Why I still be charged, I already stopped (deallocated) my VM??

Hi, all
I have a free trial subscription using for Azure training, my instructor told me that if we shut down the VM from the management portal (the status of VM will be 'Stopped (deallcated)', my credit will be no charge at all.
But I compare my credit yesterday (the final training day) and my credit today morning. My credit is deduct. when I looking in detail billing, the main deduction is from 'COMPUTE HOURS'.
My questions are:
- What I have to do additionally for stop the credit limit deduction?
- Is it possible that my credit card will be charged (the one use to subscript Azure account), when the free trial credit offer run to 0 ?

Yes you can cancel the subscription anytime, here are the steps to do so:
Cancel Subscription:
Please follow the steps below to cancel your Azure subscription.
•              Login in to HYPERLINK "https://account.windowsazure.com/"https://account.windowsazure.com using your Live ID.
•              Click on “Accounts”.
•              Choose “Subscription” option.
•              Select the Azure subscription which you would like to cancel.
•              Click on “Cancel Subscription”. 
•              Select “yes, cancel my subscription” option.
•               Click on tick mark.
If you would like to remove the spending limit, then here are the steps:
Steps to remove the spending limit:
1.       Log into the Account Portal (HYPERLINK "https://accounts.windowsazure.com/"https://accounts.windowsazure.com)
2.       Click on your subscription.
3.       Click on the ‘Remove Spending Limit’ option.
4.       Choose ‘Remove spending limit for the current billing period’ and add a payment method.

    Well, you're not alone. The question is why is this happening? Since the referenced link shows the same type of problem with Yahoo finance, I suspect there is a coding problem on the site, specific to how Firefox is reading the code. Not being a programmer, I can't offer specific advice other than contacting either Firefox through their Community forum, or Yahoo Finance.

    Btw, a simpler way to do this is to revert to older iTunes app, then hold Option when it launches and choose an older library.

    Greetings Alex,
    You should be able to download the exact same app from the iTunes store to a different device at no extra cost.  Its possible you might be downloading an iPad only version of an app you happen to have on your iPhone although I'm not familiar with an example of this. 
    If you are being charged:
    1. Make sure you are using the same iTunes Store account (AppleID) on both devices.  Your purchases are tied to the AppleID so if you don't use the same one to download the app that you used to buy it the first time,  you'll be charged.
    On the device you originally bought the app in question:  Go to Settings > Store -- note the AppleID here
    On the device you re-downloaded and were charged on:   Go to Settings > Store -- note the AppleID here
    If these AppleIDs are different then you have your answer.  You are making purchases with two different accounts so logically you've been charged twice.  Decide which AppleID you wish to use from now on and on the device which does not currently have that ID and tap on it in the Store section of the settings and login with the other AppleID.
    If these AppleIDs are the same then something is going wrong in the process.  Contact iTunes Store support email to have them take a peek: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/

    Since I only have one AppleID and since I'm sitting at the computer showing the previously purchased songs, I'm guessing your third response is the accurate.  I logged onto iTunes Store and "reported a problem" with the two songs and am awating their reply.
    I'm guessing that it's something I did (or didn't do) when I downloaded the songs from iTunes Store to my iPhone.  I forgot to synch these two songs from my PC to my iPhone before travelling.  However, I noticed that the two songs were listed on my iPhone iTunes application in a playlist called "recently purchased."  I clicked on the two songs and they were downloaded to my iPhone (which I would expect); I then received an email receipt for the charges for the songs (which I didn't expect.)

    My theory is that because the original appleID wasn't an email, they're making you switch to it when you update to iOS5.  So that creates essentially a new appleID and it isn't recognized as the one that originally made all your purchases.  Sign out of the Store and then sign in using your old ID and it should do the trick.
    The other alternative is to sync your apps rather than reinstalling them....if you can.  Hope the phone service helps.

    That pretty much eliminates all the user-serviceable parts the phone has.
    When you say you purchased a new battery, I'll assume that it included the installation and you did not go fiddling with the nanoscrews and such. So it's got to have some sort of warranty that the part is good and it is time to take it back for service.

    Do you get an error message when you try to export your file? Or, are you continually asked to subscribe when you try to convert a link? If it's the latter, it could be that you just haven't signed in to the app yet. Try this:
    From the ExportPDF website, click Sign in at the upper-right corner, and log in to the service with your Adobe ID credentials. Now, when you click ExportPDF, you'll be prompted to select PDF files to export, instead of being asked to subscribe.
    If you're receiving an error message when you try to log in, let us know what it is, and we can go from there.

    - Are you saying that they are not listed in your Purchased section?
    Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
    - Are they listed in your Puchases history when you log into your account on your computer?
    - Are they still available now for purchase? If not then you are out of luck
    If they are still available and listed in your Puchase History then contact iTunes

    What country are you in ? Re-downloading music isn't currently possible in all countries (the record companies need to agree to it for each country). If you are in a country where music can be re-downloaded, then if the tracks are still in the store then they should show under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes.
