"xorg-fonts-alias" is not in the package set

I was trying to install xorg onto an arch box, ran pacman -S xorg; it gave me 22M of files to install, I told it yes, and it started spraying errors about files not found, file sizes not found, something like that.
I tried a couple more times and it finally downloaded the files, but then complained that a couple files were corrupt.
I went to /var/lib/pacman/current and deleted the entries for those files.
Now when I try to install xorg, it tells me that it cannot resolve dependencies for xorg-fonts-misc, because xorg-fonts-alias is not in the package set. If I try to pacman -S xorg-fonts-alias, I get an error that it isn't found in the sync db
How do I fix whatever I broke?

I would probably try cleaning out my cache, and then forcing the stuff that is complaining (depending on what the errors are of course):
$ sudo pacman -Scc
$ suco pacman -Syuf

It's obvious that gcc-libs package is missing in current package. I've found one similar problem here http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=283439. But I cannot solve it like that. I have current file included in /etc/pacman.conf already. I've also tried to change current to core and make the /etc/pacman.d/core file and it complained too:

yes, the second output is related to pacman.conf with `current` replaced with `core` .... and good to say, that I did NOT forgot to update repositories with `pacman -Sy` before upgrade ;-)

I meant holding the "option" (or "alt") key on your keyboard as you click the Outlook icon on the Dock, and continuing to hold it until you see the Microsoft Database Utility come up. Alternatively, you can open the utility by navigating to Applications/Microsoft Office 2011/Office and then double-clicking the Microsoft Database Utility app.
When you rebuild your database using that program, a backup copy of your original database (containing your account info, contacts, mail, calendars, etc) will be created. As a security precaution, you should also ensure you have a backup of your database (which you can find by going to Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2011 Identities/ and copying the contents of that folder onto an external drive).

Thanks for that. Yes, the ipad was purchased recently. I called Apple last Friday and they ask for the receipt. I wonder if anyone were able to swap their ipad for a larger storage in the past at the apple store without a receipt? 16Gb is such a small storage.

I primarily print photos from Photoshop CS5. The term Page Set-up has gone missing in the file pull down menu. Can't make any choices There are no page sizes, paper types, appearsto be locked on a 13x19 size paper format. Either being too large or too small.
Saw a 2008 locked issue about this however none of the help fit my situation, options discussed are not available to me.
Preview has no "Page Setup" - or does it?
Does the constant struggle with computer compatability weirdness issues ever end or is it a enslavement scheme?

Hey,
if you know the name(s) of the root folder(s) you want to access (eg. by making a note on the Windows side) then you can make them appear by just doing Shift-Command-G in Finder ("Go to Folder…"), and entering the full path to the required folders. You can then navigate all the contents as normal.

Windows setup could not process the Catalog setting

Hi, I'm trying to deploy an image of Windows 8 Embedded using WDS (Windows Server 2012) and I find this message in client machine. It appears while boot image is loading...
I'm using an *.xml file to make an unattended installation, that I select from Client tab on my WDS server.
If I don't use any file installation is performed correctly.
Full message is "Windows setup could not process the <Catalog> setting in the unattend answer file.
See setup log files under [X:\Windows\panther] for details."
However, when I check this folder in Windows Server there isn't any updated log file...

Server software is not seeing the .nbi sets in Library/NetBoot/NetBootSPO

The server software is not recognizing the .nbi sets that are located in Library/NetBoot/NetBootSPO. When trying to turn on the NetInstall service I receive an error that there are no images installed.

alright I managed to solve my problem. I didnt realize the ***.nbi had to be placed Library/NetBoot/NetBootSP0
I made the mistake of making the .nbi folder a sub folder and not the parent. So now I can see the image in the Images tab.

Everytime I load upgraded Firfox 3.6.6 I get an error message saying the new version does not accept the proxy setting.

I know that the password is correct and have rechecked this by changing it a few times
and I still get the same result.
My network internet service provider is not interested and says to call Epson.

I personally suggest the new Drobo FS. Since it has an iTunes server built in and you can use any size sata hard drive in it it is better and a NAS that has to use the same size drives.

I tried opening the package specifications by clicking on the package name in a worksheet and then doing a Shift+F4 but it did not work.
This used to work on 4.0.0.12.27. Is this a bug?

my Class path is set to c:\....

java javaProg.completeReferance.MyProgramThe problem is when I wanted to use some other class which is not in any package I get the following error.(say class Car).

There's nothing wrong with it per se... but it has a
number of pitfalls. Basically it's a hell of a lot
more likely to go wring at runtime than the good ole
"just put the class in a package and import the
sucker properly" solution.Alredy implemented this now.
