MQ not AQ messaging not working

Hi All,
Messages are not flowing from IBM MQ to Oracle AQ.
I could see the following error in MGW log.

oracle.mgw.common.GatewayException: [417] Missing log records in sending log queue for job JOB_WEB_MSG

Messages are coming to AQ for some time and suddenly stopping.
And also once the msg consumed by AQ the messages is not destructing from MQ
and same message is consuming by AQ multiple times.
I have done the below. Still the error persists.

Unfortunately it's not working for me.
DBMS_MGWADM.SHUTDOWN:
BEGIN

I have cleaned up and I tried MGW reconfiguration also still same error.
Missing log records in sending log queue for job JOB_WEB_MSG JOB_WEB_MSG.
Still the error persists we are getting messages from MQ
once the message consumed by AQ the message has to be destructed from MQ but its not happening
same message is reading multiple times.
I have done the below MGW configuration.
Same configuration I did it for different MQ manager no errors it's working fine.
