Assigning task list to order

I would like to assign a task list to PM order. Is there an API  to do it?

YOu can add manually by in IW32
Extras --> Task list selection --> Direct entry
To add automatically  check User Exit
IWO10020 -Automatically include task list

    thank you so much for your reply. I tried this and when I was trying to assign same task list with same geoup counter(but modified operations)it is giving below error.
    how to correct it ??
    and deleting operations from order,does not remove task list  from maintenance order. it still shows under planning tab.

    No operations available for selection in chosen funct. loc. task list PS-ADM-MAIN-A-7220-0601 12

  • Classification in Task List/Production order

    Hello Experts
    I am trying to understnad how Task list classification (class type 18) is used and what is the utility; what config ,master data and transaction data settings are required?
    At what stage system asks to enter char values ? Productin order releae, connfirmation or good receipt ?
    I am investigating to use this functionality as a replacement for Batch Management. Our clinet does not want to use Batch Mgmt.
    I am thinking if I can use this funactionality and enter batches in production order  at siome stage as char values.
    Appreciate your thoughts.

    Dear Karad,
    1.As said by our forum dude dogboy49, you can assign the material to an existing task list in CA02.
    2.Or else you can create a new task list specifically for that material in CA01,by mentioning the usage as 1 and status 4 -
    released general and the operation details like the work center and the timings.
    3.If you want to assign this material to an existing task list,goto CA02,mentiong the group number and the plant and enter and
    then click on the header key and then click on material assignment and then enter the material code and the details.
    Check and revert back.

  • Indicator on task list and order which shown Document is attached ?

    Hi,
    I have attached a document in task list through PRT in task list succesfully. Is there a indicator  in task list which  tells that yes a document is attached to task list ?
    Secondly is there a indicator in workorder which tells that yes a document is attached to this partcular task list ?

    Not sure about header level but in operation one check box is available for PRT.
    If PRT is attached to operation check box is automatically selected..
    On header screen at bottom you can see PRT check box if it is attached to first operation.

  • Assign Tasklist in PM Order - Menu option

    Hello ,
    We have a requirement to have inspection after finishing the operations so i have to attach the general tasklist keeping the Quality Information.So that after release i can get a inspection lot in order.Now here when i am trying to attach the taklist to the order , the system is copying all the operation in the Tasklist,whereas i want to select some selected operation only. I was doing the same previously. I think as I have the changed the config for scheduling dates in order and transported to dev client ,since that time its not working in the same way.
    I am not able to select operations while assigning task list in PM order .Please suggest any solution ,

    The required can be configured at plant and order level as already suggested by Maheswaran.K  .
    Default values for work order can be defined locally or at user level.Open work order and then
    select from menu
    "Extra"=>"Settings"=>"Default Values"=>"Control" and then select and save "operation selection" from tasklist transfer list.

    when i do UD for fish material. with QA32....in QA32 showing inspection lot no..but when i select line item of inspection lot and click on inspection lot..one window open..when i go inspection specification for task list..when i  click on task list....show the massage....
    but i all ready created inspection plan from QP01...i have over ther MIC and sampling procedure also
    No inspection plan could be found

    Dear,
    Is this quality Plan is back dated and Lot size should be 1 to 9999,999.
    Why are you creating rate routing? check lot for 04 insp type in QA02.
    Or for old material just create one new order and test it once again.
    You can check the statuses in config.
    QM>Quality Planning>Inspection Planning>General>Define Task List Status.
    You should find that "4" is in there with all the check marks on.
    QM--> Quality Inspection --> Inspection Lot Creation --> Maintain Inspection Lot Origins and Assign Inspection Types.
    There is a column called status. For each inspection ORIGIN, you can specify the status of the inspection plan. It appears someone in your system changed the 4's to an X and then created the status "X".

  • Task List Access Manager Role in Shared Services

    Hi
    The documentation says this role "Assigns task lists and tasks to other users". I have assigned this role to a group (in Shared Services), I have given that group Manage and Assign access to the Task List (in Planning), and have even done a security Refresh.
    Yet, when I go in as a user who is in that group, I do not see the Assign Access button in Manage Task Lists.
    Is this a bug or have I missed a step?

    Have you tried generating a provisioning report in Shared Services, have a read of :- http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E10530_01/doc/epm.931/html_cas_help/provrep.htm
    If that doesn't suit your requirements then you could always have a look at using CSSImportExportUtility to export provisioning to a csv file. The utility is located in hyperion\common\utilities and has a pdf on instructions how to use it.

    my user want a report of task list requirement is listed below
    user fills task list in order generated automatically. they want to get the report of task list filled against order no and equipment. is it possible through standard reports or i have to do developments for the same.

    Your requiremnt is  not a straight fit solution coming from SAP provided standard reports like IW38, IW39, IW40,IW37N or IW49 as stated in above replies.
    I remember a blog posted some time ago for a similar requirement. Here is the link, go through the link and u will find the exact solution.

  • Task list in hyperion planning dataforms 11.1.2 version

    Hi,
    I created a task list using administrator account and assigned these task list to user1. I mention a due date and alerts also. Here user1 have appropriate roles to access the dataform and to finish the task also.
    Now the issue is, when user1 finished and put the status as completed. But in admin user, those tasks status is showing as Incomplete.
    How admin will get that updated status as completed in task list.

    ya as u said i looked into report. but there also am getting status as incomplete using admin user.
    First of all i will explain u clearly about this issue.
    using admin account i created two task lists and assigned these tasks to user1. for example salary account and salary details ok.
    Now i login as user1 and put those task lists status as completed ok.
    Then now i login as admin and checked out those Task lists. In this scenario, am not getting those task lists(*salary account* and salary details) status as completed.
    It is still showing that status as Incomplete only which is already finished by user1 ok.
    Now, how can i get those assigned task lists status as completed automatically using admin user.
    I hope u understand about the issue.

    I am creating maint plan (IP42) and during assigning Task List, it is asking for "Task List Type" as input.
    I have searched in header screen of task list but could not find it. Can anyone say from where I can get this.

    at the time of creating plan, youhave to assign the task list,
    so when you search from plan you need to tick on check box of FL tasklist (if plan belongs to FL level),tick equipment task list if you want to assign the task list created against the equipment(IA01)
    if you want to assign the general maintenance task lsit tick on the check box of general maintenace task list.
    if you want to know the task list type
    A -general task list
    E-Equipment Task List
    T-Task List for Funct. Location
    -ashok

  • HOW CAN WE ASSIGN THREE TASK LIST TO THREE DIFF PRODUCTION ORDER

    we have one material which is used for three places FIRST IN MILL1, 2ND IN MILL2 AND THIRD IN TRIMMER MILL.
    the only thing which differentiate this single material is  the production order. we have 3 different production order but one single material. for this we have created 3task list. my problem is when we create batch and confirm it through co15, the lot reflects in QA32. but is not allowing for USAGE DECESION. For that we have to go to QA02, assign the task list and then again go to QA32 and do the usage decesion. is there any method by which we can assign three task list to three production orders so that qa02 step could be avoid.

  • New DMS document attachment to order header - can it also be done to a task list?

    With business function LOG_EAM_CI_6, you can now attach DMS documents to the order header or operation level in the 'Additional Data' tab.
    Since a lot of clients use documents to list complex preventive maintenance instructions, is it also possible to attach a DMS document to a task list header (or operation) and have it show up in the new 'Additional Data' screen area of the resulting order (using a maintenance item/plan to generate the order)?  Or do we still have to use the task list operation PRT functionality and have it show up in the order's operation PRT?

    I have configured Task list as per the SAP note 1821916  & activated DOC_TL_GUI. This allowed me to attach documents to the Operation &/or Header of the Task Lists. The problem I am facing is when I assign the task list to the work order the documents are not transferred . You have stated that they have transferred to the work order so I am wondering if there is something I missed.
