At&t Order Status Question
My parents ordered an iPhone via the At&t store 7/23. I just checked the order status today but no iPhone 4 order shows up on the page. Does it take this long for At&t to process an order or is there something I'm missing? Thanks.

If the order isn't on the page, then something has happened. And yes, it takes up to 3 weeks for the iPhone 4 ships. So an order on 7/23 is not going to arrive until 8/15.

Here's my deal, I ordered a stock MacBook Pro on the 14th of this month. My estimated ship date is April 4th. Now my dilemma is according to the online store the ship date has changed for new orders to 1-2 days...should I just go ahead and cancel my order and put in a new on? I ordered mine on 3/5 with an estimated ship date of 3/27. After many calls to Apple and having the shipping upgraded to 2nd day it has still yet to ship. I was told by three different Apple reps it would most likely be shipped before the end of last week. No go. Don't count on yours shipping any earlier either. It seems some people are lucky and some are not.

We have a purchase order where all of the line items have been marked for deletion except for one, however the purchase order status tab "Ordered" amount is not being updated. However, the to be delivered and to be invoiced on the tab are correct as they read 0.
The status tab is definitely not retaining the entired amount of the original purchase order. Has anyone encountered this?Hi,

marked as 'statistical' (EKPO-STAPO is not set) and thus the header
conditions are not updated.

I need to make purchase order status stay " Release Compleated " when deleting all items.

In my project , I use Release Strategy of purchase orders, and there is a case of deleting all items.
In this situation, purchase order status returns to "Active " and release strategy tab disappears.
This is our problem.
I need to make purchase order status stay " Release Compleated " and prevent release strategy tab disappearing.
I tried to update the fields EREKZ(final invoice) and ELIKZ(delivery completed) in
BAdI : ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST Method : PROCESS_ITEM using BAPI_PO_CHANGE according to SAP Note 456691.
But BAPI_PO_CHANGE couldn't update EREKZ because of our customize , and I couldn't find how to use
BAPI_PO_CHANGE in the BAdI.
Anyone know solutions to solve this problem?

Hi Guys,
In a 3rd party sales scenario, order status becomes complete even when it is partially invoiced. for example order qty is 4, PR created for 4 qty, PO created for 4 qty, MIRO is done for 2 qty, Customer Invoice is done for 2 qty. At this situation, the order status goes to complete. When I do a MIRO for the remaining 2 qty, the order status becomes being processed and when I create invoice for the remaining 2 qty, the status becomes complete.
Question here is, is there a way to prevent the order from getting into complete status before it is fully invoiced?

You cannot achieve this using standard customizing, as for thord party the billing quanity is always proposed against MIRO and the logic is that after partial delivery/invoicing by supplier, the sales order becomes completed. If you expect partial deliveries )or you have planned them with the supplier), you need to split the sales order qty into separate items according to the actual delivery date by the supplier.

Sales Order Status showing Being Processed
Hi All ,
I my client created sales order with 100000.700 ton and with 42 Piratical delivery document with different dates and 42 billing document and clear accounting documents
But the problem is Sales order status showing as Being Processed
I check all delivery documents if was showing total quantity delivers and i check copy controls OR to ZLF Updated document flow is there
and i Item category TAN don't not having completion rule
My question is it is mandatory to maintain Completion rule in item category
The Problem With Only One sales order it showing Being Processed, rest of sales document Showing completed
Do we need to Updated Status manually ?
Can any one guide me what could be a Problem

I ordered a configured ThinkPad W520 off Lenovo.com for USD1500 yesterday. Later when I went back to check my order status, to my surprise some parts were either shown up incorrectly or simply missing.

Hi,
I wanted to order Skype number from Sydney-Australia (Number: 0050060) so I selected a number & 3 months payment option (without entering credit card details) and then I came to know that if we get subsciption first then there is some discount on skype number.
So I first ordered subscription by entering creditcard details, Subscription order was delivered successfully. Then I returned to order skype number...but now its showing order status as pending. I tried again but this time radio button is on 1 month payment option and 3 months option is desabled. I ddin't proceed ahead. But now in my purchase histroy its showing another order with one month paymrnt option and its status as created.
No amount has got deducted from my skype credit or bank credit card and I have not received the number yet (order 1 with 3 months payment option: status: pending & order 2 with 1 month payment option status: created & at number its showing as reserved for 19 days).
Tried to contact customer support but unable to reach and send the details about problem. Continue support request button on skype website is disabled.
I want to get the number with discount for 3 months, so how can I make payment for it and get the number at the earliest? Experts Please help. Thanks.

Query on ZCOMP (Service Order Status) transaction

While working with ZCOMP transaction (used to generate the Service Order Status Report), is it possible to enter multiple Service Orders at one go and obtain the ZCOMP download data for all the Service Orders together in one spreadsheet?

When the experts tell you that it is a customer report, they mean that the report was created by your company. No-one here in these forums knows anything about this particular report.
You need to approach people in your own company to find out what, if any, authorizations are needed to run this report. The report may be an ABAP report (ABAP is the SAP proprietary programming language that is the foundation of all SAP programs, whether created by SAP or created by your company). If it is, to change the report code you would have to be a programmer with an SAP developer's key.
It is not clear what 'settings' you need to change in the report. Standard reports within SAP (and most custom reports as well) have one or more selection screen. In these screens, you can sometimes filter or expand the suite of data that is extracted and displayed in the report. In most (but not all) reports, anyone allowed to run the report also has the ability to change selection criteria in the selection screen. I suggest that before you consult with a local developer, you experiment with running the report yourself, using changed selection parameters from the default. Such experiments are usually conducted in a test system (which I am sure that your company has).
Your manager should be able to tell you the procedure used by your company to investigate this question.

It seems a lot of people have a problem checking their order status on line. I have tried several times in the last few days and it keeps telling me they cannot do it at this time. I have had so much trouble with this order. They promised delivery twice, I stayed home to accept delivery and then they said they didn't have it to deliver. Now I have a third date so you can imagine I'm a little suspect and question whether to take another day off. Is there a glitch in the "check status" option?

Upon review of your order, it seems that after placing your order for your new Over-the-Range Microwave, the specialty order appliance went on backorder, causing multiple unforeseen delays. Final confirm one operation sets order status CNF
Here is the issue I am having.
I have PM Order with multiple operations. If I confirm any one operation with 'Final confirmation' checked then Order status changes to CNF and I am unable to do any further confirmation on the order.
I am expecting the order status to be changed to CNF only after ALL the operations have a CNF status, but it is not behaving like that. I searched oss and could not find any relevant notes.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

- How are the confirmations created

My activation date has passed but my order status ...
Phone line has been fitted a couple of days ago so should've been activated at any time up to midnight on the activation date. This has now passed but the order status is still in progress when I go to the track order page. The help page says that this means there's been a problem with my order.

Hello, when i clicked on order status nothing shows up, i can't see any recent orders or pre orders, i'm currrently pre ordering an item and really scared because last time they cancled it with NO reason. As you should be able to see your purchase history underneath your BestBuy.com account, I’d imagine it’d be rather confusing if your recent orders and pre-order aren’t showing up. I’m not sure what could be causing that; however, I do appreciate the opportunity you’ve provided us to review your account.

Would someone please inform me why even though I ordered my iPhone 5 on the 14th of September, where the confirmation told me that I would receive it on the 28th of September, my "Order Status" now informs me that it will not ship until October 19th?
