Can we incorporate RADIO BUTTONS Logic in Additional Data B Screens. For me it is triggering Error, i am using ECC 6.0

    Hi Amol,
    The path for configuring these material groups is:
    SPRO>Logistics-General>Materail master>Settings for key fields>Data relevant to sales and distribution-->Define material groups.
    Here you can define the material groups and for each group you can define the values also. by double clicking on the groups.
    No,It willnot have any impact on the business process at all.

      "/SCMTMS/TRQ~ROOT" is for sales order header and "/SCMTMS/TRQ~ITEM" is for details.
      I assume you need to
    enhance the structures for these nodes to hold your add. fields;
    and do the same for the input parameter of service TransportationRequestRequest_In (which is used to create OTR) from PI side;
    Pass the add. fields during service call (impelment in ERP system);
    Map the fields from service paremeter to node attribute (implement in TM system, BAdI   /SCMTMS/TRQ_SE_TPNRQ_REQ~CHANGE_MODIFICATION create modification table for the input parameter).
    I cannot find source code for all of that; hope it helps.

  • Unable to change requested delivery date in the sales order at item level.

    The issue is when I create order with one material (linked to network and project is created automatically in the background), I am able to change (in change mode) req delivery date for an item, but when I create order with 2 materials (linked to network and project is created automatically in the background), I can not change (in change mode) the req delivery date of any item. Req delivery date is then copied from the header req delivery date.
    Is this a standard SAP functionality or a defect?

    Req del date is the date requested by customer and  can be changed at item level. Probably the confirmed date in the schedule line is derived from the network scheduling after ATP check. (ATP check is not activated in this case)
    I am able to change the req del date at item level if there is only one item (Linked to network) and not when there are two line items (Both are linked to 2 diff networks belonging to same project)
    I tried to change the date in the network, scheduled and saved but that didnt change the date in the sales order. On the contrary, if I run ATP check, netowrk dates get back to original dates derived from sales order.

    1. Add new filed "B" in table VBAP.
      a) T.code  SE11 --> Enter structure name VBAP --> display
      b) Goto --> Append Structure --> Enter Structure name and new field "B"
    2. request your basis team and take the access key for modification of stabdard program SAPMV45A & Screen: 8459
       a) After receiving access key for standard program then got o SE51 --> enter program name  SAPMV45A & Screen: 8459
       b) click change Button
       c) click layout button
       d) add new field "B" below of the screen (F6 -> enter table name : VBAP --> get from dictionary --> selet new field and past in screen )
    3) write below code in flow logic

    My problem is .
    I have appended one field in VBAP table, given it a name "WBS ELEMENT"
    The field is getting displayed in VA23 as well as VA02 Transaction.
    when i create sales order with the quotation reference,
    the "WBS Element"  of line item of quotation should get updated in "WBS Eleement "  of sales order line item
             This i am doing by triggering user exit.
    Problem is:
    Once Quotation  line item get copied to the sales order line item
    and the screen is in front of you with those details,
    before saving sales order .
    if you go at the sales order line item withou saving the document
    The field i have created in the screen 8459 i.e WBS Element ,doesnt get displayed.
    how could i retain the field Ihave created on screen 8459
    while creating the sales order from quotation before saving that sales order.

    Hi Vikram,
    It seems as it has been coded only to save the values into the new field that you have appended to VBAP. But before saving if the user wants to see the field, it is blank. You can try coding in PBO (process before output) of the relevant screen as follows:
    1. Get the reference of the quotation. Something like XVBAP-VGBEL will give this number.
    2. Get the value of Z field in VBAP by passing this quotation.
    3. Copy the above value to the corresponding Z field in XVBAP (or any internal table which holds VBAP data before saving)

    Its not possible to delete KKBER Data from Sales Order.
    because it carries out from customer master XD01 and FD32
    if you want remove, if the sales order is open status delete the same and delete it from customer master and again raise the sales order and check the same,

    my client requirement is
    (  This business requirement will make the Last Price for a given item be visible during order entry.  )
    u2022Retrieve & display during order entry, the most recent unit price given to a customer for a specific item, from the Billing data.
    . Display the Last Price under Additional Data B Screen
    add new field (last extended price) in additional data b screen.
    after that 1.     Using the Sales Order Material Number (VBAP-MATNR), Sales Order Sales Organization (VBAK-VKORG), Sales Order Distribution Channel (VBAK-VTWEG), Sales Order Division (VBAK-SPART), Sales Order Sold-to Number (VBPA-KUNNR for VBPA-PARVW=u2019AGu2019) to access the Billing Items By Material Index Table (VRPMA) and specify a billing date (VRPMA-FKDAT) of less than 60 days from current Sales Order requested delivery date (if specified at header VBAK-VDATU or at the schedule line level (VBEP-EDATU).  This will result in all the billing documents where the Sold-to bought the item but isnu2019t completely refined as of yet.  Retain the billing document (VRPMA-VBELN), item (VBPMA-POSNR), and billing date (VRPMA-FKDAT) in a temporary table to pass to number 2 as the input.
    2.     Use the billing document (VRPMA-VBELN) and item (VRPMA-POSNR) to read the Sales Document Partners Table (VBPA) where the partner function (VBPA-PARVW = u201CSHu201D) and the Sales Order Ship-To (VBPA-KUNNR for VBPA-PARVW=u2019WEu2019) to select ONLY billing documents that are for that given ship-to location.  This filters out only billing documents relevant for that ship-to location. 
    3.     From the resulting list of billing documents, select the most recent date (VRPMA-FKDAT) which will refine the search for the last Billing Document (VRPMA-VBELN) and item (VRPMA-POSNR).
    4.     Using the most recent Billing Document (VBPA-VBELN), access the Billing Document Item Table (VBRP). To result in the Last Extended Price as VBRP-KZWI1.
    5.     This price will be an extended price which needs to be calculated as a u2018unit priceu2019.  For this billing item, select the sales unit (VBRP-VRKME) to determine if the sales unit is in cases or eaches. 
    a.     If the unit of measure is in cases, then simple math is required to divide the Last Extended Price (VBRP-KZWI1) by the billing quantity (VBRP-FKIMG).  Standard rounding should apply when .005 results in a .01.

    use the Exits provided in SAPMV45A -includes MV45*ZZ and screen exits as well 8309 8310 8459, 8460. Just be sure to
    use zznnnnnn include in the SAP provided forms instead of coding directly in the forms.
    You can check below user exits:
    MV45ATZZ :For entering metadata for sales document processing. User-specific metadata must start with "ZZ".
    MV45AOZZ:
    For entering additional installation-specific modules for sales document processing which are called up by the screen and run under PBO (Process Before Output) prior to output of the screen. The modules must start with "ZZ".
    MV45AIZZ:
    For entering additional installation-specific modules for sales document processing. These are called up by the screen and run under PAI (Process After Input) after data input (for example, data validation). The modules must start with "ZZ".
    MV45AFZZ and MV45EFZ1:
    For entering installation-specific FORM routines and for using user exits, which may be required and can be used if necessary. These program components are called up by the modules in MV45AOZZ or MV45AIZZ.

    In Mv45afzz u will find save document prepare ..once the document is saved it will trigger if executed from VA02 Transaction create your delta.

  • Third Party GRN Posting Date to be Copied to Sales Order Line item Billing Date

    Hello Experts
    I have a client requirement where in they want to bill line items in the sales order ( third party process ) to the end customer in sync with the GRN posting dates happened in the PO
    For EG if GRN happened on 1st July 2014 then Billing Date should come in as 31st July 2014 so when they execute VF04 giving from and to dates as 1st july to 31st corresponding sales order can be invoiced
    Actual problem is for suppose if i create a sales order in the month of june say 26th basing on the factory calendar setting and invoicing list maintained in the customer master system defaults the billing date to 30th June 2014 , and the same when user runs VF04 from 1st June to 30th June this sales order shows as due and mistakenly end user invoices the customer ( whereas logical GR would have only received in July 1st )
    My requirement is similar to below threads but i am unable to find answer how to copy GR Posting date to Billing Date of the sales order line item

    As my requirement is to update the billing date at the sales order line item level , As a process user goes in executes VF04
    For Ex
    Sales Order Created Date is 1st June 2014 then System Defaults Billing Date at line item to 30th June 2014
    Now when i do GRN suppose on 1st July 2014 for that line item , system should trigger a code where in check the posting date of the GRN and override the same in the Biiling Date field of the sales order line item
    So when VF04 is run for a month All the GRN which are recieved in the month of July are invoiced in July
    Please share me your thoughts do we need to check any userexits from MM side which reads the posting date of GRN and then copies in to my third party sales order

But before that I have to debug the code to that point. I wish to know info from where a particular data is coming in the field (End User). How should I proceed for debugging? Can anybody help me?

    Sales and Distribution -> Master Data -> Business Partners -> Customers -> Sales -> Maintain reserve fields in customer master
    Help to this topic says:
    There are reserve fields in the customer master record which are not used in the standard system. They are available for use and are as follows:
    Customer group 1 (View: V_TVV1 Field:KVGR1)
    Customer group 2 (View: V_TVV2 Field:KVGR2)
    Customer group 3 (View: V_TVV3 Field:KVGR3)
    Customer group 4 (View: V_TVV4 Field:KVGR4)
    Customer group 5 (View: V_TVV5 Field:KVGR5)
    You can find the fields in the customer master record under the sales and distribution data in Sales. Choose additional data under Environment.
    It is advisable to change the field description (Data elements KVGR1 to KVGR5).
    This is described in the system modifications in the Reserve fields unit of the customer master record:

    In this step you maintain the valid entries for the individual views.
