    I restarted my iPhone not expecting that to help.  It didn't.  It seems the validation message never reached the phone.  I have successfully set up a Chase credit card and a debit card. 
    If Barclaycard sees the account as active for Apple Pay, then how do I get the iPhone to see it's verified?
    Is there something I can ask Barclaycard to resend?  

    Had the same issue.
    Called Barclaycard back. They "verified" the card and I received the text saying so while we were on the phone.
    Had to add this card to my iPad and get it verified while we were on the phone. The rep saw the request hit their system when I added it. He verified it and I received the text.
    All very simple. And quick.
    Apparently the first call I made and was told it was verified was incorrect. The second rep knew exactly why I was calling once he pulled up my account.

    Hi all,
    As the title states, I legitamtely asked for my phone (4S) to be unlocked, of which I received the e-mail from orange/EE stating:-
    Procedure 
    1)Insert a non-Orange 3G SIM card. This must be a network provider who also supplies the iphone/ipad.
    2)Switch ON the handset.
    3)Connect to iTunes using USB cable
    4)Use the “restore” option within iTunes (located at the bottom of iTunes not the top)
    5)The handset may then display: USB cable and iTunes icon.
    6)Disconnect from USB then re-connect
    7)Synchronise device with iTunes
    8)Once synchronised a message will appear on iTunes stating “Congratulations, your iPhone has been unlocked” If using IOS5 this message will not show
    9)Follow on screen set up instructions to enable new carrier settings
    I followed this procedure to the letter but yet it still states the SIM is locked - The phone has never been Jailbroken or illegally unlocked etc.
    Any help much appreciated.

    It's really grinding me down as I have just moved countries from the UK and recieved the e-mail from EE nearly 30 days ago so I would have thought the process would have been complete by now.
    My internet connection is not great and I cannot ring orange/EE due to SIM still not working.
    Really starting to annoy me, I will defo not be returning to Orange upon my eventual return to the UK!

    Log in to iTunes,  go to "view your account info" on the itunes store,  deauthorise all five, (Please Note: this can only be done Once every 12 months)  and then re-authorize your current Computers one at a time.

    I looked in the My Orders section of my Verizon account this morning (12/22),  My SG iPhone 6+ 1228GB is now listed under my Recent Orders and my card was charged yesterday,  So I am thinking it will ship Monday morning.  This is how the process went for my wife's S 64GB 6+ two weeks ago.  This is an interesting turn of events since I was also one to receive the email on Thursday about it being pushed back to 12/12  I'll keep you all posted.
    Also I ordered 10/13.

    iTunes is not used to move photos and videos from an iPhone to a computer (it is used to move them the other direction).
    Also note that a connected phone or camera does not show in the Finder on a Mac. It should show in Image Capture or iPhoto.

    You'll have to delete more data from the device. 
    Go to Settings>General>Usage to see how much "Storage" you have available on the device.  (Ignore storage on icloud, since that is not part of the equation.)

    I'm not sure what you mean. If you have a iTunes card, the number would be on the back of the card under the scratchoff area. If you lost the card, then just as if you lost cash, it's gone. If you already redeemed the card, then the value of the card has been entered into your iTunes Store account and the card is no longer needed.
    If that doesn't answer your question, please post back and clarify.

  • I DO NOT get ALL email messages from folks that say they sent me an email. I can get them sometimes and sometimes not.

    There are folks that send me emails all the time. Sometimes they come in and most times they don't They are always telling me that they sent me an email and I have not received it. When I tell them to send it NOW as I am sitting at the computer, then the email comes in for the first time. This has been happening since I downloaded Thunderbird. Please tell me why this happens as it if a bit frustrating, especially when they don't know I have not received their email and the information is very important that I get the email and the information they are sending me.

    Thunderbird downloads email messages that make it into your Inbox on your providers server. Are these missing messages actually in the Inbox and are not downloaded or do they not make it to the Inbox on the server.
    If the later, ask your provider where your mail is going.
    It might not hurt to log into your account on the server and check for a spam folder. You might be surprised to see what is in there.

    I interesting note:
    MAILBIRD uses port 993 for incoming mail but THUNDERBIRD uses port 143
    When uses 143, it kept " checking capabilities...."
    then I changed to port 993 (like in MAILBIRD), it said "connected to.....mail," but then "timed out"
    Any idea please???? help....extremely frustrated...

    I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with the Gift Card you purchased.
    If you are having issues with this, the following article will help:
    iTunes Store: Invalid, inactive, or illegible codes
    You'll need to contact iTunes Store Support for help. You'll need to provide a digital image of the front and back of the gift card as well as the sales receipt for the purchase of the gift card.
    Contacting iTunes Store Support
    Go to the iTunes support page and select your iTunes country.
    From the iTunes support page, choose Contact Support on the lower-left side of the page.
    Follow the instructions to get iTunes Store support assistance.

  • I put in my $25 gift card and can see it there but it still won't accept it plus what's in my bank as payment?

    I have $22.57 in my "gaming" bank account. I am unable to download updates in app center.  My bank is 20 miles away.  I purchased a $25 iTunes gift card and went into the "redeem" screen and typed it in. It shows I have a $25 credit.  I know if I got close to my $22.57 that it wasn't by much and certainly no more than $10 at the very most. $25 + $22.57 = 47.57 would cover it easily and have much breathing room left over. I have done this once before in the past when Apple's belated charges and my bank's auto $5 to savings hit at the same time and the combo gift card + bank balance worked fine. Am I missing some crucial step that I've forgotten to do? ( As a side note.....And seriously, if I want to remove a credit card number permanently from an iPad, I should be allowed to, without putting anything back in at that moment.) Back to my original issue - is there a way to - flush - ? - this through? Thanks.

    Probably that song is damaged and did not download properly.
    Does your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks?
    Then delete the song from your iTunes library and download it again from the iTunes Store.
