AS2 Error

Hi All,
I have already posted regarding the same kind of error .. I have been asked to check the pubilc key names . But this time i have double checked the key names even then i am getting such error .
Unable to forward message to JCA adapter. hi,
Check if their any changes made in AS2 adapter in receiver side like security. also check if you have made any changes in PI Seeburger Communication channel for this. check if AS2 adapter is down.

I have AS2 setup under biztalk. I have receive port which listen to HTTP adapter and keep listening on web site.Then there is corresponding send port which just write that file in folder . Send port just have filter for Receive adapter name.
It works fine, but some time I get error message
The FILE send adapter cannot open file <folder name\guid.txt > for writing.
Details: The system cannot find the path specified.
I am not able to understand what is error for this? Please help me to figure-out this.

Specifying the Backup transport is not going to solve the problem. Specifying the backup transport in this case is something like addressing the symptom of the issue and not finding the solution to root cause of the issue.
As you specified, if the mentioned error only happens some time but not always. In this case, the message "The
FILE send adapter cannot open file <folder name\guid.txt > for writing." would just be a warning message. Just by setting the retry in the send port will solve the issue. i..e Since this issue occurs rarely, it may be short lived glitch.
So by setting the retry count (lets say 3 times) with retry interval (let say 5 mins), this issue can be easily mitigated. You would not lose the message. So during the glitch you would get this message as warning, send port will retry "after specified
retry interval so after 5 mins", so by that time chances of files transfer is high. So this problem can be easily handled just by having retry count and retry interval in send port.
But you need to find the actual cause for this issue or you need to find the permanent resolution for this issue.

im configured the as2 partner setup as per this http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb246129(BTS.20).aspx.
but when im process file , then file try hit partner url goes dyhradated state,then failed. then i got below error.

500 server error could be due to anyone of the following reasons:
Party configuration is wrong. Party properties/configurations have to be discussed upfront with the source/destination system and have to be in-line with
them.
Certificates have to be deployed in correct folders based on certificate types like private/public/signed etc.
Firewall (or network components) has to be opened accordingly for parties(systems) to interact. This change has to be done at the both the levels, source and destination.
If you receive it through HTTPReceive.dll (may uses this for AS2), you have to check its configurations.
Also 500 error, could occur even if your BizTalk artifacts has not been configured/deployed/enabled properly.

Alert for AS2 Error on send

Hi,
We would like to setup some alerts for SAP outbound messages via AS2. When the Message is not able to be delivered to the customer we do get an "error on send" message in Seeburger Message Monitor. and the channel fails in the comm channel monitoring. But it is difficult to monitor the channels as there are lot of customers so it would be better if we have alerts. I have already tried selecting the option "Refer MDN to XI system" in the Handle received MDN. The problem with this is it fails for the wrong reason saying receiver channel is not configured and it doesnt serve the purpose of showing the actual problem. Please let us know if there is any other way of setting the alerts may be in the SEEBURGER workbench itself. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi,
The alerts can only monitor the IE and AE in PI. You would not be able to create alerts in PI for the Seeburger workbench.
Maybe you can try and put as mush info as possible in the alert messages so that the recipient can get an idea about the issue at hand.
Also check if Seeburger workbench has any similar mechanism for generating auto messages on failure.

unfortunaltey we get follow error back, if we receive a message from our partner:
Error while parsing AS2 message: AUTHENTICATION_ERROR #
The channel setup is correctly ( I think)
(Sender Agreement:)
By the Aapter-Specific Attributes:
AS2 Sender Configuration
Authentication Certificate: <Certificate of the Partner>
AS2 Receiver Configuration
Decryption Key: Private Key from us
Signing Key: Private Key from us
The MDN Channel has setup follow:
AS2 Sender Configuration
Authentication Certificate: <Partner Certificate>
The AS2 Communication Channel has setup as follow:
AS2
disable Authentication required
Asynchrones MDN
Server Certificate <Partner's Certificate>
Private Key for Client Authentication is empty
But always we get the message back as I put in the topic.
Any ideas ?

From the configuration side everything looks fine.
I strongly believe that some configuration at your partner side must be wrong.
For testing purpose, if you have BIS Spoke please create a dummy configuration and send message to PI.
First test with Disabling certificate authentification and then with certificate

AS2 Error: Transport status code: 403

Dear SAP experts,
Currently, our Trading Partner is sending messages to our server via HTTPS, AS2 connection.
Our Trading Partner is getting error, Transport status code: 403.
I've checked our AS2 adapter logs (SAP PI), and it says,
Error in unkown channel: (No session available) >> Error type: LOGICAL_ERROR >> Error date: 1/14/10 7:28 AM >> Description: Inbound communication from ZZ-TRADINGPARTNER to 14-8410240001002 not allowed: com.seeburger.as2.exception.AS2PluginException: Failed to get inbound configuration from DATABASE. [1/14/10 7:28 AM]
TRADINGPARTNER --> Sender ILN (Trading Partner)
8410240001002 --> Receiver ILN (SAP PI - our server)
Kindly advise where the issue resides.
Is it from Trading Partner's configuration?

It could be related to missing configuration at your side. Have you created the sender agreement properly? It could be problem with incorrect use of party while creation of sender agreement.

Seeburger AS2 error: No Trusted Certificate found

Good day!
Need your expert advice regarding the error that I am getting in Seeburger AS2.
Here's the scenario:
SAP XI is sending messages to Trading Partner via AS2 adapter which resides in Seeburger.
I've trigerred already messages but they are getting this kind of error:
Delivery of the message to the application using connection AS2_http://seeburger.com/xi failed, due to: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: Fatal exception: com.sap.aii.af.ra.cci.XIRecoverableException: SEEBURGER AS2: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: No trusted certificate found # , SEEBURGER AS2: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: No trusted certificate found # : javax.resource.ResourceException: Fatal exception: com.sap.aii.af.ra.cci.XIRecoverableException: SEEBURGER AS2: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: No trusted certificate found # , SEEBURGER.
Kindly advice if there are missing or invalid certificates on both sides?

Godo,
I think you are using secure communication for your seeburger CC. Can you pls. check if you have installed(keystore) certifcate on J2EE engine and configured certificate provided by ftp client in your CC.
Also one more important thing,
Make sure that you have entry with ftp server name and correspoding ip address in hosts.inc on a system where your adapter engine resides.
Check detail error messsage at:
http://XI server : port / nwa --> Message Monitoring --> Logs and Trances and select DefaultTrace in second drop down list. You will find all events details with description. ( If you run your interface and check you will find recent activities on XI server. Hope this will give you much better picture)

Please check the module chain (module configuration). Very likely reason is that you have the solutionid module as2 defined (which is default) but forgot to deploy the solution id module (you can find it in the distribution tools folder. Name of the deploy file: SeeXISolutionIdModule.ear).

File - AS2 error?

We have migrated from XI 3.0 to PI 7.1 and after that we are facing this issue in all AS2 receiver channels.
Do you have any idea how should we tackle this?

AS2 error: IP-51083: General failure creating S/MIME digital signature

Hello All,
I am getting a failure when sending AS2 with encryption and digital signature. The certificates have been set up as follows:
Signing and Encryption for Host : Store the certificate in both wallet and repository
Signing and Encryption for TP : Store the certificate in repository.
Looks like it it finding the key but looking for "alternateWrl: /apps6/orab2b/as10gt/product/1012/ip/config/wallet/wallet1". Not sure where this wallet1 comes from?

Hi Anuj,
I moved the setup to production and I started to get the failures. I verified and re-verified the setup. It is same as in test. I deleted and re-did the setup. However, still failing. As can be seen from the message below the matching private key is found but the encryption/signature does not happen. Again this is outbound message from host to TP. Appreciate any help.

AS2 Error 403 Forbidden

Hello,
We have a change in IP at our end and hence asked our partners to adjust the same at their end.
They have confirmed that they are using the new IP now (URL is same) and it is activated on their firewall.(Only one partner has this problem,others can send messages to us using new IP)
Still,they are not able to send anything to us and get 403 forbidden error.
They are able to receive messages from us.
We have confirmed,there is no change in AS2 IDs,Message subjects at their end and XI configuration(sender agreement,etc) at our end.
This scenario used to work fine till we had this IP change at our end.
Kindly let me know what could be wrong ?

Yesterday we received a mail from you asking us to change your IP address
abc.com 123.45.67.89 to the new address 123.45.67.87
We changed this IP address in our system but we were not able to connect to your AS2 system via this IP
After that we received a mail from you that we are still sending via the old IP address.
We checked our system again and tried to send with the new IP address.
We received an error from the your AS2 system.
Error sending document over http to host [http://abc.com/SeeburgerAS2/AS2Server], status code [403], reason [Forbidden], response from server [<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xml:lang="en-US" lang="en-US">

After checking our firewall and trying to send the data again we received the same error
We decided to switch back to the old situation but we received the same error again.
So currently we are not able to sent any data to you
However we are able to receive data from you
What can we check further?

Error in AS2 adapter. Object not found in lookup of as2.. Its urgent..!!

*When i tried sending an xml to partner system using AS2 adapter.. Mapping is succesfull and message is failing in receiver AS2 adapter.

can someone please tell me the module configuration for reverse mapping at receiver end,i.e.,XML to EDI D96A
basically,I need mapping name for this.

Name = WAN network no of the partner who is sending the file
Sender AS2 adapter configuration:
Few changes in the module parameter tab.

Receiver AS2 adapter configuration:
When the adapter is used in a receiver channel, it obtains a message from the Integration Engine and sends it to a business partner. In this case, the following steps are required:
1. Define the channel as a Receiver channel on the Parameters tab
2. The last step ensures the module sequence is complete:
Make sure the module ModuleProcessorExitBean does exist in the module sequence:
Module Name=localejbs/ModuleProcessorExitBean
Type=L
Module Key=Exit
with the following module parameter:
Module Key=Exit
Parameter Name=JNDIName
Parameter Value=deployedAdapters/SeeXIAS2/shareable/SeeXIAS2
File receiver:

CallSapAdapter 0
Module configuration:
bic= destSourceMsg = MainDocument
bic= destTargetMsg = MainDocument
bic= mappingName= See_X2E_EDIFACT_ORDERS_UN_D93A
ONly the mapping program name changes from E2X to X2E. IN ur case it will be See_X2E_ORDERS_UN_D96A

I am getting an error report and not sure how to fix the script. Please help...

I am using action script 3. I have html codes from ccbill that I am trying to make work with flash. Here is the script I am trying to use:

You have a mixture of things going on... AS3 code in an AS2 setting. Those are all AS2 error messages, and they are indicating you have placed the code on the buttons. To use that code, it must be placed on the timeline, and your Flash Publish Settings need to have AS3 specified instead of AS2. AS3 does not allow code to be placed on objects like AS2 does.

I am trying to test AS2 adapter. I configured sender file channel and Receiver AS2 channel. i also configured the mdn report channels. But my AS2 receiver channel is failing saying mdn report channels are missing.
Message processing failed. AIP-51083: General failure creating S/MIME digital signature

I want to do a test my B2B server whether it can sent B2B with certification request, so first I config
my wallet file is ewallet.p12, not txt file, so I locate wallet location in tip.properties:
oracle.tip.adapter.b2b.WalletLocation = file:D:\\EAIB2B\\B2BServer\\ip\\config
and then in the B2B config console change the wallet password.

Place your wallet at default wallet location - Midtier_Home/Apache/Apache/conf/ssl.wlt/default and mention this location in your tip.properties file.
