No so come funziona di preciso, e in Negozio mi hanno detto che la si può acquistare solo online.
Grazie 1000

  • Apple care is useless in India. I bought an iPhone 5 from a Maple store in June 2013.  Also got convinced at the store and purchased an additional Insurance worth Rs 1000 at the same time. The iPhone 5 has a very poor battery life. Needed to be charged at

Apple care has been of absolutely no help to me. My 10 month old iPhone 5 stopped charging one fine day and Apple denies any responsibility for  the same. Between my Family of 4, we Re currently using 5 Apple devices. Am so disappointed with the service from Apple. Although my cell phone is well within the warranty period , I have been denied a replacement. And the Shield Insurance that I purchased is now declining the insurance amount even. They insist I prove that it is an accidental damage. And Apple refuses to cover what they choose to call a 'physical damage'. So where does that leave me ?!

I cannot see the damage. But the screening centre has pics showing it is damaged. Apple refuses to cover a physical damage. But the reason the device is damaged could only be coz it had a poor battery life from start. The iPhone 5 is infamous for the same. We all know it. Apple conveniently denies responsibility.
And the Insurance company says it covers only accidental damage. Now how am I to prove an 'accidental' damage ? Unless I lie to them....

  • Stolen iPhone, Apple care on the new one?

    Hello.
I'm sure it's not posted in the good community, but I have no idea where else to post it.
I recently got my iPhone stolen with an Apple Care warranty. I know my phone is lost into the woods, but now, I just want to know if there's a possibility of me getting the Apple Care warranty of my old phone, on my new iPhone. Because I don't feel like paying 100$ for it one more time..
    Thanks.

you want to transfer your applecare agreement to another phone, correct?
You should contact AppleCare technical for that one, they might be able to transfer it, depending on exact conditions, like the purchase date of the old phone. No garantuees, though.
    Good luck

  • About apple care plus

    Hello,
    How are you?
I would like to ask about the apple care plus service program.
If I buy an iphone 6 plus in Korea, Could i join the apple care plus service program and have 2 times refurbishment in Hong Kong?
Looking forward to hearing from you!
    Thanks,

No. AppleCare is only available in the country you purchase it in. It is not an international warranty. And neither is the standard iPhone warranty.

  • Apple care to get are not?

i would like to know if apple care is worth getting for both my iphones? . any feed back would be nice thank you.

Apple Care is included in Apples limited waranty for the iPhone for 1 year. You can purchase Apple Care and extend the coverage for an additional year making it 2 years. Personally, I will be making my decision whether to get the additional coverage when the end of the first year approaches.
Purchasing it before then doesn't make sense to me.

  • IPhone 4 shipped. Apple Care not?

Any idea why one order would ship with apple care and one wouldn't?
Both preorders show shipped but one left the apple care off.

Dunno. My AppleCare says "Complete", my iPhone 4 is still "Prepared for Shipment".
But I'd not worry about it. If they mess it up you have a good amount of time to fix it; AppleCare doesn't kick in until 90 days/ 1 year. Far better they mess that up vs. one of your phones!

  • Iphone 4, back side shattered... does apple care cover this?

So I am wondering if apple care protection would cover the back side of my Iphone 4 being shattered. The screen and front side are fine so the phone is not hindered at all, but I would still like to get the back side of it fixed as I have this phone on contract for another year and a half. Please let me know!!!

If you previously bought AppleCare+ for it, accidental damage is covered. Regular AppleCare doesn't cover accidents.

  • I purchased the ipad and apple care but only the ipad arrived

help i purchased ipad and the apple care but only the ipad arrived.
is apple care already on the computer.

You should have received an email from Apple with the receipts for the iPad and your AppleCare. AppleCare is not on your iPad... if you have a problem with your iPad that you cannot repair yourself, then you would contact AppleCare for help.

  • APPLE LOST MY IPHONE AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE IN APPLE CARE!!!!!!!! wow

    i'm reallllllllly ****** right now,
i called apple care service by phone (waited 45 minutes to talk to someone in french) to explain that my new iphone 4 had a bad battery. The apple guy aggreed and sent me a box for me to send my iphone back at them for repair. The guy didnt chek my address and sent a box to my old address and a box to my new adress (after correction). In 1 day the box arrived at me and I was really happy with the fast response.
    now begins my nightmare.
The box was supposed to have the return slip taped to it, but it didnt.
so i called back apple care (1h07 min wait time to speak to someone in french) and explained the problem to them. they sent me a return slip by email wich I had to go to the local store to get printed out since I dont have a printer.
I then taped the return slip to the box and called UPS for pickup.
UPS came and picked-up the box the nex day,
    but then,
    apple sent me 3 email.
2 of them was cancellation for repair on the 2 first box that they sent me, and the last one was a new repair ID.
the thing is now, that one of the 2 repair ID they cancelled belongs to the exact number on the box I sent them yesterday.
so now my Iphone 4 is at the apple place in ontario in a box with a cancelled repair order.
I tried calling apple care support (1h27 min wait ) but no one answered me.
    now i'm realllllly ******,
I'm really thinking getting a refund and buyin any other phone when I finaly talk to someone and get my phone back.
I have alway being a loyal fan (getting an Ipod touche 1st gen costing me 399$ for a 16gig...) and now a broken (and lost) Iphone 4.
    anybody got and idea????
p.s. sorry about my awful english, im from quebec and speak french...

Sorry that you're having a bad time but we're just users like you. You're going to have sort things out with Apple. You might have better luck if you have an English speaking friend help you with the call.

  • Problem with Apple Care Registration Process

My MacBook warranty will expire pretty soon. So, I ordered my Apple Care Protection Plan from Apple online store in Thailand since September 9, 2009. It arrived this morning (September 15, 2009).
When I try to register Apple care for my machine, Problem was starting. I do following on screen process, put my Macbook Serial No. and Apple Care Protection Plan registration No from package. Screen Show "We're sorry, but this registration number is not valid. Please check your information and try again."
I tried to contact Apple Care representative in Thailand. He was kindly enough to ask Apple online Store about this. He came back with answer that there are some problems about Apple care registration and I have to wait for week for response!!
Why product from apple online have this kind of problem? And customer have to wait for one week without knowing anything!!

You should be fine. The good thing is 1) you bought it from Apple and 2) you have contacted them about it before your initial warranty expired. Just be sure to follow up with them. If you haven't done so... you may want to give them a call back just to get a case number so you can have something to reference in case they don't get the problem sorted out before you warranty expires.

  • Apple Care has determined my download of Lion to be corrupt or broken

FYI to everyone who read my previous questions.
Apple Care has determined that the download of Lion I received is corrupt or broken.
No offense to the nice guy at Apple who helped me, but, DUH.
Apple is sending me Snow Leopard discs free of charge since my less than one year old iMac somehow didn't come with any.
With any luck, by weeks' end, I will have a working computer with a brain.
So, IF you are continuing to have Lion problems I strongly encourage you to contact Apple Care and check it out.
I think there is a massive problem with every version of Lion and Apple needs to know so it can be fixed.
Everything new has bugs. I just have higher expectations from Apple since, obviously, it works better than any PC.
I don't think Lion should have gotten out of the cage before some more trouble shooting and trials.
So, I will happily go back to Snow Leopard when my discs arrive and my computing life will return to happy.
Lesson learned, not everything shiny and new is needed or better.

  • Apple Care Experience

My GPU fan started failing a few days ago. It started sounding like a playing card stuck in bicycle forks. Then, whenever I'd wake the machine, it would sound like a chainsaw. I called Apple Care and informed them of the problem.
When I first started talking to them, they told me my 90 days of phone service was up and they'd have to charge me for the call, but I explained there are no Apple stores anywhere near me, and that this was my only avenue to contact someone. They immediately dropped the charge. Besides, I didn't need troubleshooting, since I knew what the problem was.
They said they'd send me a box in a couple of days. It arrived in less than 24 hours. I boxed it up and dropped it at a DHL pickup location on Monday. Apparently it arrived at ACI in the wee hours of Tuesday morning. They fixed it that morning, and sent it out that evening. Today is Wednesday, and it arrived just after 12:00!
Needless to say, I'm extremely impressed that they fixed the problem so quickly. Not only did I get my computer back in less than two days, the problem is fixed and they cleaned the entire machine. I've had this thing since April, and it had acquired dirt and smudges on the palm rests and keys, as well as a couple hard-to-remove smudges on the screen. It also had crap in the speaker grills, all of which has been removed. It looks as clean as the day it arrived.
    Thank you, Apple!

Just FYI in case you ever have to call them again, if you're out of the 90-day free support period, Apple will ask for a credit card in case the problem turns out not to be one covered by warranty, in which case you'll be charged for the support call. But if the problem is indeed a warranty issue, you won't be charged for the call.
Glad Apple was able to take care of you quickly.

  • Question about apple care

i just can't find the Web Registration Instructions card or booklet in the apple care box. so how can i get the AppleCare registration number???

I would suggest that you contact the place that sold you AppleCare and tell them that you have an incomplete box. If the box was not shrink-wrapped in plastic when it arrived, it was probably opened by someone else and the card with the plan registration code removed.
If you purchased AppleCare directly from the Apple Store, call the Apple Store and explain the situation to them. If you purchased AppleCare at the same time that you purchased a new Mac, your AppleCare plan may have been enrolled automatically so a code would not be necessary. The Apple Store should be able to tell you, and if you should have received a card with a registration code, they should be able to help resolve the situation.
    Regards.

  • Apple care time limit?

I purchased my ibook toward the end of May last year. I just picked up Apple Care Last week but will not arrive for a few days 7-9 days.
If my apple care gets here 1-4 days post my original purchase date is it still valid?
    Thanks,
    brian

Niel is correct, the important parts are the date you purchased the computer and the date you purchased the AppleCare Protection Plan. You can check the date Apple thinks your iBook was purchased by putting your serial number in the "About Your Support Coverage" section in the main Apple Support page. Remember, as soon as your plan arrives, you need to enroll it. You can also do that with a link on the main support page that goes here. You can also call AppleCare Support and, instead of pressing the button for the option of technical support, choose the option for AppleCare itself.

  • To Apple Care or to not Apple Care?

    That is the question....
I have ordered a i5 Imac late last month. This is the first Apple I have had at home since my little Imac DV400 years ago. We use them exclusively at work.
My question is considering whatever the heck is happening to Apples quality control, should I purchase Apple Care? It seems a lot of the newer Imacs are being returned within weeks, so most of the launch issues should be safely exposed with the one year limited warranty time. And I see older macs on other threads dying usually just out of Apple Care cover, so is it worth it???
(ps. I ordered my Imac through Dick Smiths in New Zealand)

    My question is this:
Since I ordered the quad i7 today and included Apple Care, I received a message that my card was charged for this immediately. Knowing that the the Mac won't arrive for several weeks,(and that's maybe stretching it) when does the warranty actually start? Upon shipment or receipt. I know I have 1 year to register the Apple Care extended warranty, but was confused when the initial warranty started.
    Thanks
Usually it starts at time of purchase; however, since there may be weeks between purchase and actual receipt of the computer, I'd call the Apple store and inquire and point out that you shouldn't lose weeks of coverage. After all, you didn't request to wait for weeks. And, by the way, since you ordered the Applecare directly from Apple at the same time you ordered the computer, Apple usually registers it automatically. Depending on the answers you get, I'd suggest requesting that the Applecare purchase be cancelled/refund be issued if possible. You then have a year to buy it anywhere you want.
