"You cannot respond to a meeting without an organizer. You must add an organizer field to the item."

I'm working on resolving an issue for a user that needs to reschedule appointments in 3 Conference Rooms when needed.
The user will open the meeting request and hit 'decline' and then attempt to edit the response before sending it back but then the appointment closes and the following message appears:
"You cannot respond to a meeting without an organizer. You must add an organizer field to the item. "
-End User has Full Mailbox Access
-Listed as a 'Owner' of the Calendar
-Delegate Rights granted to the Calendar as well
-Not in Cached Mode
Check Office updates and Office is up to date on patches.
User does not have a blackberry device.
Not sure of what else to do...I have researched this topic and all the items I have tried have not worked.
The Test Meeting I created to reproduce the errors was done through Outlook and adding the conference room as a resource and the user getting the errors as someone required.
I changed the calendar view to "Active Appointments". Right click on the column headings to add a field. In the field choser, pick All appt fields. Scroll down and drag n drop the Organizer field on the fieldbar.
The Organizer (From Field) is showing the end users who scheduled the meetings.
My Test Meeting Request that I had scheduled for last week that re-produced the error message was moved to today.
It is showing me as the Organizer.
Had the user who manages the Resource try again to cancel or edit the meeting and again receive the same message.

I suggest you check related meeting in Calendar folder by using MFCMapi:
Note: The meeting should be added to Calendar folder as tentatively accepted if you open the meeting request (but takes no action) or sniffer processes the meeting request.
1. Download MFCMapi tool from here:

2. Configure Outlook Profile (Online Mode) for the Conference Rooms
3. Logon the Mailbox of the Conference Room by using credential of the End User.
4. Open the Calendar Folder, locate the problem Meeting
5. Right click the meeting entry and click Disable Recipient Table
6. You should be able to get both the organizer and the attendees
7. In addition, the PR_Recipient_Flags of the organizer should be 3 while the attendees are 1

    Thank you!  My solution was different.  I had turned off services in MSCONFIG and did not turn them back on.  After I turned services back on, Acrobat started  working again without the nag error and impedance to use the program.  I appreciate your input!  Adobe customer service/tech support was dismally disappointing.

    Delete the following folders:
    [Startup Disk]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe PCD

    [Startup Disk]/Library/Preferences/FLEXnet Publisher/
    [Startup Disk]/Library/Application Support/FLEXnet Publisher/
    Go to Applications-->Utilities-->Disk Utility, Open it and Select the MAC HD and then click on Repair permissions.
    After that try to run the cleaner tool as mentioned by kglad.
    Restart machine and then try to install again.
    *** Make sure , you only delete these folders if there is no other adobe applications installed on the machine. As if you have any other Adobe application of the suite ( not free applications ) then it will be a problem.

    You can create a folder with the home pages by using "Bookmark All Tabs" to open a specific page.
    You can place that folder on the bookmarks toolbar or use the Bookmarks menu button that you can find in the toolbar palette to get access to that folder easily.
    * Open the Customize window via "View > Toolbars > Customize" or via "Firefox > Options > Toolbar Layout"
    * "Bookmark All Tabs" can be accessed via the right-click context menu of a tab on the tab bar.
    * "Bookmark This Page" can be accessed via the right-click context menu of that browser page.

    Hi All,
    1) I have created a PR with 2 items in the R/3 Backend using the me51n transaction in which for one of the items i have updated the Revision Level field.
    2) To transfer the purchase requisitions created in the above step to the SRM system(sourcing cockpit) i executed  the report BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER with transaction SE38.
    3) Now when i go to the SRM portal and navigate to find the external requirement in the sourcing cockpit, I am not able to find the Revision Level field entered in the backend.
    Can some one help.

  • Cannot empty trash can in iMac. Says I have no access to some of the items. Any ideas?

    I created some files and folders on my iMac and deleted them. This time around when I try to empty the trash can via secure emptying it says I have no access to some of the items... Very strange. I had done same a while ago and worked with same files and folders. I restarted system. Same problem persisting. "Get Info" on files shows read and write. It is my own personal Mac... Any ideas?     If it's slow on startup it would be extensions loading or LaunchDaemons starting up. 
    You should have a look in:
    /Library/LaunchDaemons
    /Library/Extensions
    You can count out anything in your home folder and it shouldn't put anything in /System as that's reserved for Apple.

  • How can you permanently add a new field to the Advanced User Search?

    We have a number of USR UDF attributes that need to be used in the Advanced Search: Users window. These will be used very often so we would rather not require our Admins to have to select the Add Fields button, scroll down to the attribute they want, then enter the value to search on. We would much rather modify that Advanced Search screen such that the custom attributes we want to search on are listed permanently on that screen. I think there is a way to configure this but I just can't seem to find it.
    Any help would be much appreciated.

    The first suggestion here, http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E21764_01/doc.1111/e14308/conf_mangmnt.htm#CHDIEFGD, only allows me to add the UDF attribute to the Add Fields drop down list. It doesn't put the attribute on the screen by default. I was trying to avoid having our Admins select that attriubute from the Add Fields drop down list since they will be searching on this attribute pretty much all the time.
    The second suggestion was to open up one of the OIM jar files and modify an xml file and then zip it back up. This will be overwritten on each OIM Bundle Patch so I really don't tlhink we can use that approach.
    So, this is it? What I'm trying to do can't be done through a standard lookup change or something?

    I have lost the option to add to bookmarks bar.  I tried going to safari settings and selecting show bookmarks bar but that is not an option any longer and it only gives show favourites bar.  I've only had my iPad for a few months and it's my first apple computer.  Likely user error and any guidance would be appreciated.  Thanks!

  • V1 631 - You cannot enter new delivery costs

    Recently we upgraded from 4.6C to ERP 2005 ECC 6.0.Since the upgrade, we have noticed an issue in ME22N. Once you perform invoice verification on a purchasing document, you can not add any new conditions or change any existing conditions. You get message V1631 - You cannot enter new delivery costs. The purchasing document has not had Goods Receipt done on it, only Invoice Receipt. I even tried reversing the Invoice Receipt and then adding/changing conditions, and it still gives me the message noted above. Please advise.

    Is it possible to change or add delivery costs in the purchase order after a goods receipt has been executed?
    Answer:
    No, this should not be possible. The system generates error message V1631 'You cannot enter new delivery costs' (V1631). Important: If your system does not behave in the manner described, this is an error that can be corrected using Notes 187694 and 196884. This affects the earlier Support Packages of Release 31I, 40B, 45B and 46B (you will find more detailed information in the two notes mentioned).
    For the changeability of delivery costs after an invoice receipt, see Note 651798 and Note 720191, or Note 549408.
    The existence of held delivery cost invoice documents must be checked manually and has to be considered.
    Delivery costs must not be entered again or changed if all follow-on documents were cancelled for the purchase order item, unless there were no delivery costs for the posted documents. Otherwise there is no guarantee that continued processing will run without errors.
    If you change the Customizing for existing delivery costs, the system does not read this either in a purchase order with an existing goods receipt. The new Customizing settings only take effect when you create a new purchase order.
    Of course, the condition values of time-dependent conditions can still be changed even after a goods receipt has occurred.
    Please note:
    The restrictions on changing delivery costs as described above have only been developed over time. This is not due to changed functions, rather previously we did not know that making changes could sometimes lead to subsequent irreparable errors.
    In particular, when you post invoices for delivery costs, the logic considers delivery costs that have already been posted (even if they have since been cancelled) AND the data for delivery costs from the database (as displayed in the purchase order). During processing, you have no way of knowing if this information is no longer compatible, nor any way to discover the cause, and this leads to incorrect processing.
    You should therefore proceed as follows:
    If delivery costs were entered incorrectly, you must cancel all related purchase order items (reverse all documents) and enter a new purchase order item with the correct delivery costs. Otherwise, there is no guarantee that further processing will be correct.
    If your delivery costs are changed regularly, you should use master conditions.
    Additional note:
    If you have manually changed or maintained conditions in the purchase order, under certain Customizing settings when you run a new price determination after a goods receipt, a condition may be determined twice. For more information, see Note 456691.
