Application won't download... Contact iTunes support?

I'm trying to download Aperture 3 to my new iMac. After I click buy app and insert my iTunes I.D. it says contact iTunes support to continue this transaction (error 100). Any suggestions?

check your itunes version. on your mac to itunes at the top next to apple, check for updates. Start with the 10.3 update. If it still doesn't download you need to contact itunes support at apple.com/support/itunes click on itunes store account and billing then select managing your account then click email us they are the ONLY ones who have access to any itunes accounts or mac app accounts. They will respond back within 24 hours

As to why you are getting the message, then it could be due to a number of reasons e.g. past billing issues, account issues ...
