WSS Header: PasswordDigest cannot be validated

To implement WS-Security headers with PasswordDigest support I configured the steps mentioned here - OSB 10gR3 - Process WS-Security flag not working with PasswordDigest
It seems that PasswordDigest is configured but I get an error when the proxy service is invoked with the PasswordDigest- weblogic.xml.crypto.wss.WSSecurityException: Security token failed to validate

My bad. I was retrying the same request with older PasswordDigest. I just had to recreate a new PasswordDigest, Nonce and Timestamp value.

The account cannot be validated error was due to a glitch on our activation server that has been fixed now.
Please try using acrobat now and check if you are still facing the problem.

A team with less than 3 persons is eligible. One, two and three member teams are all eligible. I will remove the requirement to fill out the information for all three participants.

This can be a network issue
Please navigate to
C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc
Open a Finder window. Choose Go > Go To Folder.
Type "/etc" (make sure that you're is logged in as an administrator).
Select the hosts file and open it.
Look for any entries that refer to activate.adobe.com and delete them. For example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com and delete it.
Save the file and close it.

I am getting the error "WSS header is missing from request. Can't do username token authentication." when trying to connect with SOAP and use Token Auth. I can get Cookies to work just fine, but i need to be able to connect to both.

Registration Parameters Cannot be Validated Successfully

Hello all,
Ran into what might be a simple problem: Jsut installed Essbase V9 and trying to configure EAS and Essbase Server. I entered the user name and pw for the user account as well as shared services and I get the error "Registration Parameters Cannot be Validated Successfully, Please Verify If the Information is correct". Any ideas why this error ?

1. It should not matter , whether its foreground or background ( but its a different question ,why your services are not able to start at background).
2. As Atul said, ensure your shared services is up and running ( its pre requisite is openLDAP).
3.As you have error while configuring with SS , it point out that your SS was down ,while you were configuring.
Pls do validate , to see what the log in red says
4. Finally, how to run the services?. To answer that, generally they are 'automatic' in nature and they get started withe OS start( IF you have an issue ,better to start it in the foreground , identify the problem, resolve and start in the background)

Cannot open validator configuration file: C:\Program
Files\Macromedia\Dreamweaver
8\Configuration\TagLibraries\Validator\.
I've tried reinstalling to no avail. The directory above has
a number of .vtv files in it, all dated 8/30/2005 3:14pm.

Also check the "parallel" User Configuration folder which is
usually here:
C:\Documents and Settings\[user]\Application
Data\Adobe\Dreamweaver
CS4\en_US\Configuration\TagLibraries\Validator\
Files in this folder override file in the Program Files
Application folder.
Also, be sure to delete both of your Configuration folders
between
uninstall and re-install to make sure that you get a fresh
copy of those
files.

I have scenario file-xi-proxy. File contains the header record, detail record and trailer record
In header record i am getting date field, in header i have to do validation like header record exits and it should be in date format.
In Trailer record i have to do Total records and Total amount equals to Total records processed and total amount.
And amount value should be greater than zero..

write a UDF in following way...
pass the first parameter as the detail node (cache the whole queue) to the UDF pass the second parameter as the trailer countto the UDF
now loop through the detail records get the count with a counter variable
check the counter against the trailer count outside the loop
if it doesnot match trigger the alert from the UDF itself

Changing Text in flash Header that cannot be located

I've a simple template I purchased with a flash header. There is a top navigation across the top of the header in previewing it. However, no matter how much I try to locate each of the text to change it per button, in the library, all of the buttons have the same name, in this particular, "main page", but NOT the rest of the menu from left to right in preview mode. I've went through every single library item to locate how to simply change the text, that's all for each of the menu items and cannot find the residual text for each button on the top of the preview navigation. In my library there is no navmenu or anything like that. The closest I could find was:
button 2 copy which says 'main page'
button 2 copy 2, which says, 'main page'
button 2 copy 3, which says, 'main page'
button 2 copy 4, which says, 'main page'
button 2 copy 5, which says, 'main page'
button 2 copy 6, which says, 'main page'
button 2 copy 7 which says, 'main page'
So, no where else in the library do I see, in this particular, the text of the residual navigation items which in this case is at the top of the header. This is nuts. I need to change the remaining items in the top navigation, to things like "main page" which already have, then "buying", "selling, "movng" and so forth, but cannot find how to change the current text. Mapping with joiner operator cannot be validated/deployed - why?

hi guys,
i want to join two oracle tables with a flatfile in a mapping and output it into a new table (staging_table).
so i created a new mapping, imported the sources and drag-drop the joiner operator. i connected the the sources with the joiner and set the how to join in the operator properties. finally i connected the join-output with a new table.
problem: validating this mapping did not work!! the validating report did not even put an error or warning, it just says "wasnt validated".
anybody any idea ??

Hello,
I\m not sure you could combine within one mapping flat file and tables as a source. The thing is if you are creating a flat fileto-table mapping OWB will generate control file for Oracle Loader as a result.
Id advice you to cover your flat file with an external table, and this external table could take place of the flat file in your mapping. Everything will work fine.

af:column header text cannot be able to allign left

I have a af:table with 5 columns. And I need to align the colum header as left aligned for 2 columns.
I have tried the inlineStyle="text-align:left; and align="left" but the column header is not changing. By default it s allignment is Centre.

Cannot browse valid procedure in portal after creating a new one.

i can browse http://xxx/pls/web/web.home by ie5 after install 9ias. but when i created a new procedure in the same schema,ie returns "procedure do not exists.".
The new procedure is valid in 'dba studio'.
do i need more config??

Login as <portal_schema> to SQL*Plus.
grant execute on <your procedure> to public.
Then you will be able to run this procedure thru browser.

Cannot import valid MP3 because system says file is empty

Hello all,
I am trying to import an MP3 recording I did during one of my classes to Garageband. I need to split the file (roughly 300 and some Mb, with a duration of 3 hours and 49 minutes +/-) in two separate files.
However, after adding the file, Garageband says it is improting the file and then, BAM, error message saying that the operation cannot be completed as the file is empty.
Does anyone knows what could be the issue here?

but it is the first time I get that error ("filename.aiff" is empty)
The only difference here is that this specific file is much larger (and longer) than what I usually work with.
This looks like your file is not an MP3 but an aiff file. Is the filename extension set to aiff or mp3?
If it says "mp3" try to change it to "aiff".
