Agent Real Time Displays 1 hour ahead

Greetings all,
Agent Real time display are showing 1 ahead hour of clock system.
Anyone have a suggestion if this is a bug or configuration issue ??
I have attached a screenshot to simplify
UCCX: 7.0

Hello Leonardo,
Could you please check if the time display by the Real Time Reports is the same time of the server??
Also I would like to know if the server and the agents are configure to use the same time zone??

  • Agent real time display not ready time is inaccurate

Agent Not Ready Detail in Webview-Agent Realtime Reports in CAD.
I am looking at the agent: Agent Not Ready Detail Report in Webview and comparing this to the Agent Real Rime Display in CAD. If I manually add the Not Ready times (state durations) from the agent ACD state log, they equate to the Cisco Web View agent report. However, the Total Not Ready column from the Agent Detail Display report in CAD does not sync up with either Webview or CAD. Its more than an hour off.
The Eastern managers are looking closely at these numbers now and one of the agents questioned the report in CAD today and brought this to a manager's attention. It is more than an hour off which is a big difference.
It was comparing the state duration for not ready from the ACD State Log Display (for example the 5 seconds at 10:15:04 in screen shot 1) to the total not ready time from the Agent Real Time Display Displays report (3:48:59 in screen shot 2). The total individual state durations of unavailable time from report #1 does not equal report #2 and I would think it should. If not explain why?
From CAD client > Real Time Displays > Agent ACD State Log Display. If you add up all the Not Ready times and compare with webview, it matches. No problem here.
From CAD client > Real Time Displays > Agent Detail Display (this doesnt match up with webview report or the total Not Ready times in Agent ACD State Log Display).
    We're looking to know either
    1. How exactly the not ready state time is calculated
                   OR
    2. Where to find the information on how this is deteremined.
I appreaciate any response. Thank you.

Is it all agents or only one/some?
What does CSD show? Can you post a screenshot of the CSD main screen for a team?
Also, please post the traces from Desktop Recording and Statistics Server.

  • CAD agent detail real-time display

    UCCE with CAD:
When agents show their statistics in the CAD window, and select Agent Detail Real-Time Display - the Avg Talking field is showing the same number for ALL agents.  For example, each agent shows a value of 2:26 for Avg Talking.  It would seem to me that this field should be specific to each individual agent, and not an average of all agents in the skill group.  The Cisco CAD User Manual shows Avg Talking to be "The total time on calls (all talk time + all hold time) divided by the number of calls"
The other fields, i.e. calls presented, calls handled, etc, are specific to the individual agent and show different values as I would expect.
Am I mis-reading the documentation (which is entirely possible)?  Has anyone else seen this?
    Thanks,
    Robb

    Hi Robb,
Found my old TAC Case. It was for an upgrade from 7.2.5 to 7.5.6 so you might be hitting a similar issue. This is the email of the escalation from Cisco to Calabrio for the issue I had if it helps when you talk to TAC:
    Problem Description:
    Detailed Description
Upgraded ICM from 7.2.5 to 7.5.8 (CAD 7.5.6), after upgrade, CAD realtime
display report "Agent ACD State Log Display" start time shows a start time of 00:00:03
    against every state change
    Business Impact
medium:Could not see the Agent login time correctly
    Troubleshooting Performed
    Similar case:
    http://wwwin-tools.cisco.com/casekwery/getServiceRequest.do?id=613948701#not
    e48
    However, the fix is
actually to go into the LDAP utility and do a hack to a certain key
within the database. Unfortunately the previous case doesn't tell which
key to edit and what to change it to. I'm presuming it had something to
do with the time zone from a mention earlier on within that case, but
    not sure.
No bugs found related to the issue.

Need assistance to fix the issue with ACD State Log Display

  • How to reset numbers in real time display in Cisco Supervisor Desktop?

    Hi all,
I wonder about numbers in real time display in Cisco Supervisor Desktop. There are many statistic number for example : Call Handled, Max Talking, Avg Talking, Max Ready, Total Ready, Call abandoned, etc. Is there any way to reset those numbers back to zero? Please let me know.
    Thank you.

    Joe,
I haven't tried that, but I'm very skeptical. The CAD Agent gets stats from two places - CTIOS and RASS. RASS keeps the call log information in a SQL Desktop Engine database.
Stats derived from CTIOS reset at midnight. Obviously, restarting the RASS service has no effect on those. Call log information is being kept in a database so it seems to me that a restart of RASS should also have no effect.
I guess I will have to try for myself.

    Geoff

  • UCCX 8 - CSD Real Time Display "N/A"

    Hello,
We are facing an issue with Cisco Supervisor Desktop real time display "Agent Logs - call" and "Agent Logs - state". These two real time displays show "n/a" while select specific agents (some agents it show data as normal). For the agents who display "n/a" in CSD, in CAD the real time data display as normal.
For example: When supervisor monitor Agent_A in CSD "Agent Logs - call" show "N/A" (the same to Agent Logs -state). But in CAD, Agent_A can see real time display "Agent Call Log Display" as normal (the same to "Agent ACD State Log Display").
    Does anyone experience this issue?
It seem that the real time display data in CAD and CSD are getting from the same source. How come the CSD show "n/a" when the data is available in CAD? Any idea, please help.
    Many thanks,

    Hi Anuj,
Thanks for your response. We are currently running on UCCX SU2. We used to reinstalled CSD/CAD already after we upgrade the UCCX to SU2. Our issue is now fixed by delete the user id of inactive agent from resource page and resync the directory  services.
Just a note for anyone who might face similar issue, the recommendation is to first check the version of CAD/CSD running on the client PC (as Anuj suggest) and also comparing the user ID with the UCCX resource page. Be aware that user ID is case sensitive. Check the inactive agent list in the resource page. Delete the user id if you see it there. Then go to Desktop Administrator to resync the directory servcies.
    Thanks!

  • CUIC Agent Real-time reporting reason code

    Hi,
In CUIC agent real time report reason code for not ready it shows 50002 or integer we have configured in ICM.
How we can display reason code as name which we have configured in icm like tea, coffee , meeting.
CUIC version we are using 8.5.
    Regards,
    Dinesh Joshi

The way I got round this was creating thresholds - eg 1 = Lunch 2 = meeting etc.
this does work, however you can't then Threshold the time on those particular texts, but at least you can see what 'state' they are in.
let me know if it works..
    Thanks Sarah

  • Date and Time sync 8 hours ahead!!

    Hey peepl...
I'm not a complete vegetable when it comes to the MAC but my iMAC's problem has me mashed...
I reformatted my hard drive recently so that I could put boot camp on (soiling my MAC with windows software!!) and then restored everything from my Time Machine backup but ever since I did that the time (and date) on my computer is 8 hours ahead of the real time even tho it's supposed to be syncing automatically with apple.asia...
I know I can manually select the time in "Date and Time" in preferences but I prefer to keep it synced.
I thought it was a problem with my firewall so I changed a few settings but it keeps on doing it.
Can anyone help???? It's rather p@ss@ing me off

Thanks for trying to help mate. I actually solved the problem late last night after noticing something. It seems that Windows in Boot Camp time was set 8 hours ahead which seems to have meant that every time if fixed the time on here, when I rebooted in windows in put it 8 hours further ahead.
But it ALSO meant that when I tried to sync the time to apple.asia (for some strange and weird reason) the server returned that time as being correct (the one that was 8 hours ahead). I still don't understand it but at least (I think, and hope) it's fixed. :S
thanks again for taking the time to try and help out Daniel...

  • HOw do I fix the fact that ical jumped (almost) all my events post daylight savings time change an hour ahead?

A few weeks ago I noticed that everything past 3/8 was an hour ahead, and I assumed once daylight savings time changed it would all jump back. It hasn't, and I don't know how to continue scheduling events or if I should change them all.  I read that (a few years ago) the suggestion was give it 24 hours to adjust??

I think this problem is more complex. Background - UK clocks went back at the end of October; the USA went back one week later. I am in the UK and my Outlook calendar contains appointments created in the USA.
Someone in the USA created a recurring appointment before any clocks went back. In Outlook everything is correct. The meeting times are the same each week except for the one week between the two clock changes when, quite correctly, the meeting shows up one hour earlier. When I sync with my iPhone, the meeting shows at the same time every week regardless - this is incorrect.
Someone in the USA created a recurring appointment in the week after the UK clocks went back but before the USA clocks did. Outlook correctly shows the first occurrence as one hour earlier than all the following occurrences. Unfortunately - and this is the really nasty bit - the iPhone shows ALL the appointments one hour earlier than they should be. The only one that is correct is the first one.
This is a nasty bug and something that Apple needs to fix.

  • Agent Real Time Status Events

In my environment we are having a Avaya definity setup having a AES and CMS setup.
ICM receives real time Agent Status from CMS and Call status report from AES.
Whenever I check the Agent status in Procmon PIM I can see the realtime agent status.
However when I check the PIM logs I see the HashIn records and setLogOn records every 10 seconds interval.
In CTI we receive the Agent State Event every 10 seconds.
My question is which events from AES/CMS update the realtime status to ICM.
The updates that I see HashIn/SetLogOn/AgentState events is it dependent on CMSRefreshRate as its set to 10 seconds.
    Thanks
    Alok

Is this happening to multiple agents or just one?

  • Time Display 1 hour out

Hello. I have noticed my time, top right of the eMac screen is one hour out, ie: time should be 11:08 and it is 10:08. I have tried re-setting it but seems to stay the one hour out. Can someone help me with this? Thanks.

    Hi whiskey sour!
In 2007, the dates to begin and end DST were extended for one week, each, in many parts of the world.
Apple issued Daylight Saving Time updates, for Panther and Tiger.
But as you have Jaguar installed, your system automatically, adjusted your clock, for the previous end time, of the last Sunday in October.
The new end time for DST, is the first Sunday in November.
As there is no DST update for Jaguar, you must reset your time manually.
You will have to reset it this week, and again next week.
Be sure that you click Save, after you have made the change.
"Adjust your clock manually using Date & Time preferences. Deselect the option to set date and time automatically, then set the time for your local time zone as needed."
Quoted from About Daylight Saving Time changes in 2007.

  • Updated Software on N73 Time is +1 Hour ahead

As per title really, after sucessfully installing the newer software for my UK N73 o2, I have deleted my Sim contacts (very clever!)
But my concern is that the clock is now showing as London England +1
I now can't find the "Automatically adjust daylight saving" feasture that was on it before, I have had tomanually adjust the clock to it's proper time, and then get prompted if I have changed time zone, so when the clocks go back in Winter 1 hour, will it automatially adjust?
    N82 RM313 V 30.0.019
    N79 RM348 V 20.175
    iPhone V 2.2

This is actually an improvement so you have no need to worry.
I usually have my E65 on 'auto update' as the network I use supports this feature but I disabled it and saw "Athens +3" as my timezone.
I then altered the date to November and checked again and it said "Athens +2" so I'm thining they've programmed the time software to alter the DST setting for you automatically without any manual intervention from yourself.
Also this improvement means if you add cities to the 'World Cities" list. The time there is accurate too. Before (on my N70), it never altered my world city list to account for DST.

  • IPhone randomly switched time zones 3 hours ahead

the other night my phone read 3:21 at 12:21 am EDT it switched randomly and I had to manually reselect my location to reset it. Anyone else out there see this?

I have now experienced a similar behavior.  Twice when I pressed the wake sleep button to wake my iPhone it has displayed different times.  It flashes between 3 different times continuously for the few seconds before the phone goes back to sleep if you don't slide the slider.  I found that it will stop on a time but not usually the correct version.  And if I don't shut it down and restart it, the battery will deplete quickly and the phone will become very hot.  I don't have any solutions or explanations but would like to know if someone else does.
