  • Order save flow(r3 outbound) not executing user exit

    hi experts,
i want to enhance the middleware flow for orders flowing from r3 to crm. i created a function module(user exit) in r3 for that and registered it in tables tbe24 and tps34. surprisingly the customer save (in r3) flow executes that function module but order save doesnt. please give me your expert comments on this. suitable points will be rewarded.
    thanks in advance,
    sagar.

    Hi Venkat,
i tried doing that also. in fact i am changing the existing orders only. i changed the existing customers and found that that user exit is being executed but when i changed the existing orders i could not see it executing that user exit. Any guess?
    Thanks for quick response,

  • Internal Order with status as Released not allowing postings

    Hi Experts,
We are trying to interface expense reports against Internal orders wherein the IO is in REL GMPS status but is rejecting the ERs.
Can we have the possible reasons for the same?

    Hi..
You define user status management as below.(IMG Menu path : Internal order>Order master Data>Status Management)
-. If you select Status number “10”, SAP don’t allow FI posting.
-. If you select Status number “20”, SAP allow FI posting.
After you assing above user status to order type, you create internal order and you can control FI posting as below.

  • How to set a user status (complete) when ever system status is set complete

    Experts,
We have configured status profile and few user status (say open, pre-release, complete) and assigned the status profile to the item category(zxxx).
The problem we have is if we have a service order that is created with the item (item category zxxx) -- Say the header status is open and the item status is pre-release. Now end user comes and sets the header status to completed - then the item status is still set pre-release. It is not changing to complete as expected.
Yes,  the Item system status is set to completed but not the user status. How do I configure to set a complete user status when the header and item system status are set to completed.
    Thank you
Edited by: ram on May 4, 2010 8:51 PM

I am not sure if this can be "reverse engineered" in Status profile.
But here is some hint. You can use the BAdI CRM_ORDER_STATUS mehtod AFTER_CHANGE and actually break when the Header status is changed, and set the item status as desired.

  • Do not execute business function

    Dear Experts
kindly  i  face an issue that  while trying  to  select function (Do not execute)  for outstanding maintenance order with status (CRTD created )
but when  i want to set NCMP & CLSD through this function from    order change (iw32) --> order -->function-> complete --> do not execute  i  found it garay  so what may be cause that behavior

    Hello
Please check whether you have authorization for this .
Take SU53 dump after executing IW32 and  order -->function-> complete --> do not execute .Which will give the info about missing authorization object.

  • WIP calculation for Prod.order with status DLV

    Dear experts,
Is there any way to change WIP calculation method for Prod.order status ?
In t-code OKGC:: By default system will set:
Order status      Status number         RA type
REL                          2                             WIP Calculation on Basis of Actual Costs
DLV                          3                            Cancel Data of WIP Calculation and Results Ana
PREL                  1                            WIP Calculation on Basis of Actual Costs
TECO                  4                            Cancel Data of WIP Calculation and Results Ana
I can not change any thing in t-code OKGC (gray after insert: CO, RA version, RA key).
As I understanding: Prod.order with status DLV will not be considered to calculate WIP.
But I want to calculate WIP for Prod.order with status DLV. Could you pls guide me how to configure the system?
    Thank you!

    Hi,
I suppose it is positive variance as the yield from the order is 10 pieces more than the planned quantity of 1000 and it is always a variance and no WIP involved in this case. It can be settled to FI/PCA and to CO-PA by variance categories (if you have configured accordingly)
Therefore the accounting entry would be:
    1. Delivery to stock of 10 pieces:
    FG Debit
    Change in Stock Credit
    2. Variances will post the difference:
    Change in Stock Debit
    Price Difference is Credit
Concerning the valuation method it needs to be tested before it can be implemented.

  • Sales order not set to complete status in CRM from R/3

    Hi Gurus,
I need some advice. We are working on CRM 2007 and the issue we are facing is....when a sales order is created in CRM it gets successfully copied over to R/3. It is then processed in R/3 and is then set to a Completed status. But this status is never updated across to the original sales order in CRM which hence stays in Incomplete status...
We know this is a config issue and we have also looked at program "CRM_SET_STATUS_COMPLETED" but can anyone point us where exactly we need to change the configuration.
    Thanks,
    Sushant.

    Hi sushant,
When the R/3 Order status is set to 'Completed' then the system status for order in CRM system is automatically changed to 'Completed'.
So firstly check whether the User status ('Completed')in SAP CRM has the Business transaction event set to 'FINI'. So when the system status is set to 'Completed' the user status will also change to 'Completed.'
Secondly even check what are the statuses of item in the Orders.
    regards,
    Anubhav

Please can anyone guide me how do I reset / revert the NCMP (Not completed) System Status of the Work Order. The System Status comes after I have done the Function of "Do Not Execute".

    Hi,
    1. You cannot reset it back . For future cases ensure to grey out the option using Transaction Variants SHD0 for IW31/IW32 Tcodes

  • BDC recording not executing last OK code for order technical completion

    Hello!
Regarding a QM requirement, I have created a rather simple BDC recording to change the activity type of an order to new ones (based on particular conditions not relevant here) on transaction IW32.
However, if the order is technically complete, I have to cancel the technical completion, change the activity type, and then complete the order technically again (so it remains just the way it was before modification).
The only order types relevant in the requirement are YM01 and YM02. For YM01, the BDC recording works like a charm. But when executing the proper recording for type YM02, the last OK code (i.e. pressing the OK button on the Complete subscreen) is ignored and the process remains incomplete: the orders are never completed technically again.
    Here is the recording:
    0     T     IW32     BS AA X   F
    SAPLCOIH                       101     X
    0           BDC_OKCODE     /00

    SAPLCOIH                       3000     X
    0           BDC_OKCODE      =ARCH
    SAPLIWO1                           200             X
    0           BDC_OKCODE      =WTER
                                            0           RIWO1-CLNOT     X
    Any help would greatly appreciated!
    Best regards,
    André Santos

    Leandro, thanks for the answer!
The BDC recording does not work when executed visibly or step by step. After some extensive debugging, I realized that the final screen (the technical complete confirmation screen) is not an actual subscreen, even though it has its own number. That screen is actually generated by an FM, so apparently that's why it's ignored when the BDC is executed.
I found a BAPI to replace that missing step: BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN. However, I'm having a hard time figuring out how to reference the orders I need it to complete. The FM asks for an IT_METHODS table and I couldn't tie the method to the orders:
    it_methods-refnumber = ???
it_methods-objecttype = 'HEADER'. "That's what I found on the example, not sure whether this is right or not.
    it_methods-method = 'TECHNICALCOMPLETE'.
it_methods-objectkey = ??? "Maybe the order number itself?
    APPEND it_methods.
Has anyone used this BAPI before?

  • CRM Sales Order Item Status Does Not match R/3 Item Status

The status of the CRM sales order item is being set to 'In Process' when the related R/3 sales order line item status is set to 'Complete' - when, the delivery quantity is zero for the sales order item.  This happens when the warehouse can't find the stock to pick - the delivery quantity is set to zero.  Thus, the CRM order item status does not agree with the R/3 order item status.  We need for the line item status to be set to 'Complete' in CRM.  Anyone have an idea as to how to make this happen?
    Thanks you.

    Hi Peter and Suresh,
From the information provided I understand that the sales order created in CRM after replication to R/3 has some status change.
    1.  What are the fields which are updated in R/3 for the sales order created in CRM ?
    2. If sales order fields are updated in R/3 are these updates reflected back to CRM?
    3. If they are reflected back in CRM? Is there still flexibility for sales order to be changed in CRM and replicated back to R/3?
Can you please share you experiences.. Any help is highly appreciated.
    Thanks

  • Workflow status column is not showing the internal status values (Inprogress, Started, Suspended, Completed)

I've created SPD 2013 workflow and deployed them onto that document library, This workflow execute on item update event. When updating library item, workflow triggered and completed successfully but workflow status column is not
showing the Internal Status values rather it is showing the Stage information. I've unchecked the "Automatically update stage name on workflow status" and republished the workflow. After that, it is still showing the stage information. Any help
    is really appreciated.

    Hi Venkadesh,
It is by design that 2013 workflow will show stage name in the workflow status column when
Automatically update the workflow status to the current stage name is checked.
And the workflow status column will be blank when Automatically update the workflow status to the current stage name is unchecked.
For existing workflows, the workflow status will still exists with the previous values after unchecking Automatically update the workflow status to the current stage name.
We can use Set Workflow Status action to update the workflow status value based on our needs.
    Best regards,
    Victoria

  • Resubmission status set as completed

    Hi,
We face an issue with the FSCM module  We see that a lot of resubmission status set as completed. The change log showing user name and date and time but user informed as the completion was done by my account (user id) but not by me.
There was no job schedule for this activity. Normally will the status manually.
Is any possibility to set status as completed by automatic run due to change of collection profile, strategies etc reasons? If so how to find whether it is auto run. Or any other possible to change status.
You input in this regards will be highly appreciated with high points
    With regards,
    V.krishnamoorthy.

You can use transaction MASS and set object type as BUS2012. Than select "Purchase Order Item" and run (F8).

  • How to Close Mass Open Sales Orders (Partially / not executed ) at one go

    Dear All
We are having lots of  OPEN SALES ORDERS , few are COMPLETELY OPEN and rest are PARTIALLY used .Now my requirement is to CLOSE all such Sales Order at one go ie. MASS CLOSING OF OPEN SALES ORDER .
    Please Guide.
    Regards
    Animesh Chakroborty

    Dear Animesh
First have those open order references in an excel sheet.
Go to MASS, input Object Type BUS2032  and execute.  There block "Sales order header data" and click on "Fields".  There select the field "MASSSDHEAD_S-LIFSK"  and execute.
Now click on "Multiple selection" (right arrow), copy those order references and press "Shift+F12" and execute.  There on top, assign some block and execute.  All your sale orders will be blocked.
On the other hand, you can also change the status of those sale orders by assigning "Reason of Rejection"  in mass.  To achieve this, go to TCode MASS, input Object Type BUS2032 and execute.  There block on "Sales Order Item Data" and click on "Fields".  There block the field "MASSVBAP-ABGRU"  and execute.  Follow the same procedure as explained above.
Now see the document flow of those sale orders.
    thanks
