Which table Embargo legal regulation on customs document can be found?

Hi,Expert:
Do you know in which table the embargo legal regulation on customs document item can be found? In table:/SAPSLL/LEGCON, there is no embargo legal regulation information.
Thanks

In our company, we have defined two embargo legal regualations, for instance,EMB01 and EMB02 which are determined according to the departuring country of sales item.
But I can not find a table in GTS which has the information regarding which embargo legal regulation is used on the sales item.In table:/SAPSLL/LEGCON, you can find the legal control related legal reguation but not embargo legal regulation.
I am not wondering if the embargo checking result are not stored in table at all but generated as a view when you check it.

Can you please help me in this regard .
No active legal regulations found for country US

    Hi Ram,
As the error message straight away tells , you need to activate Legal Regulation for Customs Management ( in standard case, it will be ACE) for US country through the below path:
SPRO-->SAP Global Trade Services-->Customs Management-->Activate Leagl Regulation for Customs Management at Country/Country Group level
In case of any further queries, please let me know it.

  • Custom Document & Custom Doc Legal Control Extraction into SAP BI

    Dear All,
After all the business content for GTS was activated in GTS and SAP BI, the following configuration steps were taken in GTS to extract this data into BI for
    reporting:
[1] Integration with Other mySAP.com Components > Data Transfer to the SAP Business Information Warehouse > General Settings > Maintain Control Parameters for Data Transfer [Used ECC as guide]
[2] Global Trade Services > General Settings > Organizational Structure > Control Settings at FTO Level for SAP NW Business Intelligence (BI)
Inserted new records missing when comparing to Assgmt of Feeder System Grouping Org.Units to LLS Org.Units table [/SAPSLL/TCOOGS]
Turned on BI Active flag for all records
[3] Global Trade Services > General Settings > Document Structure > Define Document Types for Application Areas
For each document type in all the folders, turned on ‘transfer to SAP Netweaver Business Intelligence Active’ flag where it was available to be turned on.
[4] Global Trade Services > General Settings > Document Structure > Define Item Categories for Application Areas
For  each item category in all the folders, turned on ‘transfer to SAP  Netweaver Business Intelligence Active’ flag where it was available to be turned on.
Focusing on custom document and custom document legal control extractors, the data comes from /SAPSLL/CUIT which contains 113K records in development, however, the amount of data extracted into BI is minimal.  So I have a few questions:
Did I miss any additional configuration swithces to extract into BI?
SAP Documentation: You have entered a unit of weight in the table for GTS: Control Settings at Foreign Trade Organization Level. This unit of weight must be the common unit of weight that you want to be used in strategic reporting in BI . The values in the fields for gross weight (WEIGR), net weight (WEINE) and unit of weight (WEIDI)
depend on the unit of weight you maintain at FTO level in the IMG for converting weights for SAP BIDoes each FTO need to be insert with different unit of measure?  ie FTO123 UoM = EA; FTO123 UoM = CS; FTO123 UoM = KG
Should all the data records from /SAPSLL/CUIT be extracted into Custom Document DSO [0SLL_DS01]? If no, why? If yes, refer to pt 1 and what am I missing?
SAP Documentation: Only data that belongs to the legal controls for the following legal regulations is transferred to BI:
    German Foreign Trade Laws
    Prohibitions and Restrictions
Other What is the significance of these legal controls that SAP has decided to only transfer this type into BI? If the client want additional legal controls, would it be possible to extract them into BI?
If anyone is currently using the std content for BI reporting, any assistance with my questions would be appreciated.
    Sincerely,
    Claire

    Hi Claire,
Your customizing looks correct. But the amount of data extracted depends on your condition you have defined during extraction(e.g. Creation Date)
Also in the coding only /SAPSLL/CUIT~ITSTA = space (Standard Item) and A (Item is allocated) is considered in 0SLL_CD_1.
You could find out reason by debugging to find out exact reason.
    T-code: RSA2 , Enter Data source : 0SLL_CD_1. Then click display.
Click Extract check ( Shift + F8 ) and put break point in coding FM : /SAPSLL/BW_GET_CD_1
    Best regards,
    Vincent

  • Compliance Document Multiple Legal Regulations

Export in the GTS Compliance Area....We know the FTO is based on the company code of the sales order.  And we know that the country of the shipping point or plant drives the legal regulations. However, can you have line items with different ship from countries in a document?
I mean normally the FTO represent downstream, the customs authority, like US, CA, etc.  But having line items with different ship from countries, therefore bringing in different legal regulations, does this make sense?  Does GTS allow this scenario?
    Regards, Dean.

Dave/Dean, the legal regs will be determined at both the item level - based on the country of origin of the shipping plant and the header level - based on the ship to partner/country of destination.  The FTO really only factors into which administrative unit preference would be done in, it doesn't factor into physical shipping location like legal determination does.
If you create a sales order with multiple plants, it will be the country of origin for each line, which can vary vs the destination country of the ship to partner (which will be constant for all lines) that determins which legal reg to draw on.  One thing to keep in mind is that while you can have multiple plants - or even multiple ship points within the plant(s) on a single sales order - there will always only ever be a one to one plant/ship point at the delivery level.  So even if you have items shipping out of the US and MX like in your scenario on one sales order, they will create as two distinct deliveries.  Those items will be determined separately based on however you have US-GE and MX-GE regs defined.  Should you only have a block on say MX-GE portion, the US based shipping department will be able to process their portion of the order regardless of the MX block.
In the example below you can see where I've created a sales order split between Canada and the US with each line shipping to CA.  I have materials set up within regs for each country to block orders for exports and domestic.  Lines 1 and 2 are US-CA with 4 and 5 being CA-CA.  In the log view you can see where the US line items are being determined against 4 US based regulations while the Canadian lines are only looking at the 2 Can based regs
Hopefully that helps a little bit.  It gets even muddier if you should want to bring Import controls into place as well and have to deal with POs vs Sales orders!

  • FI Partially cleared document which table get saved

    Hi,
I want to know in which table partially cleared documents regarding G/L , vendor and customer is saved?
    Thanks
    Parag

    Hi,
Initially the original document posted will be in the table BSIS ( eg for 12000). When a partial payment made against the original document , eg here (7000) also will be posted in BSIS, since it is only partially cleared. Now when we pay the balance ( here 5000) , for the same document , all the 3 documents wiill be moved to the table BSAS eg, the 12000, 7000, 5000, since it is fully cleared.

  • BSID Table Entries still reflecting the Customer's Cleared Documents

    Hi Experts,
We had a scenario where they have a 2 FI Document for 1 Customer still reflecting in the table BSID. This 2 Documents are the following in the FBL5N:
DocumentNo Bill.Doc.  Type Doc. Date  SG  DD  Amt in loc.cur. LCur    Amount in DC Curr. Text      Clrng doc. SpG/L
    BAL B/F    9999212371            Z2   25.12.2007             305,522.66  SGD      305,522.66  SGD         100029805
                     100029805             AB   25.12.2009             305,522.66  SGD      305,522.66  SGD          100029805
                     100029805             AB   25.12.2009             305,522.66- SGD      305,522.66- SGD         100029805
                     1600000101            DG   25.12.2009             305,522.66- SGD      305,522.66- SGD        100029805
Note: Doc Types: ZG - AR Migration; AB -Accounting Document; and DG - Customer Credit Memo
They already have the Clearing Document 1000029805 and cleared in FBL5N but they are still being reflected in table BSID. How is this possible? Is there a step for me to clear this and not reflect in table BSID?

    Dear:
Please check the date at which you are viewing it. This document may have been cleared in subsequent dates. Please check the document at some latter date. Generally when an invoice valuing 10000 USD is cleared at 17.06.2011 partially system behaves like
    Bank get debited  8000
    Customer gets credited 8000
and a partial document is generated for the balance amount 2000. This AB is shown open in BSID with reference to the invoice . This AB is now open at key date 17.06.2011. Now let us suppose this AB was cleared fully against a payment from customer DZ at 25.06.2011. It will now move to BSAD . 25.06.2011 is its clearing date. However if you view the customer balance at 20.06.2011 or any other date before 25.06.2011 in FBL5N or BSID it will be shown as open although it will show a clearing document attached to it but since you are viewing it in table or ledger at a date prior to its clearing date, it will be shown as open. Hope it will clear your ambiguity.

  • Customs Declaration - Legal Regulation incorrect

I believe there is an issue with how the legal regulation determined during creation of an export customs declaration.  My first thought, and from what I have read, the customs declaration legal regulation is determined based of the country where the goods are physically shipped.  However, in our situation it appears the determination happens based on the country of the foreign trade organization.  Can anyone else confirm this is the case?  I have been searching the OSS site for some documentation but apparently have been unable to find the right combination of search keys.
Our situation is this, we have a drop ship sales order where:
    Sales Org in ECC: Netherlands
    Supplying Plant:  United States
    Receiving Customer: Serbia
We expected that the customs declaration would have determined an US legal regulation (thus determining US HTS numbers) however, instead, the document determined an EU legal regulation and therefore EU HTS codes.  The Geography tab clearly shows the country of departure as US.  Does this seem wrong to anyone else?  Am I just not understanding the proper determination method for customs declarations?
I did debug and trace to ensure we are not overwriting this information anywhere during the transfer from ECC --> GTS, so I have ruled out code customization as an issue.  Any thoughts, comments would be appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Rachael

    Hi Rachael,
For the Export Declaration, GTS determines the Legal Regulation from the country of the Company Code of the Billing Document.
If that does not suit your purpose, you can over-write the data in the ERP BAdI /SAPSLL/IFEX_SD0C_R3.

  • Customs Declaration: determination of Legal Regulation

Hi, given that the determination of Legal Regs should be based on
    1Country,
    2Country of dep/country of dest,
3Country of dep/country group of dest,
    4Country group,
5Country group of dep/country of dest,
6Country group of dep/country group of dest,
On our system, using only country (no country groups are specified) the system only determines the legal regulation based on the country of the FTO which is wrong when you consider the FTO Austria selling goods from plant DE (and so legal unit)  to customer in CH.
    Here I would give
    Country of dep: DE
    Country of dest: CH
so under rule 1 (above) the system should look at DE - ATLAS
or under rule 2 DE and CH - ATLAS (we changed the config on legal reg determination)
However none of the above applies, it goes and considers the country of dep = AT (from the FTO!!)
Anyone else seen this? Anyone else fixed this?
    Cheers
    Philip

  • Which table for the field "Net due date" of customer line items?

    Hi All,
In which table could I find the field "Net due date" of customer line items?
    Thanks

I don't think there is a field for that.  In various SAP screens where you see this field, I think it is a calculated value (baseline date ZFBDT + days ZBD*T).

  • ADRNR number in BSEC table ( One time customer document )

    Hi
We are printing the customer master address details on AR forms with ADRNR field but this logic is not working for one time customer documents in BSEC if ADRNR filed is not available ( BLANK )
The ADRNR filed for one time customers documents in BSEC is not updating always but the same table  is getting updated with ADRNR some of the one tim customer document.
I think that the ADRNR filed getting updated if one time customer document are generated from SD & Idoc posting and the ADRBR field not getting updated if one time customer document directly generated from FI side...  but i m not 100% clear of ADRNR update in BSEC table for one time customer document
Please help me on this if any body facing some problem earlier.
