Why is my iPhone telling me to go right and on the map it show to make a left uturn? I think this needs to get addressed quickly before anymore serious problem arise and it's on ios6
Well I use my iPhone to direct to where I need to go especially now with ios6 maps since then I can drop Tom Tom app and not pay the yearly fee, but it's kinda hard when my iPhone tell me to make a right turn and on the map it clearly show me to make a left u turn and never a right turn what's so ever. This issue I think need to be addressed ASAP before someone gets injured making a turn. This type of issues can put people at risk and should be taken serious. I have other issues non related to maps, but this mainly the only one I care about because it is a danger to people.
I have done that and it is definitely on. My husband has the exact same phone and I upgraded his IOS at the same time, but this problem is not happening to his phone (we are also on the same plan, so our service should be the same). Our settings appear to be identical and my phone is showing the 3G symbol at the top, so I can't understand why it won't access the network.
I've turned it on and off twice and have reset all settings with my iTunes account, but it still isn't working.
I'm not a complete idiot with this sort of stuff - I have tried all the obvious things.

Why does my iPhone 5 take very grainy flash photographs in the dark will a hard reboot be safe to do to try to fix or is it a hardware issue?
And By hard boot I mean holding the home and power button down at the same time for 10 seconds or whatever
I see other people have these grainy flash photographs if you try to take a picture in darkness the picture comes out very dark and grainy I thought the software would ultimately fix this but it's been going on for over a year I usually take my photographs in daylight but I need this to be fixed
If it is a hardware issue I hope Apple will replace my iPhone 5 because I was just waiting for one of the iOS updates to fix it I bought my phone in November 2012 its the iPhone 5

Thank youThe flash on a smartphone camera is tiny. It only lights up a very small area right in front of the camera. It won't light up the whole scene.
Have you seen the size of the flash on a professional camera? Even they can't light a whole scene in the dark.
Fact is, a smartphone camera is not capable of taking good photos in the dark, even with the flash.
You'll need to buy and learn how to use a professional, dedicated SLR camera to be able to take good photos in the dark. It is not easy. -
I am facing a strange problem on new iphone 5 that I bought last week. The maps app and the places in photo gallery shows the pin and my location, however there is no information of locations. Tried to close the apps, phone restart, reset etc. I am accessing it via strong wireless connection and it works fine on other devices. Please help.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

iTunes shows that there are no songs on my iphone but there are 274 songs there. The data storage shows up as "other" on iTunes. I just want to clear the music on my phone but I can't seem to do so. Is there any way to do this? You used to be able to swipe and delete a song straight from your phone but I can't seem to do that anymore.

I'm trying to process my first iPhoto order and I can't get past the fact it won't accept my telephone number. Thinking this may be a format glitch, I have tried to get around this by spacing but no success. I live in Australia and the prefix is +61. Any suggestions welcome? Yours in frustration:( CW

The US format for phone numbers is 10 digits AAA-PPP-NNNN - you do not include the 01+ here typically - maybe if you can out your digites in that format it will work

Certain songs wont transfer from my itunes to my iphone, it's telling me that the computer is not authorized but once I go up to Store and authorize computer and enter in my info, it tells me that the computer is already authorized. So why am I not able to transfer certain songs from my itunes to my iphone?

Why does my iPhone 4 lose 3G signal when plugged into the TV with the AV Adapter?
When I plug in my iPhone 4 (Verizon) or my husband's iPhone 4 (AT&T) to watch Netflix, Netflix stalls and the 3G signal disappears. I have tried connecting the adapter both before and after entering the application. I believe the digital AV adapter and HDMI cable are fine, because I have no problem seeing output from my iPad 2.
When I plug in the adapter, the 3G signal will disappear shortly thereafter. The red Netflix screen will appear on the TV, but 9 times out of 10 it will go no further. One time it stayed on the red screen, but I heard the audio from the movie. Another time it showed the movie for 10 seconds, then stopped. When I unplug my iPhone, it will take a while to regain the 3G signal.I had the same issue in my 2012 Nissan Altima. It was a function in my car's stero settings. I had to go to the car's iPhone/iPod settings when the iPhone was plugged into the USB. My settings come up automatically when I plug in and I can scroll through the commands to "Shuffle" songs. So I own this iPhone 4S which is about half a year old, and from this Monday onwards I kept feeling that my iPhone plays music louder in one side of the earphone than the other. I don't think it's my earphones because I just got them two weeks ago, and I always took good care of it. What can I do to solve this frustrating problem?

It's always possible that the connector was damaged but not to the point that chargers wouldn't work. With continued use, the damage got worse until the connector could no longer feed electricity into the phone.
It sounds to me like you need to get your phone replaced but only the folks at an Apple store can say for sure.

I had a new handset delivered today due to my old one being damaged. As I went to restore from iCloud backup it is telling me I can't due to the handset not having iOS 7.1. How can I resolve this issue?
Could I select 'Set up as New IPhone' and then update to iOS 7.1 and then proceed to restore the phone from my most recent iCloud backup ?
