What version of AirPort Utility do you have?
Please look on the side of the AirPort Express for the model number.....starts with an "A" followed by four numbers.......and post back with that info.

two things to be looked upon in this case. First thing is about the battery. Once the battery has enough charge in it we can try a force restore on the phone to re-install the iOS.

Then when i try and connect it to the computer it shows the no battery screen with just the lightning bolt. and when i try to restore it the screen flashes then resest to the no battery screen and i get error 1602. Do you know what is wrong with it? do you think its just the battery cause i can replace that for cheap or do you think the circuts are fried?
No. It sounds like the water destroyed the component inside the iPod.
About your only choice now it to take it to Apple and pay for a replacement.

Hi! I brought an iPhone 4 off my friend at work. The day I brought it, it was working fine but now I can't seem to send any messages or make phone calls. The network is showing up fine but each time I try to make a call it says "call failed" I can't seem to send any messages either? I can use the Internet fine and everything else on the phone. Can anyone help?

You can reset the phone and it won't cause any problems or cause you to lose any data - Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Silver Apple appears.
The other thing you should do is to reset your network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. You will have to set up your Wifi again, but that oftentimes clears things up.

i have a ipod nano 6th gen, few days back when i tried to add few songs through iTunes it gave me error that it "can't connect to ipod . restore it" so i did and after that i synced al the songs and it showed that my my empty ipod has been up few GB's. after i disconnected , i could not see any song on the ipod . when it connected back the ipod the got same error about restore. i dont know what to do now , please help.

It sounds like you restored your iPod Nano when iTunes prompted you and it appears to sync. When you disconnect it and look at the content, the songs arent there, and when you plug it back into iTunes you get the same message again. I would recommend these troubleshooting sections from the following article to help isolate the issue to hardware or software:

I updated my I Pad now I cannot see the I Pod Icon that is where the books I download from the library where before. I also noticed that I Pod Icon disappeared from my I Phone. When I connect my I Pad to the computer it shows the book there, but I cannot figure out how to access it.
There is a OneClickdigital ereader available in the App Store. Download that to your iPod to read pdfs and books from the library. And you might need to download the OneClickdigital eaudio player to listen to audiobooks from the library. Once both are downloaded sync you iPod again to transfer them.

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)

I have an iphone 5 with ATT and sometimes (very randomly) when making a call, it does not make a ringing sound (like it is not connecting), but it has connected and the other person can hear me but I can't hear them at all. When I do try and say "hello" to see if they can hear me all I hear is my own voice echoing back. Other times the phone conncts and rings immediately and I know then that the call is working.
I actually got it to do this while on the phone on my landline with applecare. I did all of the resets with Apple and they determined it was a hardware problem and I received a new phone. It seemed to be ok, but three days after activating it, the same thing happened. There does not seem to be any common factor. It happens with landlines, cell phones, inside, outside and it does not always do it to the same number twice. It is a complete crap shoot. I have noticed that is it much more likely to happen if I go through "contacts" or "recents" to make the call. It has also happened a few times when using Siri to call. I never know until I don't hear the ringing sound that the call is messed up. This is awful when trying to contact a business and you have to keep calling them back. Anyone else?Thank you for taking the time to reply! Yes. I did back up the first phone in itunes and updated the new phone with that information. During the diagnostics with apple on the first phone, I did completely wipe the phone clean and it still had the same problem --- again randomly. The technician today did want to do a complete factory reset on this phone but my question is if it is something that I am re-loading on the phone, how do we know what it is?! Also, if the other phone acted up without anything on it before I was hesistant to do it again. It is a lengthy process! I was to try and use the phone without the case (otterbox defender) and see if it would mess up --- which it did. So it's not the case. I am still wondering if it is an ATT/iphone issue. Before of installing it, I've noticed that looking at the About the Create Application Manual it looks like the Application Builder that I already use with the web-based page for Oracle Database 10g XE (Express Edition). But thus is Oracle Application Express the same of using Application Builder of Oracle Database 10g XE? To me it seems so, but I'd like to be sure of that

I bought ATV 2 about two weeks ago. The setup was easy and I set up my Home Sharing, screensavers, and I was watching Netflix within about 20 minutes. I had a good week of no trouble and enjoyed the device immensely. I updated the software when prompted and continued to watch movies and play music. Then something happened: in the middle of viewing, ATV 2 stopped working, the screen went blank, and the little white light started blinking slowly. When this happens, the ATV manual "troubleshooting" section merely says, "Apple TV is having problems." ***? Strangely, it would come on and act fine for a few moments as if nothing happended (for only a minute or two), then click off again.
I attempted to RESET the device by using the Down/Menu combo -- nothing -- the white light blinks really fast but still no picture on the TV (just the Apple logo); I unplugged it and plugged it back in -- no fix; then, I RESTORED the device and had to re-enter Apple and Netflix account info, passwords, set up shared photo folders, etc. Afterwards, it worked. I watched movies right where I left off and went on with life until a few days ago when I wanted to finish a movie... The movie was going fine - no problems at all - until ATV 2 stopped working again!
So, the remote works [it is paired and sends commands as it should], the HDMI connection to HDTV is fine, the stereo receiver connection is fine (for audio, using an optical cable). But the only thing on the TV is the Apple logo. Resetting ATV 2 doesn't work; and I could restore it again but that seems like a HUGE waste of time, and something I am not prepared to do each time I want to use the device.
What could be the cause? Wireless interferrence, software/update flaws, need for firmware, or malfunctioning hardware? ATV 2 is a $100 paperweight until I get answers.After some sleuthing online, reading a compilation of Q&As here, and visiting the local Apple Store, I think the problem and "solution" may be found in HOW my ATV2 is connected to my stereo. For some reason that I have not figured out, when the RECEIVER either switches from one setting to another, it somehow disrupts the ATV.
The ORDER of how you turn ATV on and off is key. If you start with everything OFF (ATV, HDTV, stereo Receiver), then turn on the receiver, then turn the HDTV, put the TV to the input setting that is connected to the ATV, THEN turn on the ATV by hitting the Play button on the remote.
Note: The ATV light may come on once the HDTV is turned on and put to the correct setting, but you will not see a picture on your TV yet.
You should be up and running on ATV (without having to reset, unplug or restore). Apparently, I was using my universal remote that essentially turned everything (HDTV, Onkyo Receiver and, by extension, the ATV) on at the same time, confusing ATV and causing that evil blinking white light. The ATV connection was lost.
When you are done with ATV, you must put ATV to sleep FIRST... each time. The command is on the main menu, to the far right, at the bottom [Sleep Now]. Once you press Sleep Now, the ATV will go off. THEN you can turn your receiver/HDTV off (or to whatever other setting you want for watching regular tv, music, etc.). I was simply switching my HDTV and Receiver 'away' from ATV when I was done... But I would return to a blinking light and no ATV. The solution above is a work-around that seems to do the trick.
The thing Apple needs to fix is to make the "Sleep Now" command a simple process on the remote so you don't have to back out of everything you were watching to get to the main menu for the Sleep Now command. Or in the next update Apple merely needs to improve ATV2 so it can work no matter what order you open or close it on a HDTV/Stereo.
Note: Other people have suggested that you just hit the select or Menu button to put ATV to sleep, but that did NOT work for me.
I figured this out through trial and error so I hope it works for you too.
