CAD agent detail real-time display

UCCE with CAD:
When agents show their statistics in the CAD window, and select Agent Detail Real-Time Display - the Avg Talking field is showing the same number for ALL agents.  For example, each agent shows a value of 2:26 for Avg Talking.  It would seem to me that this field should be specific to each individual agent, and not an average of all agents in the skill group.  The Cisco CAD User Manual shows Avg Talking to be "The total time on calls (all talk time + all hold time) divided by the number of calls"
The other fields, i.e. calls presented, calls handled, etc, are specific to the individual agent and show different values as I would expect.
Am I mis-reading the documentation (which is entirely possible)?  Has anyone else seen this?
Thanks,
Robb

Hi Robb,
Found my old TAC Case. It was for an upgrade from 7.2.5 to 7.5.6 so you might be hitting a similar issue. This is the email of the escalation from Cisco to Calabrio for the issue I had if it helps when you talk to TAC:
Problem Description:
Detailed Description
Upgraded ICM from 7.2.5 to 7.5.8 (CAD 7.5.6), after upgrade, CAD realtime
display report "Agent ACD State Log Display" start time shows a start time of 00:00:03
against every state change
Business Impact
medium:Could not see the Agent login time correctly
Troubleshooting Performed
Similar case:
http://wwwin-tools.cisco.com/casekwery/getServiceRequest.do?id=613948701#not
e48
However, the fix is
actually to go into the LDAP utility and do a hack to a certain key
within the database. Unfortunately the previous case doesn't tell which
key to edit and what to change it to. I'm presuming it had something to
do with the time zone from a mention earlier on within that case, but
not sure.
No bugs found related to the issue.

Need assistance to fix the issue with ACD State Log Display

  • Agent real time display not ready time is inaccurate

Agent Not Ready Detail in Webview-Agent Realtime Reports in CAD.
I am looking at the agent: Agent Not Ready Detail Report in Webview and comparing this to the Agent Real Rime Display in CAD. If I manually add the Not Ready times (state durations) from the agent ACD state log, they equate to the Cisco Web View agent report. However, the Total Not Ready column from the Agent Detail Display report in CAD does not sync up with either Webview or CAD. Its more than an hour off.
The Eastern managers are looking closely at these numbers now and one of the agents questioned the report in CAD today and brought this to a manager's attention. It is more than an hour off which is a big difference.
It was comparing the state duration for not ready from the ACD State Log Display (for example the 5 seconds at 10:15:04 in screen shot 1) to the total not ready time from the Agent Real Time Display Displays report (3:48:59 in screen shot 2). The total individual state durations of unavailable time from report #1 does not equal report #2 and I would think it should. If not explain why?
From CAD client > Real Time Displays > Agent ACD State Log Display. If you add up all the Not Ready times and compare with webview, it matches. No problem here.
From CAD client > Real Time Displays > Agent Detail Display (this doesnt match up with webview report or the total Not Ready times in Agent ACD State Log Display).
    We're looking to know either
    1. How exactly the not ready state time is calculated
                   OR
    2. Where to find the information on how this is deteremined.
I appreaciate any response. Thank you.

Is it all agents or only one/some?
What does CSD show? Can you post a screenshot of the CSD main screen for a team?
Also, please post the traces from Desktop Recording and Statistics Server.

  • How to reset numbers in real time display in Cisco Supervisor Desktop?

    Hi all,
I wonder about numbers in real time display in Cisco Supervisor Desktop. There are many statistic number for example : Call Handled, Max Talking, Avg Talking, Max Ready, Total Ready, Call abandoned, etc. Is there any way to reset those numbers back to zero? Please let me know.
    Thank you.

    Joe,
I haven't tried that, but I'm very skeptical. The CAD Agent gets stats from two places - CTIOS and RASS. RASS keeps the call log information in a SQL Desktop Engine database.
Stats derived from CTIOS reset at midnight. Obviously, restarting the RASS service has no effect on those. Call log information is being kept in a database so it seems to me that a restart of RASS should also have no effect.
I guess I will have to try for myself.

    Geoff

  • UCCX 8 - CSD Real Time Display "N/A"

    Hello,
We are facing an issue with Cisco Supervisor Desktop real time display "Agent Logs - call" and "Agent Logs - state". These two real time displays show "n/a" while select specific agents (some agents it show data as normal). For the agents who display "n/a" in CSD, in CAD the real time data display as normal.
For example: When supervisor monitor Agent_A in CSD "Agent Logs - call" show "N/A" (the same to Agent Logs -state). But in CAD, Agent_A can see real time display "Agent Call Log Display" as normal (the same to "Agent ACD State Log Display").
    Does anyone experience this issue?
It seem that the real time display data in CAD and CSD are getting from the same source. How come the CSD show "n/a" when the data is available in CAD? Any idea, please help.
    Many thanks,

    Hi Anuj,
Thanks for your response. We are currently running on UCCX SU2. We used to reinstalled CSD/CAD already after we upgrade the UCCX to SU2. Our issue is now fixed by delete the user id of inactive agent from resource page and resync the directory  services.
Just a note for anyone who might face similar issue, the recommendation is to first check the version of CAD/CSD running on the client PC (as Anuj suggest) and also comparing the user ID with the UCCX resource page. Be aware that user ID is case sensitive. Check the inactive agent list in the resource page. Delete the user id if you see it there. Then go to Desktop Administrator to resync the directory servcies.
    Thanks!

  • CAD agent wrap up time Settings!!

    Hello,
Here is the requirement I have with one of our customer.
    UCCE version :7.5.1
    CAD Version: 7.6.1
requesting to have the agents be placed in a 5 seconds wrap state after each call and after the 5 seconds auto pushed into a ready state. however, if they need more time they can select the WNR button (before the call ends) and extend that time to 1 minutes. After 1 minutes the system would auto place them in a ready state. Can this be done?

You can set the 5 seconds you need really easy in the UCCX site (Click here), to configure the WNR button, I think you can do it from the Desktop Administrator.

  • CTI data and CAD agent details capture in Database

    Hello,
I am trying to run a feedback script for a support group.  After support call is over agent formward call to a trigger where caller listen a prompt to define feedback in term of good or bad. I have sql DB integrated to capture details.
I am able to see caller details and feedback details but i am not able to capture any details about agent ID.   Agent ID is important for me to corelate the feedback.
looking help to capture whole CTI including agent ID in database.
    Thanks
    Saurabh

In the first script, at the point where you perform your Select Resource, set Connect = No, and then you can store the Agent ID in the caller's session object.  In the second script, you can recall the session object and the value inside of it.

  • Regarding PSA real time scenarios and things

    Hai
I knew abour PSA therotically . But i want in detail real time scenarios concering about PSA . Like , if data laoding is failed then how to look at PSA and after identifying how to update to corresponding datatarget like this ......
So please tell in detail some real time scenarios about PSA and also send some documents or weblogd or old forums to [email protected] now
I ll assign the points for thanks

    hi chakri, go through this.
1.The Persistent Staging Area (PSA) is the inbound storage area for data from the source systems in the SAP Business Information Warehouse. The requested data is saved, unchanged from the source system. Request data is stored in the transfer structure format in transparent, relational database tables in the Business Information Warehouse. The data format remains unchanged, meaning that no summarization or transformations take place, as is the case with Info Cubes.
    2. The data records in BW are transferred to the transfer structure when you load data with the transfer method PSA. One TRFC is carried out per data package. Data is written to the PSA table from the transfer structure, and stored there. A transparent PSA table is created for every transfer structure that is activated. The PSA tables each have the same structure as their respective transfer structures.
    3. The number of fields is limited to a maximum of 255 when using TRFCs to transfer data. The length of the data record is limited to 1962 bytes when you use TRFCs.
    4. Four types of updates a) psa and data targets parallel b)psa and data targets serially c) only psa with subsequent updates to data targets d) only data targets
5.Since the data is stored in transparent tables in database we can edit the data in psa using  ABAP routines using PSA-API’s.
    6. u can delete the requests from the PSA  for the incorrect data provided that the concerned request data is not populated into data targets.
    7. table for PSA:There is only one table for all psa requests. One way to know the psa table name is by right click the psa node and 'maintain export datasource', you will see the table name is /BIC/B0000xxxx (System generated psa table name ) ('ExtractStru.') with se16 you can see the contents, each request no. displayed in field REQUEST.
    8. reporting:  We can not report directly on psa  as the  same data is coming form the source system we can see a report from the source sytem. How ever technically speaking we can have a report on that. You are creating an export datasource on it and report using a Remotecube. you could even create an ODS with the same structure of the PSA and push the PSA data into it with no data transformation and then report. When u create an export data soruce on psa it will start with 7 followed by ur  PSA name. The below link gives the reporting on psa document.
    https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/968dab90-0201-0010-c093-9d2a326969f1
    Re: Reporting on PSA
    Reporting on PSA
9.Changelog and PSA: If we delete data in changelog the data in psa will not be deleted. You have to delete the data in the PSA exclusively. The change log acts as the PSA for the data target if the ODS acts as a datasource. What I mean is if the ODS supplies to another cube/ODS then the source ODS's Changelog is the PSA for the target ODS/Cube.
10.PSA as a data source:   create an export data source. The export data source starts with 7 followed by psa name.  Go to data marts in the info sources tab and replicate that data source.  Create an info source and assign this data source.  Activate transfer rules and communication structure Then create a data package  and schedule the load to the data target.
    11.PSA deletion:
      Re: PSA Deletion
    12. PSA data in EP:
Re: urgent: PSA Data in EP?
    13.Deleting PSA data source:
To delete the export data source
Just go to RSA6 and find the your datasource in the node 'DM', click once (highlight it) and there is a delete icon on the standard icon bar, click on that you should be able to delete the datasource.
    Delete PSA datasource
      14.Debug load inpsa:
Re: How to Debug a Load into PSA
to load data manually from psa to the data targets.
    1. go to rsal .ie administrator work bench
    2. under modelling tab choose psa option
    3.select your application component
    4. choose ur info soruce and expand the tree to see the requests
    5. double click on the psa icon
    6. a new screen will appear which asks for the no of records to enter give the number and press enter u can see the data in the psa
    7. to update psa data manually go to the context menu  of that request and select the optio "update date immeditatley" it will be  loaded to the data target/

  • CAD Real Time Stats show NA for agent state and call log

    Hello
For our lab uccx, the agent/users CAD display shows NA for the agent state and call log.  I have
Not Ready and Log out codes set and have the testers do those actions to generate data.
I have rebooted the server and have also checked the services page and confirmed
    all the services are running.
I went through the admin guide to see if I missed any configuration but does not appear so.
I tried launching the real time stats tool from the UCCX Admin and it launches OK
but I noticed that it shows not connected.
Note this is over a VPN to the UCCX.
So not sure if this is related.  I checked the relase notes and this is the base install
of UCCX 8.5.  I am going to install the service updates but wanted to see if I can
get this running before I schedule a maint window to do the upgrades.
    Thanks

  • CUIC Agent Real-time reporting reason code

    Hi,
In CUIC agent real time report reason code for not ready it shows 50002 or integer we have configured in ICM.
How we can display reason code as name which we have configured in icm like tea, coffee , meeting.
CUIC version we are using 8.5.
    Regards,
    Dinesh Joshi

The way I got round this was creating thresholds - eg 1 = Lunch 2 = meeting etc.
this does work, however you can't then Threshold the time on those particular texts, but at least you can see what 'state' they are in.
let me know if it works..
    Thanks Sarah

  • How can I display a .csv file as a real time waveform using labview

    Hi folks.
As stated, Im looking to display a .CSV file (obtained via RS-232, example; 100,101,102,102,102,103...) as a waveform in real-time. What is the best way to approach this? Im thinking LabVIEW. I have version 7.1 but am not really experienced in using it. I'll give anything a go though. Also, I have Visual Studio 2005, so I was thinking VB???
    Thanks in advance!

Have a look at this VI.
Add a convert string to number function behind it.

  • How to count occurences of a certain string in incoming real-time data? Also displaying RTC data. Current VI included

I use LabView student Express 7 on a Windows XP system.
Time-frame: we are doing final integrations for our balloon experiment today. We just got told that the press wants to view real-time data, which we haven't programmed for. I need help to get a working VI at the latest by 25.02.2004 before 0800(morning) (GMT+1).
    Note on license
It is a student balloon flight, and the data will not be used in scientific work, so the I am not breaking any license agreements (I hope).
    Problem synopsis:
The balloon continually transmits data at 9600baud. The data is a semi-repeating header followed by a constant lenght data-package arranged like this:
    BEXUS[h][m][s]BEXUS[h][m][s]
    [Raw binary data, 7channels*8sub-channels*8bits]
What the groundstation is doing right now:
Take all incomming data and save (append) the data to a file without any data-handling. (We figured we would go post-processing).
What I need to change in less than 24 hours:
    - Add a "package" counter
    - Add a display of the clock data (RTC)
How I planned to implement the changes:
    -RTC display:
The RTC data is in BCD format, since that means that if you look at the data as hex numbers, you get the hours and minutes and seconds out in "clear text". That is 12 hours is 0x12hex. I figured that I can do a match pattern BEXUS and pass the "after substring" to another match pattern BEXUS from which I feed the "before substring" to a type-cast VI (casting string to u8) and displaying that, which should give me a display of "123000" for the time 12:30:00... I couldn't get it to work at all when I tried out the supplied "beta" vi.
    - Package counter:
Counting how many BEXUS that gets detected and dividing by 2. I don't know how to do this. I've looked on the forum (a good thread on the problem: "how do I count the number of *'s in a string") but these use either loops or arrays... and I'm not sure how this works when I'm getting the data in at realtime. I cant make an array and then count it, since then the array would grow fast and possibly interfere with saving of the data??? Saving the data is critical.. without that file we cant do post-processing.
Since my time is so limited (I'm not even supposed to do the groundstation software but they called on me in the last minute because no-one else had time/wanted too/could do it) I hope that you could make an exception and provide me with working VI's (based on the one I have attached) so that I can show something to the press! (Free comercial for NI!! Since the student version shows the National Instruments water-mark on all VI's!!! Possible TV time!!)
    Thanks!
PS: even if you are to late (after 25) post anyway!
    Why:
    -I can learn from it
-the launch might be delayed due to weather conditions
    -others might find it amusing!
    Thanks again!

I have a valid example data file attached to this thread.
    If you open BEXTEST.bin in a hex-editor of your choice, you'll see the BEXUS as 42 45 58 55 53 and then the time as 00 28 09 etc.
I couldn't get Joe Guo's VI to work. It doesn't count packages correctly, and the time is not displayed correctly either.
The file was saved using a straight save to file VI.
The data is from actual launching area tests performed a few mintues ago. The time displayed is "On time" e.g. how long the gondola has been powered up.
I have a spare T-junction, so I can hook into the balloon real-time data as we fly, in case anyone care to see if they can figure out why the latest version of Joe Guo's program is not displaying correctly.
    I will monitor this
thread during and after flight to see if anyone can make it in time!
    Thanks for the great effort!!

  • Two calls at the same time on agent detail

    Hi All,
Pulling an agent detail report for an agent im showing two calls with exact same start and end time.  The first is listed as inbound non-acd and the second is listed as inbound acd, assigned to a queue which the agent is assigned to.
never saw it before and cant begin to understand it.  Has anyone saw this before?

    Hey tomas.micovcin,
I'm slightly confused by your question so i'd like to try and clarify a few things.
You have two AD7760. Each AD7760 is then connected to its own CED1Z. Is that correct?
Next i'm confused between which of the two following scenario's you're interested in.
1.You're interested in taking measurement from the AD7760 and bringing them into LabVIEW using the CED1Z as a USB interface. This would involve building a USB driver to bring the data into the LabVIEW environment.
    2. You're interested in building code in LabVIEW that will acquire and process the data from the hardware. You then want to deploy this code to your Evaluation Board.
Which of these scenarios are you interested in? If none of these, what are you trying to accomplish?
Also... could you go into more detail on what you mean by "if is possible use LabView program \download from www.analog.com\, becouse i can,t find in "source code " place where i can choose name of usb port where is connect." I'm kind of confused as to what you're asking here.

  • In a Real time project what would be the agent assignment attribute setting

    Dear Experts,
I have never worked on a workflow project. I have been only practising workflow on a IDES system. I would like to know in a real live production system what settings do we use when we define the agent assignment at the task level? Do we set the attribute as GENERAL TASK always?
To be more specific as in the task attributes we have many options like
    GENERAL TASK
    GENERAL FORWARDING ALLOWED,
    GENERAL FORWARDING NOT ALLOWED AND
    FORWARDING NOT ALLOWED.
From the first three options which is most generally used in a real time projects?
    AND
is it necessary to always set the attribute as GENERAL TASK before transporting the workflow definition to other systems from the development system?
appreciate your help on the same.
    cheers
    chky

    Hello Learner,
It depends on the requirement, but in most of the cases we assign the task as general task.
To have some more information on the various attributes,
    ·        General task
If you define a task as a general task, all users can execute the task. This is useful if the task is used in a workflow and you only want to define the recipients in the step definition. A recipient can forward associated work items to all users.
Work items whose tasks are defined as general tasks and for which no responsible agents or default rules are defined are offered to all users of the SAP System for execution in their Business Workplaces.
    ·        General forwarding allowed
A work item that represents a task with this property can be forwarded by one of its recipients to all users, even if they are not possible agents of the task.
    ·        General forwarding not allowed
A work item that represents a task with this property can be forwarded by one of its recipients only to the possible agents of the task.
    ·        Forwarding not allowed
A work item that represents a task with this property cannot be forwarded by one of its recipients.
    Hope this will help.
    Regards,
    Sam
