Wireless Printer function not working - was when purchased a year ago

Hi,
As stated above, I can't print wirelessly as was able to previously. I am completely at a loss and have tried numerous times to solve this knowing it was working at some time. I know, definition of insanity with numerous attempts. Anyway, seems to not be recognizing IP address. Below error message:
Unable to Find Printer;
Paraphrasing
"The ip address is either incorrect or it is from a different wireless network that has the same name as your network."
I have a Netgear router model N300 model # wnr3500L.
It recognizes an HP printer on the home network.
I looked at another forum with a Cisco/Linksys router with Windows and the advice was to change ip range on router to
192.168.1.100 to 192.168.1.150 and change printer to static 192.168.1.10. I changed printer to latter address just for fun and got error message again. I am going to go back to original setting which is 10.0.0.9 dynamically given.

"Maintain Your Printer" functions not Working

The printer is installed on WiFi. It was working fine. The black ink cartridge ran out of ink. I replaced it. The printer is still working fine, but when I try to print something, a pop-up appears saying "Alignment Recommended". When I click on the popup's "Align" button, it reports "The Alignment Process Failed".
This is the first time I've had to change an ink cartridge since I purchased the printer.
So, I clicked on the printer's desktop icon, then clicked on "Maintain Your Printer" and tried "Align Ink Cartridges" from there. Again I got "The Alignment Process Failed".
I then tried "Print Quality Diagnostics Page" and got "The Print Quality Diagnostics information failed to print".
"Clean Ink Cartridges" gave "The Cleaning Process failed".
And, "Clean Printer" gave "Clean not started".
Everything else seems to be working fine. The printer prints via WiFi from both of my computers and everything seems clean and well-aligned.
But these maintenance functions continue to fail.

I see you are experiencing maintenance issues. I would like to try and assist.
I would start by removing the cartridges, and performing a power reset on the printer. Disconnect the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug the printer back in. Ensure you plug the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any sort of surge protector or power bar.
I'd also recommend plugging the printer power into a different wall outlet.

Wireless Keyboard functions not working after upgrade

I have a HP Pavillion Elite m9080a desktop with a wireless keyboard 5189URF Running originaly on Vista but last week I upgraded to Windows 7 Home Premium. My problem is that the feature buttons on my keyboard are not working ie no volume control, CD/DVD controls not working, typing is ok. Also the caps lock / number lock icon is not appearing on the task bar. Also on my Monitor w2207h the two USB outlets are not working either. I need help please to restore these functions.

Yes.. its for windows vista.. run it with recomended settings..
if it dosent work then try following..
go to your device manager and see can you see some devices named " unknows devices"
if yes then >
Try following some steps
go to your device manager > right click on unknown devices > go to Properties > then Details tag
select from drop down list called Hardware ID's (PCI\VEN...) Copy it via right click...
and search it according to it on google or any serch engine you will get the right drivers..

'Image Set' in Contacts print function not working for envelopes

I'm using 'Image Set' in Apple Contacts to insert a pic into my Christmas address labels, which works fine, but when I try to use the same function to try and print envelopes the 'set image' function will not work, and no image will appear. Ive tried quitting and restarts to no avail - any thoughts?

Wireless printing is not working

Hello,
I have a printer all in one : HP ENVY 4502 (HP ENVY 4500 Series)
The printer works wireless.
At the smartphones : it works
At the laptop (Medion) of my daughter it works : printing and scanning. (Windows 8.1 64 bit)
But when I want to install it on my laptop of dell with windows 8.1 64 bit it does not work.
During installation he does not find the printer.
What can be wrong?

Addiotional info : when I go to the IP adress of my printer it works on my dell. I can scan but he does not print.
So my laptop finds my printer and still I can not print.

Print function not working in executable

I have created an application to generate a QR code. I am converting the QR code into the Bitmap file type and then i am appending the generated image to the report. After the report generation I am printing down the report. The report is generated as a Standard Report type. Everything works fine during the development time means in the .vi file. But when I create and executable application the print function is not functioning at all. Please guide me with this as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.

"add wireless clients" functionality --not working

I'm hoping someone can help me figure out the Add Wireless Client functionality in the AirPort utility. I can't seem to get it to work, and even Apple support appears to be stumped.
I have tried using the "add wireless clients" functionality in the Base Station menu of Airport Utility. When the "Wireless Client Setup Assistant" window opens, there are two choices: PIN or First attempt. Neither option seems to work. In fact, if I try to enter a PIN, I am able to enter a series of numbers, but the continue button does not become enabled.
Is anyone able to get this to work? I called Apple support and they were supposed to get back to me but they as of yet haven't offered a solution.
I have an airport extreme 802.11n and express configured in a WDS. Everything else is working perfectly.

Wireless printer does not work after update

I have VM fusion running on my MAC with a wireless printer enabled on my MAC. Prior to the security update, the printer worked seamlessly. Since the update, I can no longer "see" the printer in Windows XP. Any suggestions?

Wireless printer suddenly not working - EPSON WF-2540

I have a Macbook Pro and suddenly it has stopped printing to my Epson WF-2540 printer, which I've had for a couple years. It printed something last week and now it won't print anything. I've restarted the printer, reset the settings and reconnected to our wifi network on my printer, turned the router on and back off, deleted the printer from my Mac and deleted the drivers and reinstalled them. Now when I go to add my printer back onto my Mac, it doesn't show up as an option. The fax does, but the printer doesn't. So, I added it via its IP address, but it said it couldn't connect to the printer due to an error. I went ahead and configured the printer, but if I go to print, it keeps pausing. The light in the printer window in System Preferences is yellow all the time now. I can print from my iPad or iPhone just fine. Anybody have any suggestions as to what's wrong?

I'm unsure from your post, but have you tried resetting the printing system?
OS X Mavericks: Reset the printing system also Yosemite
If you have the printers IP address open Terminal (Applications/Utilities) and at the prompt type: ping {printerIP}. You will get a reply or failure.

Activate not working in scripts written 6 years ago not working now

Hi All,
I have a script that has been working consistently for 6 to 7 years. Now I copied it to my new Macbook Pro running yosemite and now the activate is not working when placed before display dialog. The script uses Illustrator and Excel and for some parts of the script these applications are brought to the front using activate. These activates seem to work. However, the activate does not work with display dialog. I tried to remedy this by putting a tell me block around the code.
I don't know if this make a difference but the script is executed through the run script command.
Any help would be great.

Wireless printing does not work when VPN into network (officejet 4500)

I print with wireless, which works fine,
Until I VPN into the network (which is most of the day) at which point printer shows offline.
To print what is in the que, I have to log out of the network, wait for it to print, then log back in.
Is there a fix for this?

Thank you for your reply.
For that you will have to contact your network administrator, ask them to grant you access to use the resources on the local network when you are connected to the VPN. So that you can use the printer, when you are connected to the VPN.
As I Said earlier, when you are connected to the VPN you completely on a different network (Office Network) and you are disconnected from your local network. Your local network will just be acting as a bridge.

Macbook wireless print function not available on 4620

Wireless 4620 Printer worked fine until today, now cannot connect to either of my Macbook pros running OS10.9.
On MBP#1 I downloaded new drivers, reset printing environment, and added new printer, but it shows up (and can be added) only as a scanner. The printer is no longer available wirelessly to scan or print , but does both connected by USB.
On MBP#2 with OS10.9, it shows up as printer in add printer pref panel, and I can "print" to the printer wirelessly. (the job goes through the Queue and disappears from Queue window and dock icon) but the job never prints.
I tried connecting using the HP wireless wizard on MBP1. When prompted, I can select HP Setup wireless in my network panel, but the software times out as it tries to connect.
What now? A new printer?

How do I correct the "Wireless Radio is not working" problem on my Photosmart C410 Printer?

purchased at Staples on 8/19/2010 - means warrenty has expired

With the printer ON, unplug power from the back of the printer for 30 seconds. Does that reset the radio?
