Trying to start a Citrix Session from Safari.
This has never been a problem before.
Now I cannot access - I get error message You have not chosen to trust "USERtrust Legacy Secure Server CA".
Downloaded latest Citrixviewer - still problem.
It looks like I have the certificate and it looks OK.
Help anyone?

Hi, I had the same thing happen to me. So you need to go to your keychain, open it up and go to your bottom left hand corner and click on show key chains, look for X509 anchors this is where you can find and get access to your certificates. highlight then go up to top of column and click on the padlock. to unlockthe X509 anchors keychain, usually the pass word is your login password. If there is no password asked for you need to make one, this is a high alert area and should be secured. the padlock should then unlock. go over to where you see the lists of certificates and scroll down to the one you need, dbl click the certificate will show in another pop up window. move your cursor over the icon certificate with the option button pushed with your mouse cursor drag the certificate onto the desk top. Dbl click on certificate key chain then asks if you want to add to your key chain click on scroll down button (keychain) to X509 certificate dbl click and it should accept the certificate. you are done. I get this message when I want to connect to cloudgate / citrix

It is connecting through a Citrix Receiver but that should be irreverent as the certs are installed through Firefox and are handled, and Firefox is the application displaying that the CA is not trusted.
I guess what I'm getting at is for some reason the CA is not trusted, how do I force Firefox to realize that the CA is trusted even though I have installed the Root cert already. I have contacted Citrix and they said this is not their issue, HP has no idea why. The last party I have not contacted is Firefox. Maybe I'm just grasping at straws here?

SSL Error 61: You have not chosen to trust "GeoTrust SSL CA - G2". I cannot connect via Citrix, because I cannot choose "trust" for this certificate.

I got the error when the SSL Cert of the portal was renewed.

My employer has a new Citrix portal. When I try to enter, I get an error message--"You have not choxsent to trust Thawte SSL CA". How do I set this as a trusted cite on Firefox?

should read "you have chosen not to trust Thawte SSL CA." Our help desk says I need to set this as a trusted cite on Firefox 4. I can't find an option to do so.

That happens if that root certificate is not installed in Citrix.

Security certificate was issued by a company you have not choosen to trust.

This issue is new to our client that is running Outlook 2010 (on a Win 7 machine) and connecting to an Exchange 2007 box.
There is only one Exchange box. I have tried the suggestions with assigning the certificate to the “Trusted Root Certification Authorities” area.
I have launched the “certmgr.msc” and see the “mail.domain.com” certificate listed.
I deleted and readded it as well. We have a signed 3<sup>rd</sup> party certificate that does not expire until 2016.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook 2010 on the machine.
I have also unchecked the “use Cached Exchange Mode” in the “Change Account Settings” area.
I have been searching for a solution for this for two weeks now.
Everything I have read has to do with Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2010 working together.
I have attached the error, I’m sure most that are reading this have seen it.
I’m not sure if there is a setting I’m missing on the machine, or what is going on.

Thanks for the reply. I have tried this solution multiple times.
I have added the certificate to the trusted root authority.
I was still getting the issue. I then removed the certificate from the certificate management console.
I then followed the directions again, and checked to make sure the certificate was listed under the “Trusted Root Certification Authorities store.”
Please let me know if you have any other suggestions.
Who issued this cert? What 3rd party? You shouldnt have to do anything for a trsuted 3rd party cert unless something is messed up on the certificate chain.
When you click on the View Certificate, is it the correct 3rd party cert?

The 3rd Party is Go Daddy. The cert is good until 2016. When I cick on view certificate it has the correct issued by name and valid from dates. The only error is "Windows does not have enough information to verify this certificate."
When I click on the Certification Path the box at the botton "Certificate Status:" has a note "This certificate is OK." Please let me know your thoughts on this.

LSMW Error - You have not fully maintained the descriptions

Hi Experts,
I was trying to Extend the materials to plant by using Direct input menthod where prog - RMDATIND.
When I execute final step i.e "Start Direct Input Program" I faced with an error " You have not fully maintained the descriptions".
I know this error with regards to Language Key and Description.
I executed Display converted data under structure BMMH5, where Language key is blank.
Kindly guide me why this language key is not captured, and also how to default the Language key as EN.

Since last software update, pre-paid internet does not work anymore. Get "you have not signed up for a data plan" message. Pre-paid acct is in order! What's up???

I have had an iPad 3G for more than a year now. I did not get it with a SIM card, since I expected to use almost completely at home, where we have wireless internet. Eventually, I decided it would be handy to be able to take it on the road, and signed up for pre-paid Internet with KPN (national Dutch telecommunications company). That worked fine, until the last big iPad software update. Since then, whenever I try to make a connection outside the house, I get the following message…

If you don’t, you can do it later in Settings.
…with the options of ‘Later’ or ‘Now’ to press. If I press Now, I get a screen “Please wait while the page is loading – this should only take a few seconds to complete.” But it never does, the ball just keeps spinning and spinning and spinning….
To my mind, with pre-paid internet I should not HAVE to set up a Mobile Data Account in the first place. I’ve checked with KPN, and my account is completely in order. I’ve checked with the local Apple store, and the geniuses say they’ve never seen this. Can anyone help me?

I updated to 3.6.4 and when I went to NetFlix to watch the next show of a series, it said
something like
Installation complete, restart your browser.
I restarted browser, same problem. Restarted comp. Same problem.
I updated Adobe Flash 10.1, still same problem.
But able to watch some vids on other sites, but full screen gave me the big blank white screen with audio only, had to click around in the dark ( so to speak) to find the minimize button.
I did a System Restore to before the Firefox and Adobe updates.
I then did not update Firefox as recommended and went to NetFlix and wellah, i can view the movies again.
And Full Screen is fine.
I then experimented and updated Firefox only, went to NetFlix and got same msg with no viewable shows.
So did a System Restore once more.
Staying at 3.6.3 for a while longer until I know I can watch my movies.
I don't own a TV, so this is my only form of an occasional escape.
I do hope this is figured out soon.
With what I have done, it seems to be Firefox, Not Flash.

I have recently been having issues signing into my Apple ID and decided to go in and update my email and change my password.
Since changing my email and password I have been unable to update any of my apps. I receive this error message when trying to update, "You can not update this software since you have not owned the major version of this software."
I have looked into other forums and communities for a solution to this issue but from what I have read iTunes/Apple has yet to figure out a solution.
I have also read that the cause of this issue can be linked to two things.
One, is if you have multiple accounts on one computer. I only have one iTunes account/ Apple ID on this computer. This is my personal laptop and no one else has ever loaded on another account.
The second cause is linked to the country to which the apps were downloaded in. My computer and Apple ID were both created in the US, however 9 months ago I moved to New Zealand on a one year work holiday visa. Since living in New Zealand for the past 9 months I have been buying and updating apps, it wasn't until today when I received this error message.
I would really like to find a solution to this problem, but at the very least I would like to know what exactly caused this issue so that others may hopefully steer clear.

I think the issue is that iTunes (for whatever reason) thinks I have two Apple ID's.
also, to further complicate the issue, when i try updating the apps from my iPod the iTunes store is still recognizing my old hotmail Apple ID. So when I go to enter my password it won't accept because it doesn't match with the old Apple ID, even though it is the same account (just new Apple ID name).
I have tried signing out within the App Store and re-signing in with my Apple ID but it still brings up my old Apple ID name when I try to update.

Purchased apps are not in App Store anymore. Message states "You have not yet purchased any apps."

I just did a software update today and also changed my Apple ID password at the same time.
Now when I log in to the App Store, all of the apps that I previously purchased are gone.
They were there when I first went in to the store and as soon as I viewed my account information and then clicked back on the purchased tag, everything was gone and the message states "You have not yet purchased any apps."
Any suggestions?

Thanks Carolyn... I tried that but they are still not showing up. I ended up going to their support page and filled out a form with a description of the problem. I hope that I get a response soon.

Can not update since you have not owned the major version of software.

The forums have multiple posts regarding the error "You can not update this software since you have not owned the major version of this software."
Apple's solution is to archive the message without any comment or solution. Some people mention that Apple does not want people to have multiple accounts. We have multiple devices, why would we not have multiple accounts. I do not want all of my sons games on my phone. Could someone please offer a solution without deleting my post like last time.

as description is mandatory field while creating material, you need to assign description text.
also check are you maintaining multiple langauges during this material xreation , if yes, you need to give discription for all langauges.
