ALEAUD not coming to SAP from XI & u0093Acknowledgment not possible" in idx5

Hi All,
I am trying to configure ALEAUD in SAP->XI->JDBC scenario for Idoc acknowledgment.
I did following config in SAP
WE21 create port for XI
WE20 create Partner type XIDLOGSYS1 LS , Inbound parameter ALEAUD.
In XI I delete all entries from IDXNOALE table.
But still I am not receiving any ALEAUD in D02 when, any IDOC posted from SAP to XI.
In SXMB_MONI I am able to see Ack status Acknowledgment not possible
Please guide how to get ALE AUD in SAP from XI.

Before I ask my questions, please note I do have a copy of the "How To Handle Acknowledgements for IDoc" How To Guide. I just need some clarification from the group.
Here are my questions:
1. XI will not send a positve acknowledgement/status to let the sender system know it made it to XI ok, correct?
2. The only status that XI itself will initiate will be if there is a techncial issue with XI, correct? (Granted the Receiver system could send a positive or negative status back to Sender System) I just want to make sure that XI will not send a status back to Sender System that equates to "Triggering EDI subsystem OK" (or something like that)
3. How does the status of an idoc get set to 12 from 03? Does that mean that I always have the program RBDMOIND configured when I am interfacing to XI in order to force the status from 03 to 12?
4. As a norm, are those who are using XI seeing a 12 status on the Sender System IDoc Status?
5. If a techical issue error occurs in XI, what specific error status will be sent back to the Sender System?(if at all) I am looking for an example status number of what to expect.
6. If we are doing SAP R/3 to a partners XI system directly and that partner does not have RBDSTATE configured on their SAP R/3 environment and there is nothing else on their XI system for ALEAUD processing, I am out of luck in determining if the IDoc actually made it to their XI system, correct?
7. The Configure Scenario 2 in the document How To Handle Acknowledgements for IDoc" How To Guide should allow us to determine "did the Idoc get to that Server" correct?

Data not coming to BW from SAP system from last 7 days....please help

I am monitoring the process chain from last 7-8 days but no data is coming to BW from SAP R/3 . then i checked in SAP R/3 system in RSA7 there weree no queues it was empty. then i checked LBWQ and some MCEX03,MCEX11,MCEX13,MCEX04 were there and i double clicked on one of them then i saw the status in queue as NOSEND . we have used QUEUED DELTA as update mode in LBWE. now i want to bring data for last 7-8 days in BW system. please can anyone provide me the detail steps for this as it is our PRODUCTION system. please provide the steps...!!!!

Hi,
Go to SM37 in your R/3 environment and check if there are any jobs starting with LIS* in released status. This is the job which would push the entries from LBWQ to RSA7 for specific applications. If there are no jobs, this is the reason for your problem.
If you do find any job there, then double click on them to check their frequency. Generally it should be hourly.
If there is no such job, then go to LBWE. For each of your applications, click on Job Control and maintain the job scheduling. In the start date, maintain it as periodic job. Then simply schedule teh jobs. Once the jobs are scheduled, after every run of them, LBWQ would get cleared.
Then it would get picked from RSA7 by the BI job.

Educationau200Bl SCessCVD (J1CV) is not coming in MIGO from MIRO

This is a scenario of Import Purchasing of Excisable Material
I did Invoice Verification (MIRO) for Custom and CVD and while doing Goods Receipt (MIGO), I referred the Invoice Document No. as well.
The value of CVD (JCV1), ECess CVD (JECV) and Add. Customs duty (JADC) is being captured in MIGO from the Invoice document but the value of Educational SCessCVD (J1CV) is not flowing from the Invoice document.
The CIN settings regarding Excise default seems to be properly maintained for the rest three condition types above mentioned but since the condition type J1CV is hard coded in SAP so this couldn't be maintained in Excise Default.
Please provide the expert opinion to overcome this issue.

Check once again Chapter ID Tax indicator, Vendor Tax indicator, Cenvat determination for particular materials all are in J1ID, and check your condition type is in classify condition types

Agent is determining properly but workitem is not coming in sap inbox.

Hello Expert,
In my workflow agent is determining properly. i have seen from workflow log.
but the workitem(approval mail) is not coming into agents workflow inbox.the problem is happening in production.
same workflow is running successfully in development. means workitem is coming in agents workflow inbox.
i don't have authorization in T CODES SCOT SO16 so I can check and suggest something.
I want to ask that is it any config issue or something else.
is there any other way so i can cross check.

Hi Rajib,
Check in the workflow log in production for the user decision task what error message it displays. If it is stuck due to missing agents, then there is a possibility that you missed to transport the agent assignment for the workflow task. Check if the same was included in the customizing task that is transported.
Also check if the buffer refresh was done after the changes were imported in the production system using transaction SWU_OBUF.

Subtemplate footer is not coming when calling from the main template

Hi All,
The footer from the subtemplate is not coming in the output when calling from the main template. Does anybody worked on the subtemplate?
If the same footer is put in the main template, it is displaying.

The work item not coming in SAP inbox ....

Hi experts,
I am doing PR realese workflow.It is moved to quality server from development. In quality it is activated and showing no error.When a PR is created mail is send to approver and the workflow is waiting for his approval. But the work item is not available in his SAP inbox. Even he is getting the remainder mails.But the work item is not available in his business workplace(SBWP).I cross checked user ids of approvers. But still its not working ....the mails are sent to approvers external mail ID.....
Is there any configurations to make for making the SBWP active ?????
Pls anyone give me a solution for this problem...

Blank Fields not coming in SAP Query

Hi All,
I have created an SAP Query through SQ01 to show Vendor Details. I have 5 master tables corresponding to Vendor Details: LFA1, LFB1, LFBK, BNKA, LFM1. All connected through LIFNR.
Now, my problem is when i give a company code to fetch details of all vendors corresponding to that company code, It gives me details only when the all the lifnr selected in LFB1 (Vendor Master : Company Code) is present in all other table i.e LFA1, LFBK, LFM1.
Now for one Company Code, Table LFM1 is not maintained, so if I select that Company Code, I dont get any line item in SAP Query. Ideally it shoudl be like, fields from LFM1 whould be blank but other fields from other tables should appear.
Please suggest that is there any setting in SAP Query where we can give a sort of OR condition that if data is not maintained in a table, fields from those tables are left blank instead of those line items not appearing totally.

"Clip Time" not coming through properly from P2 Cards

Hi,
I'm using Log and Transfer to bring across video shot yesterday. I setup a custom Name Preset to include the time the clip was shot at. The clips aren't coming across with the actual time they were shot though. The first few clips were shot around 7:30AM and are coming across as "01-30-09", which I'm assuming means 1:30 and 9 seconds. I checked the time on the camera (HPX-170) and it is set properly, but the timezone wasn't... it was set at 00:00, but should have been -06 :00.
The workflow so far:
1. Shot on HPX-170 to two 64GB A series P2 cards
2. Used Pansonic's P2CMS to transfer clips from camera to external hard drive (does anyone else use this software? It seems to do a good job, but is the ugliest thing ever. Any other options?)
3. Using Log and Transfer to bring clips from external drive to internal RAID.

It seems like maybe the problem is that the time zone isn't set properly on the camera, but is set properly on my computer (-06:00) so the clips were automatically adjusted to local time. Is there any way to adjust this on the clips so they come in with the proper times? Without going through and editing the metadata on all 50 clips preferably.

I use ShotPut Pro. It not only will automatically create the folders, with names, and backup the cards when you insert them, but it will also do a data verification. All automated.
After you make the disk image, do you use Find & Transfer to transfer the clips directly from the P2 cards in the camera? (I'm assuming you can't transfer from the .dmg.)
NO NO NO! From the backup. Because you have those Unique file names, those names are your REEL numbers. So you can track the footage.

Deltas are not coming to RSA7 from SM13

In BW i am not getting Delta's for 2LIS_02 Datasources,
I have checked in RSA7 it is showing 0 Records, but in SM13 there are many V2 Processed Jobs.
Please can anybody help me how to get Delta's to RSA7, this problem is persist since 1 week.

Maintained Start Data is Immediate in Job Parameter,
And Scheduled Job from Job Control,
When i checked in SM37, there is no job, Only one job is in Released state for Tomorrows load.
Please let me know your views on this.

I created PR, and i checked source determination and i got fixed vendor in PR from source list...
Now while creating RFQ wrt above PR, i am getting entire details along with vendor...Now after clicking adopt + details, i can see all details of PR but vendor field is not getting fetched in RFQ..

In general:
In any businesse PR is created by the concren person who is goining to consume the material may be production people may be admin or any other dept.
Now RFQ is created by Purchase dept. again its depends on them whether they will raise the RFQ or they will raise the PO directly. As you said price flactuation , now purcharer may need to confirm from some other vendor also. So you can not say fixed vendor.
Moreover UtsavI will request you to open the PR, go to the feild fiexd vendor and read the help file.

when system running but power off suddenly
and when power on ->
i am having problem as below when i start instance SAP (Databse Oracle Started)
Step 1 : I login user (ora<sid>) of Oracel to start up database
Database startup -> OK
then i tried to shutdown database -> OK too
and start up again -> OK
Query -> OK
I think Database do not problem
Step 2: start listener -> OK
Step 3: i login user (<sid>adm) and startup instance SAP (command : startsap r3) with error:

Can not delete external HD from the "Do not backup list"

I just installed and began to use Time Machine. I have two external Hard Drives (one unpartitioned, and one partitioned into the time machine drive, and another drive) attached to my macbook Pro. In the list of drives to not back up, I see the two drives listed, along with the time machine drive. I can not remove the Hard Drives from the list to be excluded. They are there, I can select them, but the minus sign is grayed out, i.e. unselectable. Therefore this external drive does not get backed up by Time Machine. Any ideas?

That's correct. Time Machine needs the hidden +File System Event Store+ kept by OSX on disks formatted as +OSX Extended.+ Using that feature is how TM can quickly figure out what's changed since the last backup, rather than examining every file and folder on the disk.
That isn't available on other formats.

A friend of mine recently bought a new Macbook Pro. I believe it is a 2.8 Ghz i7 model.
Anyway, they wanted to transfer all of their stuff from a 5 year old Macbook (running Snow Leopard) to their new Macbook Pro (running Lion) and they asked me for help. I suggested they run Migration Assistant from a Time Machine backup. They did that last night and everything ran fine until the very end, when they got this error message "Superdrive firmware Update 2.1 is not compatible with this version of Mac OS X." Also, it appears that nothing had been transfered.
Any suggestions?

Thanks a lot both. The thing was that I couldn't find any DVDs that belonged to my new computer, so I just used my old Leopard DVD thinking that it didn't matter which one I used anyway. When you said it did
matter, however, I looked a little closer and found two DVDs in my new computer's box. I'm doing a clean installation as we speak.
