Resubmission status set as completed

Hi,
We face an issue with the FSCM module  We see that a lot of resubmission status set as completed. The change log showing user name and date and time but user informed as the completion was done by my account (user id) but not by me.
There was no job schedule for this activity. Normally will the status manually.
Is any possibility to set status as completed by automatic run due to change of collection profile, strategies etc reasons? If so how to find whether it is auto run. Or any other possible to change status.

You can use transaction MASS and set object type as BUS2012. Than select "Purchase Order Item" and run (F8).

    Hi,
    I have a question regarding BPEL & catch (SOA 11.1.1.4.0). When the composite catch an exception (using catch-all block), the status of the composite is set to Faulted immediately even when the flow continue to run. In this specific case in the flow, the problem is handled in the catch flow and I want to continue with the flow.
    So when I'm looking at the Enterprise Manager console, I see many Faulted instances and I don't really know the "correct" status.
    Is there a way to actually use the catch-all block but still have the status set to Completed ? If not, are there any consequences. For example, is the recovery of instances continue to work ?

    We can raise errors in a given range but the shell will only keep an
    unsigned byte in the status return value (values 0..255).  It takes our exit file and
    just looks at that last byte.
    It also shows how to get around this limitation.

  • Sales order not set to complete status in CRM from R/3

    Hi Gurus,
    I need some advice. We are working on CRM 2007 and the issue we are facing is....when a sales order is created in CRM it gets successfully copied over to R/3. It is then processed in R/3 and is then set to a Completed status. But this status is never updated across to the original sales order in CRM which hence stays in Incomplete status...
    We know this is a config issue and we have also looked at program "CRM_SET_STATUS_COMPLETED" but can anyone point us where exactly we need to change the configuration.

    When the R/3 Order status is set to 'Completed' then the system status for order in CRM system is automatically changed to 'Completed'.
    So firstly check whether the User status ('Completed')in SAP CRM has the Business transaction event set to 'FINI'. So when the system status is set to 'Completed' the user status will also change to 'Completed.'
    Secondly even check what are the statuses of item in the Orders.

    As u said u dont want to create idoc on the particular User status(i.e. Not Completed ), in this case u check for u r subcription setting in administration console (txn: SMOEAC) that in which statuses u r idoc get created in field crieteria value, maintain status operator (NE) Not Equal to Not Completed , u r idoc will not get created if u r user status in Not Completed

    I'm implementing LSO 300 right now, so not sure if there are any new options, but historically, I believe that many customers that wish to automate this process do it by writing a nightly batch job to update that status if a learner fails to do it themselves.
    Please feel free to award points if you don't get a better LSO 600 specific answer.

  • Credit memo request status to be complete

    Dear All,
    I have a scenario where I need to put the status of the credit memo request to be set to ‘completed’
    Subsequent credit memo is archived as this credit memo req is very old ..from year 2009
    Screen shot attached for your reference.
    I tried by putting the reason for rejection for the items but when I look at the status of the Credit memo req.. the status doesnt show up.. its blank.
    If I follow this process for sales order.. the overall status is showing as completed after the items are rejected.
    Can anyone please guide me how to change status to "completed"

  • Status change from 'Completed' to 'In Process' not allowed

    When configuring Appraisals in R/3 we want to change the  Status of 'Completed' when pressing the 'Reject' button so that it moves to the Target Status of 'In Process'
    However, we are getting an error message:
    Status change from 'Completed' to 'In Process' not allowed
    The SAP help states the following:
    In Process (only if final appraisal or part appraisal is defined)
    This has been defined at Template Level.
    So I don't understand why we are getting the message.
    Does any one else know of a way to configure the Appraisal template so that after it has been 'Rejected' it moves back into 'In Process'

    Ah, sorry, there was so much talk about user decisions that I assumed you were using a standard decision task.
    Still, I would be extra careful of changing the way workflow usually works because you have an unknown target audience that are based on the standard.
    The standard SAP philosophy is quite simple: cancel/F3 or do nothing and it stays reserved. If you do not want it reserved, you need to perform an action. This is based on a majority of processes: in most cases when you execute a work item you will also be the one who is going to completed it. Replacing it is the lesser used of the two alternatives, therefore it is the only one that requires an action on the part of the user.
    Again, this is intended as constructive input. Strange quirks and unusual behaviour tend to add a black mark to software if they do not make things easier to use. In many environments users are not even aware of the reserve/replace business, so there you would be adding an additional layer of complexity.
    Personally I would find an exit popup annoying as a regular workflow user - regular decisions can be approved with one click, or I can back out with a single click if I need to make a phone call or look up some info before approving - but with this new-fangled thing I've got an extra button to click and an extra thing to think about. This is especially the case in a payment approval scenario where you may have users in some departments who may approve hundreds of payments each week.
    My suggestion would be to leave it like that. By all means put an option into the user decision to put it back or to 'un-reserve' it (and loop round if the user chooses it). That way you are adding value and not clicks.

  • "You're all set to complete your order" emails

    I'm not sure if this happens to others but it is getting old how many of these emails I get. While browsing, I place items in my cart on BB.com to see the price when that's the only way to see the price or to save them until I'm finished browsing. After I'm finished, I remove all the items from my cart. However, later that day and even the days following I get emails saying "You're all set to complete your order" or "You're all set to check out at Best Buy". These emails seem to have snapshots of my cart at various points while I was browsing but do not know that my cart is currently empty. I have gone back to BB.com, signed in, and verified my cart is empty. I realize the email is considered a marketing email and I can unsubscribe from these emails. But I like getting the emails for the daily deals and such and this type of email seems to be broken. It would be nice if this could be fixed so I could stop getting spammed with emails. Thanks.

    Sifting through various marketing emails can be monotonous, and I apologize if you have found an overabundance of these in regards to items that were or are in your cart. 
    Presently, we are unaware of any issues with such emails. With that said, you should still be able to unsubscribe from these emails and still view the weekly deals and such via the Deals tab on BestBuy.com.

  • How to set delv. completed in 2nd line item which created in PO by default

    Dear guru,
    When creating 1st line item by default the 2nd line item has been created. I understand that the 2nd line item is free because no net price has been stated but free good check box in not ticket. Further more the 2nd line is grayed out including all tab in item details. Meaning we can't do any changes in this line item.
    User set delivery completed in 1st line item but couldn't set in 2nd line item. This caused to this PO show still pending for delievery when run the report. How we can set this 2nd line item has delivery completed eventhough GR haven't done fully.

    Dear Mahesh,
    The 2nd line is free good that assign with 1st line item. This has been set in purchasing info record under condition view. Thus when I create PO for 1st line item, system created 2nd line item as auto default. The issue here is the 2nd line item & all the field that in item details in PO become grayed out eventhough I go to ME22N. I cant do any changes on 2nd line item. I believe there would be some control maintain for free good. Please advice. Thank you.

    After settlement of Process Order, system status (SETT - Settled) of Process Order is not updating atomically. 
    After settlement of Process Order, Process Order allow only in Display mode & there is no posting allow against settled Process Order.
    Please suggest me what are the setting required.

    In your order type dependent parameters in transaction COR4, for you plant order type combination for Process documentation "Order record" radio button is active, that's why system is not allowing you to set deletion flag.
    Are you working on a client system or a training system where you are just trying to test different scenarios?
    If you are working in training system then in COR4 transaction for the plant order type combination you can activate the radio button for "No process documentation required". Now if you check the order it would allow you to set deletion flag.
    If you are working on a project and client system, you need to ask the user to execute transaction COPA to store the order records, once this is done you would be able to set the deletion flag. (Please note: Before you execute transaction COPA necessary basis setting for storing has to be in place.)

    I have Query about the “ Delivery Completed Indicator in PO”.
    Can we set “Delivery Completed Indicator” automatically in PO wrt the Invoice Receipt instead of GR?
    As in our scenario:  When the customer places Order. If there is no Stock avail, PO is created automatically against the S.O. and,
    Goods that received for PO are delivered to the customer directly and not received to our premises.
    So, we are not able to set the “Delivery Completed” indicator wrt GR. But as we receive the Invoice against the PO. And we can verify the PO Amt and Invoice amt.
    So, my question is:
    Is there any way to set “ Delivery Completed” indicator wrto the IR?
    PL. guide me for Urgent help. I appreciate for your help.

    This setting can be done at plant level.
    the delivery completed indicator for goods receipts if the delivered quantity lies within the under/overdelivery tolerance.
    The "delivery completed" indicator has the following effects:
    The item is regarded as closed, even if the total quantity was not delivered.
    A further delivery is not expected, may, however, arrive.
    In the next goods receipt, the item appears on the selection list but has no selection indicator.
    The item can be reorganized even if the total quantity has not been delivered.
    Even if the "delivery completed" indicator has not been set, an item is considered closed once the total quantity has been delivered. This means that the "delivery completed" indicator is not necessary in this case.
    This can be set at plant level, please check below navigation if it is relevant to your problem
    SPRO --> Material Mangement --> Inventory Management and Physical Inventory --> Goods Receipt --> Set "Delivery Completed" Indicator

    Diagnosis
    The valuation of the order or project in results analysis depends on the status of the object.
    In this case, the object does not have an active status entered in the valuation methods in Customizing for WIP calculation and results analysis. Consequently, WIP calculation and results analysis cannot find a method with which the object can be processed.
    Procedure
    Decide whether the object should be processed in its current state (indicated by its active status in status management) by WIP calculation and results analysis.
    If you want to process the object:
    In Customizing for results analysis, choose Period-End Closing -> Results Analysis -> Define Valuation Methods for Results Analysis, add an entry for this status, and specify how objects with this status should be processed.
    If you do not want to process the object:
    This message is inconsequential for you. No follow-up actions are necessary.
    In Customizing for results analysis, choose Period-End Closing -> Results Analysis -> Define Valuation Methods for Results Analysis and select the No valuation indicator. This message is then no longer issued by the system.
    Example:
    In the standard system, there is normally no entry in the valuation method for the status CRTD (Created). You will therefore receive this message for objects that only have the status CRTD.

    If you have a license for Lightroom, you should be able to reinstall it from an installer disc or re-download it from Adobe after explaining the situation and clarifying the license issues. Either will be simpler than trying to extract and install it from a TM backup of a different Mac, I think. If it's anything like other Adobe products, it has bits and pieces all over the place that you'll have to find and put in their right places on your girlfirend's Mac.

    My requirementis that is in process order information reports(COOISPI), i cannot able to see process orders which has already been settled with actual costs incurred and closed,
    such orders should show the system message as SETT in reports.This system status SETT is already available in BS22 and already maintained, but why it is not appearing when i run report at month end to check which of the orders has been closed and settled, Only CLSD status is appearing why not SETT.
    My problem is that how to activate the system status SETT so that i can see COOISPI report with settled orders.
    is there any provision to activate with respect to process orders or any standard CO report is available to see orders pending for settlement and already settled.

    Hope I am sure,u can check like this.
    Usually system staus is checked like this
    From the order table AFKO or CAUFV,object number is taken.then from JEST  table system status is taken and feed into TJ02T to get the status.
    You do one thing,go to TJ02T,Input status as SETT and take the system status number.then input the system status number in JEST table,u will not get any object number difined for this SETT. for all other status which will update in order object number is defined.
