Why can't I use my VTone I just purchased from Verizon Market as my phone ringer? It game me an option to mark it as my default ringer but when I go to 'settings' it only gives me the same generic ringtones, how do i get my new ringtone to use?

Did you purchase the ring tone on our website or on the phone?
If it was purchased online the ring tone is sent to you in a message and you need to save the ring tone first http://bit.ly/PKUfUg and it is saved as a ring tone you can go in and set it as your default ring tone http://bit.ly/R5Xa4o.
If the ring tone was purchased on the phone you just need to go into your ring tone to set it up http://bit.ly/R5Xa4o.

We want you to love your software update pitbullmommy71! When did you update your phone? Have you tried going into phone settings and set up your notifications as you would like them? It can take a few days for your phone to normalize after the update, but this may be a bit much. Some apps may no longer be compatible with the new software so you can try running phone in Safe Mode or do a Hard Reset to see if this improves your phone. I've seen where some have completed a Hard Reset after the update and downloaded all same apps, and phone works flawlessly now. However, if you'd like to try Safe Mode first, (which is where all 3rd party apps are disabled), you can certainly try this for 24 hours to see if improves.

Did you follow all of the instructions i.e. since resetting your password have you also logged out of your account on your device by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store (Settings > Store on iOS 5 and below) and then logged back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it ?
If that doesn't fix it then contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

I would just like to ask another question with regards to my new order for complete Creative Cloud which you suggested. I have now pre-paid for a full year but I’m not
sure when I can start downloading the other APPS as they don’t seem to be updating on my current Creative Cloud account app display. It still shows my old configuration
of products (i.e. Photoshop etc) and my ‘activity stream’ relates back to 9 days ago.
Please let me know how to get my new order activated.

In GarageBand 10.0.2 you can no longer add all kinds of effects freely; this GarageBand '11 feature has been discontinued. Pick one of the predefined patches that already has the effects you want.
However, you can add effects from the predefined audio units.
You'll see the predefined effects on the track, when you open the Smart Controls. To add audio units, click the button and enlarge the the smart controls pane by dragging the dividing line to the Track Area upwards.

you should be able to copy/paste more than one photo into an imessage by holding down on the entry field. When it comes to MMS, the number of pictures you can send is dictated by your carrier

This feature is only available on iOS 5 or later. You must still be running iOS 4. Connect your iPad to the computer you usually sync with and run iTunes software update.
