Blank Fields not coming in SAP Query

Hi All,
I have created an SAP Query through SQ01 to show Vendor Details. I have 5 master tables corresponding to Vendor Details: LFA1, LFB1, LFBK, BNKA, LFM1. All connected through LIFNR.
Now, my problem is when i give a company code to fetch details of all vendors corresponding to that company code, It gives me details only when the all the lifnr selected in LFB1 (Vendor Master : Company Code) is present in all other table i.e LFA1, LFBK, LFM1.
Now for one Company Code, Table LFM1 is not maintained, so if I select that Company Code, I dont get any line item in SAP Query. Ideally it shoudl be like, fields from LFM1 whould be blank but other fields from other tables should appear.
Please suggest that is there any setting in SAP Query where we can give a sort of OR condition that if data is not maintained in a table, fields from those tables are left blank instead of those line items not appearing totally.

    I need to add some fields for display in SAP query  01 of  infoset /SAPQUERY/AM01. So I have changed the infoset by checking the additional fields which is already in LDB. Then I created the query by copying the 01 of  infoset /SAPQUERY/AM01 to Zusergroup with reference to the same infoset. In the newly created query, I am just checking the newly added field in Basic list. If I generate the program for this query, I get a error.
    Pls let me know how should I rectify this.

  • Output Technical Field Names in the SAP query Output

    Hi Experts,
    I am new to SAP Query/ABAP Query or Quick Viewer. Just would like to know if there is a way whereby I can print the technical field names as opposed to the English field headers. For example I want to print BUKRS in the place of CoCode.
    I have a vague feeling this could be possible through custom coding in SQ02 but have no idea which code section to choose.Any inputs greatly appreciated.

    Hi Sreegopalan,
    Open your infoset in SQ02, by default in the left hand side you'll be having the tables that you have selected, double click the field name which you want change the long text, it will open a attributes window below your field group. Change the header data text as you wish.

  • Agent is determining properly but workitem is not coming in sap inbox.

    Hello Expert,
                            In my workflow agent is determining properly. i have seen from workflow log.
    but the workitem(approval mail) is not coming into agents workflow inbox.the problem is happening in production.
    same workflow is running successfully in development. means workitem is coming in agents workflow inbox.
    i don't have authorization in  T CODES SCOT SO16 so I can check and suggest something.
    I want to ask that is it any config issue or something else.
    is there any other way so i can cross check.

    Hi Rajib,
    Check in the workflow log in production for the user decision task what error message it displays. If it is stuck due to missing agents, then there is a possibility that you missed to transport the agent assignment for the workflow task. Check if the same was included in the customizing task that is transported.
    Also check if the buffer refresh was done after the changes were imported in the production system using transaction SWU_OBUF.

  • Query in Field Not updated in SAP Standard.

    In SAP standard one field is not updated in tcode ME11(Create Info Record) table is EINA --LMEIN, The field is currently in suppress mode,and it is blank now.
    Can we able to update this field during debug,or any other way.
    Plz give me some appropirate suggestion.

    If you dont have any screen validations on this field, then you can update (via debug mode) from SE16 for respective record.
    As the screen is suppressed you need to first enable the screen in PBO while in debug, then you can enter the values.

  • UDF Value is not coming in the query report

    Hi all,
    i have designed query report based on AR Invoice which has some UDF .
    all udf have FMS applied and all these udf has values.
    when i run report some times udf values are coming in the report and somtimes not even if udf contains values.
    if i open perticular invoice and again update that udf and again run report now udf value will come in the report.
    every time i need to manualy update the udf even if that udf contain value.
    how to avoide this problem.
    Pls suggest solution.

    Try this,
    -> Open the require document(module).
    Assign this procedure and then ADD the document
    and Run the Query Report.
    1. Goto the UDF and Click (ShiftAltF2).
    2. Select the SEARCH BY SAVED QUERY.
    3. Assign the FMS Query in UDF.
    4. Select the AUTO REFRESH WHEN FIELD CHENGES.
    5. Select the Auto Refresh Field (for example CardCode (or) Remarks).
    6. Check the Display Saved Values.
    OR
    -> Open the require document(module).
    1. Goto the UDF and Click (ShiftAltF2).
    2. When will you add the document at that time
    you can Click the SHIFT + F2 and than ADD the document.
    and than Run the Query Report.

  • Active Directory cn field not updated from sap HR using ldap.

    Hi,
    Apologies if this is in the wrong forum area.
    I am using the LDAP facility to create and modify Active Directory records from sap HR. Initially, the name field cn that was coming across into AD was in the format of the logical system and employee number, eg, RD4CLNT22000000711.
    I then implemented the BADI HRLDAP_ATTRIBUTES which then changed this name field cn in the active directory listing to the format; surname, forename.
    It works fine when I create a new user, however the problem comes when I update the persons name in the sap hr module. The data that comes across into Active Directory shows the change to the persons surname sn, forename and displayname fields is there but the cn field is still showing as the previous name.
    In short, when a new user is created, the cn field in active directory is correct
    (surname, forename) but when the employee’s name is modified, that change is not brought across to the cn field even though the surname, forename and displayname fields are updated correctlyon AD.
    We are on release 4.70.
    Anyway, if anyone could help I would be very grateful.

    The problem it is causing us is that the cn field is incorrect and does not mirror the change in sap HR, therefore the Active Directory entry for the employee is not totally accurate.
    When an employee changes their name in SAP HR - usually their surname, we would then want to update the employee’s active directory account to show this change and this includes the cn field also. At the moment the firstname, lastname fields do get updated with the change so we would want the cn field to show this as well otherwise the cn field would be incorrect and not match up with the employee's AD firstname & lastname fields.

  • Populating custom field in an existing sap query

    HI,
    I am making changes to existing query . Query already had a qty field, now I need to display the % of qty delivered for every
    vendor  as a subtotal text for every vendor.
    I added the custom field to query and can display it as subtotal text. But I am not able to populate the value into it.
    Because, When I sort by Qty and sum by Qty, I am getting value. Now I need to divide the sum of qty / number of items, which i dont get until I display the output, So my subtotal text field is always zero.

    I debugged the program generated by query, it is using select--endselect and putting in %dbtab(which is not defined in query) .
    To get the final value, i cannot change standard code generated from Query/Infoset and add teh LOOP ..ENDLOOP and make At new logic for vendor.
    Any suggestion on calculating the % of delivered qty,..

    if your query is based on an infoset, you just have to put the formula in code of infoset

  • Dynamic Texts from Bex ( for Key Figures ) not coming to WEBI Query

    Hi Gurus,
    We have a Query in BEx : Each  Key figure column text changes dynamically - Like based on Present month
    it will Display Month +1 Month +2  up to Month +12.  Used  dynamic Text variables .
    But when i created the universe and Webi report , i am missing the text in the column for Key figures .
    How should i get the column text in Webi which is same as in Bex : Points will be awarded for helpful
    answers.

    text variables with replacement path are supported in BO4.0, see following document: SAP BusinessObjects BI4 - Supported BEx Query Elements
    As an example after entering 2012 in the prompts window, the name of the corresponding key figure will dynamically change:
    After refreshing and selecting 2013, the column name will update:
    Im not sure though if this is the case with unv universe access to BEx queries.

  • Selection field not coming at Infopackage level

    Hi All,
    I am facing a strange problem.There is one field which is marked for selection at the datasource level.In the R/3 side we are getting that field as selection if we go for t-code RSA3.
    But in the BW system when we create an Info-package we do not get the same field under Data selection tab.We have tried to change the data type of that field and replicated the datasource but still it didnt worked.
    Please suggest on this issue as it a very high priority issue for us.

    1) This is not a standard datasource.
    2) In RSA2 that field is marked for selection and it is showing for selection if we go for RSA3.
    3) Could you please elobrate more on what do you mean by 'attribute column'.???
    In R/3 system we have the same field for selection ( this field is related to 'no of days'=zdays[info object name]) but at Info package level in BW system it does not appear for selection.

  • The work item not coming in SAP inbox ....

    Hi experts,
    I am doing PR realese workflow.It is moved to quality server from development. In quality it is activated and showing no error.When a PR is created  mail is send to approver and the workflow is waiting for his approval. But the work item is not available in his SAP inbox. Even he is getting the remainder mails.But the work item is not available in his business workplace(SBWP).I cross checked user ids of approvers. But still its not working ....the mails are sent to approvers external mail ID.....
    Is there any configurations to make for making the SBWP active ?????
    Pls anyone give me a solution for  this problem...

  • ALEAUD not coming to SAP from XI & u0093Acknowledgment not possible" in idx5

    I am trying to configure ALEAUD in SAP->XI->JDBC scenario for Idoc acknowledgment.
    I did following config in SAP
    WE21 create port for XI
    WE20 create Partner type XIDLOGSYS1 ‘LS’ , Inbound parameter ALEAUD.
    In XI I delete all entries from IDXNOALE table.
    But still I am not receiving any ALEAUD in D02 when, any IDOC posted from SAP to XI.
    In SXMB_MONI I am able to see Ack status “Acknowledgment not possible”
    Please guide how to get ALE AUD in SAP from XI.

    Before I ask my questions, please note I do have a copy of the "How To Handle Acknowledgements for IDoc" How To Guide. I just need some clarification from the group.
    Here are my questions:
    1. XI will not send a positve acknowledgement/status to let the sender system know it made it to XI ok, correct?
    2. The only status that XI itself will initiate will be if there is a techncial issue with XI, correct? (Granted the Receiver system could send a positive or negative status back to Sender System) I just want to make sure that XI will not send a status back to Sender System that equates to "Triggering EDI subsystem OK" (or something like that)
    3. How does the status of an idoc get set to 12 from 03? Does that mean that I always have the program RBDMOIND configured when I am interfacing to XI in order to force the status from 03 to 12?
    4. As a norm, are those who are using XI seeing a 12 status on the Sender System IDoc Status?
    5. If a techical issue error occurs in XI, what specific error status will be sent back to the Sender System?(if at all) I am looking for an example status number of what to expect.
    6. If we are doing SAP R/3 to a partners XI system directly and that partner does not have RBDSTATE configured on their SAP R/3 environment and there is nothing else on their XI system for ALEAUD processing, I am out of luck in determining if the IDoc actually made it to their XI system, correct?
    7. The Configure Scenario 2 in the document How To Handle Acknowledgements for IDoc" How To Guide should allow us to determine "did the Idoc get to that Server" correct?

  • Blank Spaces not coming in the end

    All,
    We have a report where we need to show some blank spaces in the end of report o/p. Let's say 10 Blank Spaces.
    But in o/p Spaces are being trimmed. If we place some charcater in the end then it shows 10 spaces before the character, but if we remove the chracter then it removes the blank space also.
    We need to send the report o/p to some feeder system where these 10 bkank spaces are mandatory.
    Please suggest how to achieve this.

    The way report is hiding the blank spaces from the last its normal report bahavior and as you said if you put some character then it shows. yeah, it will show then. Instead of placing some character place one simple line in the last with white color. So, it will create the spaces in report and user will not feel any difference/change.

  • Data not coming to the query

    Hi Experts,
    I have a multiprovider build on a DSO. My query is build on the multiprovider.
    Query requirement - to see the customers having no work excluding the date range provided by the user.
    I have 2 variables: A & B.
    This works as explained below:
    Suppose the user entered the range - 03/27/2010 - 03/28/2010
    then,
    the variable A will get the data from 01/01/1900 to 03/27/2010 and
    the variable B will get the data from 03/28/2010 to sy-datum (till date).
    have both the variables as user exit.
    I can see the data in the ODS & multiprovider, but when I execute the report, I cannot see any data...NO APPLICABLE DATA FOUND.
    Can anyone plz help?
