Agent Team Statistics summary display - CUIC

Hi,
We are using ICM8.x and trying to get the data that will display in Cisco Supervisor Desktop as Agent Team Statistics summary display and display them as a report in CUIC tool. Can some give me an idea of how to achieve that in report Definition. Please post If any anybody already have report definition for that .

In UCCE, you won't find all of those statistics available for reporting. From what I see on your screenshot:
Logon Time - this is available in Agent Real Time reporting.
Calls Presented/Handled - You can get Handled counts up to the previous half-hour interval using Agent Historical reports. A "Presented" total would be a combination of Answered, Abandon Ring, and RONA for the agent.
Max Talking - This is not in any UCCE reports I've seen. Getting this data would require a custom report on the Termination_Call_Detail table, and would not be trivial to get.
Average Talking - Average Inbound Talk Time is quite easy to calculate from HandledTalkTime and CallsHandled in Agent Historical reporting.
Total Talking - There are a few different TalkTime fields in Agent Historical reporting.
Max Ready - This would not be in any existing UCCE reports... the only way I can think of to get this data from CUIC reporting would be to enable Agent State Trace on agents and report on the Agent_State_Trace table. Not an easy report to build, and quite resource-heavy to enable Agent State Trace on many agents.
Avg Ready - Like "Max Ready", not easy to get, and for the same reason.
I don't know what other fields are on that summary screen, as I don't have a CSD install here to reference.
The reason so many of these fields are not available is due to the data coming from different sources. CAD likely assembles all of that data for you, based on live data received from CTI Server. Meanwhile, CUIC gets all of its data from the AW/HDS databases. Perhaps UCCE 10.5 Live Data reporting will fill some of these gaps... I don't know.
Why do you need to replicate this as a CUIC report?

  • UCCX Supervisor Desktop Agent team summary

Supervisor desktop agent team summary report are not showing accurate.  Before restart the server we are facing a Agent logon time its not correct under the supervisor desktop agent page.
After restart that problem is resolved the Agent logon time but its giving another issue.
The issue the Call Preseneted time not accurate.
The running UCCX version is: 8.5.1.11004.25
    Attached the snapshot.

What's wrong with the calls presented column? It looks like three of the four people didn't answer one of the calls presented to them which is what that column is supposed to show.

  • CSD Shows Incorrect Agent Team Summary

I did an upgrade for a customer for UCCX 8.0.2 to 8.5SU1. After the upgrade, customer noticed that when they look at the Agent Team Summary in Cisco Supervisor Desktop, the stats shown are cummulative of previous days. Example, if today's Wednesday, it shows records from Monday to Wednesday instead of just data for today. Everything else looks okay and all UCCX are "In Service". Supervisor logs don't show anything relating to errors or anything else. Anyone run into this? Just wanted to check with you guys before I open a TAC case and/or apply the SU2 patch.

Looks like the stats are not resetting at midnight, most likely you are hitting the below defect.
CSCtr65099 CSD Agent - Team State, State Duration is not sorted properly
    http://www.cisco.com/web/ccbu/CRS/8/5/1/SU2/UCCX_851SU2_ReleaseNotes.pdf, pg 11
I would suggest you upgrade to Su2 before opening a tac case.

  • CAD agent detail real-time display

    UCCE with CAD:
When agents show their statistics in the CAD window, and select Agent Detail Real-Time Display - the Avg Talking field is showing the same number for ALL agents.  For example, each agent shows a value of 2:26 for Avg Talking.  It would seem to me that this field should be specific to each individual agent, and not an average of all agents in the skill group.  The Cisco CAD User Manual shows Avg Talking to be "The total time on calls (all talk time + all hold time) divided by the number of calls"
The other fields, i.e. calls presented, calls handled, etc, are specific to the individual agent and show different values as I would expect.
Am I mis-reading the documentation (which is entirely possible)?  Has anyone else seen this?
    Thanks,
    Robb

    Hi Robb,
Found my old TAC Case. It was for an upgrade from 7.2.5 to 7.5.6 so you might be hitting a similar issue. This is the email of the escalation from Cisco to Calabrio for the issue I had if it helps when you talk to TAC:
    Problem Description:
    Detailed Description
Upgraded ICM from 7.2.5 to 7.5.8 (CAD 7.5.6), after upgrade, CAD realtime
display report "Agent ACD State Log Display" start time shows a start time of 00:00:03
    against every state change
    Business Impact
medium:Could not see the Agent login time correctly
    Troubleshooting Performed
    Similar case:
    http://wwwin-tools.cisco.com/casekwery/getServiceRequest.do?id=613948701#not
    e48
    However, the fix is
actually to go into the LDAP utility and do a hack to a certain key
within the database. Unfortunately the previous case doesn't tell which
key to edit and what to change it to. I'm presuming it had something to
do with the time zone from a mention earlier on within that case, but
    not sure.
No bugs found related to the issue.
    Specific Assistance Required
Need assistance to fix the issue with ACD State Log Display

  • How to stop the call summary display on home screen?

How to stop the call summary display on home screen?

Here are the solutions I can think of (if no one here responds with something better):
    1. Open Settings and then Phone within the Settings screen and see if you can find a setting there for the call summary. The Phone submenu under Settings would be the most likely place.
    2. Open Settings on your iPhone and go through each item including all of the items within each main item. Within about 10 minutes you should be able to get through all of the settings and find the setting if it exists on your phone. There is no such setting on my phone but it is possible that Airtel has a custom menu with that.
    3. If you still haven't found it, you could check a) Airtel's support site and/or b) an Airtel specific forum.
    4. If still no luck, I would call Airtel and ask again and if you get the same response ask for the location of the setting (or to speak to someone who can tell you).
    Good luck.

  • CSD crashed after logon and selecting Agent Team

    Hi team,
can anybody help? I have a problem with one supervisor user during logon CSD on a UCCX 8.0.2 system.
If this special user logs on the CSD client and after he selects agent team the client crash and will be closed.
This shouldn't be a problem of the client because with another user CSD works fine.
The special thing of this user, the CUCM user uses extension mobility and has no device associated but an user profile.
    Thanks for your help,
    Tobias

Based in the behavior, you could be affected by the following software defect
    http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?caller=pluginredirector&method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=CSCtl86300
I advice you to open a TAC case, to check that out

  • CTI OS Agent Team Based Wrap up

In CAD I was able to configure different Wrap up codes based on Workflow group. Can I achieve the same function in CTIOS based on agent Teams?

    Hi,
no. Wrap up codes are not bound to teams, they are global.

  • UCCX Agent Team Change & CSD

    UCCX 9.0(2)
Client is reporting issues where an agent changes team, but the supervisors continue to see the agent within their old team.
It appears in general that changes to a team's "assigned CSQ" nor to an agent's assigned team update in CSD. We've tried log out/login of CAD and CSD users, and Admin db resync, but nothing helps. Looking to avoid outage due to service restarts.
    Assistance appreciated.
    Brian

Cisco Supervisor Desktop pulls configuration information when it is first launched, this includes agents, teams, queue info, etc. Unfortunately CSD does not update this information during the course of its operation and requires closing and reloading the application to refresh this data.

  • How can I set up a database program for inputing baseball team statistics that is compatible with numbers?

I have been asked to be a statistician bar and athletic team. We are playing Dartball, a game of darts that is based on baseball.  The previous status station used Apple works which included a database manager that was compatible with numbers. I have checked with the Apple geniuses online for my MacBook Pro and they did not have an answer to my problem. Is there a program that can be used on my MacBook Pro that will keep up with statistics for eight baseball team?

Im all for the dumb questions, because its probably a dumb mistake I did.
I have checked that both sus ped and exp. ped are fully plugged in.
Neither pedals show up in the Midi meter in the transport.
I dont know how to set a patch for the keyboard, but if both pedals work in other programs (i.e. Reason), wouldn't it not be an issue with a Logic configuration and not in the keyboard's setting? (Unless I have a separate Logic setting that loads automatically when it detects Logic is booted. I dont know how that would work though.)
Thank you for your prompt help, though. Any other ideas?

  • Problem in the team calender leave display of other employees

    Hello,
I have a problem with the leave request in ESS.
Go to Working Time >> Leave request >> Show Team Calendar >>
and you can see all the members of the team and also if someone has taken leave then that is also highlighted in the calender.
when i keep my mouse pointer near to the highlighted spot, I can see the information like 'date', 'type of leave' and 'approved' messages but if i keep the mouse for the other user then i will get the info as 'date and absent' which is correct and it will not show the type of the leave.
Now the problem is whenever i click on that higlighted spot then, I will get below info.
You have selected the following leave:
    type of leave : .............
    date : .................
But if i select other team members then it is showing the 'type of leave' but it should show 'absent' as 'type of leave ' when i select other user and it should display actual type of leave when i select for my self.
Now it is displaying the type of leave for all the users. how to avoid this and display as 'absent' ?
The RFC used from the back end is PT_ARQ_REQUEST_PREPARE to get the above detail....
is this the authorization issue? if yes can you tell me how to restrct that ? or if not then what might be the issue ?
    Best Regards,

  • Agent disappears from Supervisor Display

    UCCX 8.5
I have some remote CAD agents who connect via vpn. One in particular always behaves the same. In the Supervisor Display she is counted as "Logged In" but her name will disappear from the Agents and Voice CSQ-Detail displays for 30 seconds. She will then reappear for 30 seconds and this repeats as long as she is logged in. She is able to answer calls, some for over twenty minutes.

It could be the VPN is blocking TCP ports 59000 and 59020 required for the chat communications. I had this happen when a firewall between 2 networks was blocking ports 59000 and 59020.

  • Report Summary Display

    Hi ,
I want to display only Total in Query , how to do it please someone tell me
    Version BW3.1
    Example :
    12  34  test   test    test   20   35
    10  34  test    test   test   10    2
    25  10  test    test   test2  20   5
47  74  -         -        -       50    42 (I want to display only this row , how can we hide or do we have any option to display only summary values)
    Thanks,
    GAL

    Hi Gal,
When you see the output of your Bex report , you can see that the detail of the report is due to certain objects.
Ex:  plant , material, date and total inventory.  the detail level of the report is due to the date. so if you just hide the date , automatically you get the summary.
try to identify those fields and hide them.

The query of the extraction is to extract the annoucement that is posted for day. Once the summary is generated, an email will be sent out to users with the extracted data.
How can i have part of the content of each announcement extracted using c# in visual studio 2013?

May be you can plan to extract all the data from list and then filter the content you are looking for
    http://stackoverflow.com/questions/490968/how-do-you-read-sharepoint-lists-programatically
You have several options both of which are going to require further research on your part they are:
Use the SharePoint object model (Microsoft.Sharepoint.dll), you must be on a PC within the SharePoint farm.
Use the SharePoint web services which can be found at SiteURL/_vti_bin/ you might want to start with Lists.asmx and work from there.
You are going to need some further research as I have said, but remember GIYF.

  • PX statistics example displaying 0

    Dear NI community,
I was trying to connect remotely to LeCroy WaveRunner 104MXi-A oscilloscope in order to get statistics (sdev etc.).
I run the examples for Lecroy (Acquire and Read MyMeasurements.vi) and it is working only when I choose PX(it displays the correct value), but not when I choose PX Statistics. In this case, it displays 0 at the Values and MEASUREMENTS ARE TURNED OFF at the labview StatusDescription.
I did some debugging and I receive the string HEP at some point, which redirects it to the "Measurements are turned off".
Please, any help is very welcome.

    Hello,
I am curious what is on the scope display when this occurs?
The response to the CRMS? query will be "CUST", "VPAR", or "HPAR" if they are turned on.
I see you created an indicator on the response to the CRMS?.  What was the value?
From your images, it looks like you did the parameter value query without setting up a measurement, but for the statistics, you ran the VI to configure the measrements.  (If you did not setup any measurements on the scope and are using the default setup, you should get a P1 and P2 measurement for amplitude and frequency).
Here is how I did it:
