why can´t I use inport VI in win xp even when I have used userport aplication for enabling port reading in this plattform?, I´m getting data from the parallel port in epp mode, my pc´s pararell is ok bcs I can read data in c++

If you have an older LabVIEW (6.1 or earlier) you will need to exchange the in port and out port VIs that came with LabVIEW with different ones and install a DLL. The reason is documented here . This link (which is the first link returned when you search ni.com for "in port") explains basically that the OS won't let you until you have kernel level access. The devzone link at the bottom of the refered page will include all of the code that you need to install (VIs and DLL) to make it work.

I'm working on a 27" imac with os x 10.9.5
I bought elements 13 in the adobe online shop. Downloaded it and tried to install it. The moment i filled in the serial number (given by adobe) i got the message can not validate this number, try customer support.
I called but elements is not supported by phone they redirected me to the chat. I tried to times, but the chat is not available.
I tried to return my purchase, but for that you have to register and thats only possible when it is validated. So i bought a E 80,00 programm and can't use it.
Then i got to my account to see in my order history (some time ago i bought lightroom and elements 12). I saw my elements 13 order and when i clicked it i saw my serial number (witch is not working) but to my astonishment is saw a price of E 100,00. And the message that something is wrong with my order history and i should contact customer support.
On the internet i saw a lot of the same problems and i think dat adobe is not concerned at all. Just buy and thats that!!!!!

Why does the YouTube app say playback error every time even when I have wi-fi

When I try playing a video it keep saying playback error even when I have wi-fi on. This has happened a few days ago.

I notice that the WiFi is "white", like all good KitKat icons, instead of White for connected with no internet, and blue for fully functioning.
The 1x right next to it seems very dim. If I turn off WiFi, the 1x gets bright white, and has the up/down arrows under it.
If having the icon on my status bar all the time means that I actually will get data when I leave WiFi, then it's a winner.
I "hotspot" a lot, and I used to have to make sure I had a data connection and launch the hotspot before I got on a phone call, because the only way to get it to connect was to power cycle the phone.

How do I remove shadows on the face even when I have used flash?

I have done a photo shoot, where I used the flash, but have ended up with a shadow by someone's face. I have used curves and everything else I can think of and it won't go away. I am new to Aperture, please help.

When I use "Highlights & Shadows" to lighten parts of an object that are cut off by a shadow boundary, I found it useful to turn off the "edge detection" and to set the brush range to "All". With the "Detect Edges" option on there will be a nasty darker line along the shadow boundary, and the width of this line will depend on the softness of the brush - the softer the brush, the wider the gap close to the edge that brush will not effect. The same goes for "Brush range: Shadows". To see the width of the gap I usually check with the brush overlay turned on.
Here is an example of an australian crocodile with the tail cut off by the shadows and a second screenshot showing the brushstrokes in red, with edge detection on. Notice the gap along the shadow boundary?
Also, with shadows this dark, you'll be out of luck with the "Highlights & Shadows" brick, if you want to remove the shadow completely. With this control you only can enhance the contrast a little and somewhat lighten it, but you cannot remove it. The sliders are limited to settings resulting in subtle effects.
(Fwiw, "Highlights & Shadows" follows the naming misleading naming conventions one finds everywhere in photography: it is more properly the "Lights and Darks" Brick.)

The best I could do so far has been to use the "Curves" to raise the luminance and to stretch the contrast at the same time, but it looks very unnatural.

This is an irregular problem. Sometimes pdf files open; sometimes not. The message is always that this type of file is not supported by my browser.

Are you saying that Adobe Reader or Preview can't read PDF file that you download? Or, are you saying that you can't display PDF files in your Safari broweer? If the latter, then delete any AdobePDFViewer plugins you find in /Library/Internet Plug-ins/ and restart. That should allow Safari to display PDFs in its window. BTW, that's the worst place to view them. Better to download them and use Adobe Reader or Preview.

Why can't I download assets from the CC Marketplace even though I have a full membership?

I really need to download some brushes for projects I am working on but for some reason I cannot download any from the Marketplace. I have contacted support with the issue and they sent it to a higher tier support team but I have yet to hear back from them. Any suggestions. It is a student Subscription.

JAWade, try resetting the SMC and pram. Not always, but often those resets help problems like yours. Follow these instructions exactly.
To reset the SMC
Shut down the computer.
Unplug the computer's power cord.
Wait fifteen seconds.
Attach the computer's power cord.
Wait five seconds, then press the power button to turn on the computer.
Resetting PRAM and NVRAM
Shut down the computer.
Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command, Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.
Turn on the computer.
Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys. You must press this key combination before the gray screen appears.
Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time.
Release the keys.

Why can I no longer import EDITED photo from my iPad to my Mac using Image Capture? This is farcical and a real problem having to email them individually to myself and is totally inefficient time wise compared to previously using image capture! Why change this when it was working well and very quickly until the latest change. Now I have to move files from downloads into an appropriate folder, after emailing each individual edited image to myself, then I have to open in Photoshop and rename the file. This is ludicrous and takes forever to do!

Why can't I see still images in the playback monitor when editing a video? I have rendered the images in the project. I checked my system to make sure it meets all the requirements for the software, no problem there. When I "share" the project and save it as an MPEG, the images show up in WMP just fine. But I need to be able to see what I'm doing to the stills while I am editing. Help!

Most of the people on these forums, including myself, are fellow users - you're not talking to iTunes Support here.
If you have a problem with an app that the developer can't/won't help you with then you will need to contact iTunes Support, either as described on the page that you posted from, or via the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem
