My subscription has expired and I want to cancel it, each day I get an email from Adobe informing me my credit card information has been declined.. How do I cancel and remove the old credit card information?

Start by signing out and back in to see if it will see the subscription:

If the apps are installed fine and close after launch see this link:

You can uninstall in the usual way (Control Panel). You will probably then need to reinstall the older version, which the trial most likely removed.

Payment issue and subscription has expired

I had some trouble with my rechargeable credit card on this month, there were not enough money to pay the monthly fee and now when I start my software I get a message saying that my subscription has expired and there are 23 days remaining.
Now everithing is ok with the card, I just want to know how can I pay the monthly fee and make the above error message disappear.
Is there a way to 'force' payment now?

Please try to license your software. Launch any creative cloud app and when it prompts the error " subscription has expired", click on license this software and sign in with Adobe ID and passowrd associated with creative cloud subscription.
In case if you get the same problem again, Please send me your Adobe ID via private message.

I have the same problem. It says trial is expired, so I select the "sign in now" button. After sign in, it comes up with a place to enter a serial number. The only two other options are "back" and "next".

Each month, for the past three months or so, at renewal time, I receive a note stating that my trial period has expired and I cannot open my Acrobat Files. I have telephoned three or four times each time this happens and have been told that the matter has been resolved - it has not! At one time I had paid inadvertently for three account for Acrobat XI Pro running at the same time - I only need 1. I'm afraid that I may have just opened a second account by mistake in order to open my files. I repeat, I only require one account. I don't work for Adobe but it seems to me you might be signing in to Acrobat with the wrong Adobe ID.
Check the Adobe ID you use in Acrobat.
Check this Adobe ID on Adobe's to make sure that it has an active subscription.

We often find this happens when the wrong software gets run (so the subscription doesn't apply).

Sign out from Creative Cloud desktop application and Sign in with email ID using which you had purchased subscription .
