which I have done on numerous occasions. (What I am to do on the purchase page I am not sure, other than to click on purchases and see that the same iPhoto download is available. By the way, this was not purchased. It just showed up with two other items free items, which did download nicely.)

I have pages 4.1 on my iMac and they tell me I have to download Pages for my iPhone to store in iCloud, etc; but when I go to the Apple Store to download via my iPhone it only gives me a Pages 1.6 or something like the version. ?

You have to contact a reseller and they will fix you up with a plan and verify your eligibility. That's just how it work. when you are eligible, the normal student pricing applies, give or take any extra discounts based on the number of licenses you buy, which would not apply in your case.
