Attributes not appearing in an Infoset for reporting

Hello Gurus,
I have an infoobject sold-to-party. When i use this infobject in an query which directly accesses the ODS , i m able to get the attributes like country etc in reporting. Now the same is not the case when i create a report from a Infoset. When i right click on sold-to-party the attributes are not available.
has anyone encountered similar problems. pls guide.

this is the standard. if you want the attribute of country then add the Masterdata Country to the Infoset and then flag the attribute. you need to join the COuntry from ODS to COuntry table with inner join or left/right join.
Then you will be able to use the attribute when  you build the query.
Standard process with Infoset. you do not get the attributes like ODS or Infocube.

  • HELP: Extended Attributes Not Appearing In Instances of Custom Content Type

    From Java code I create a custom content type derived from Document and define some extended attributes with default values for that type. All done using the same methodology shown in the Developer's Guide and Oracle example code.
    I start ifsmgr and I can indeed see the content type and the extended attributes.
    If I however create an instance of this (custom) type, either from the Viewer (file Upload) or from Java code (using code simuilar to createDocument from the Oracle ContentModule example), the extended attributes do not appear!
    BUT, if I delete one of the extended attributes using ifsmgr (highlight one of my extened attributes, click on "Remove", and then "Apply"), from that point on the previously missing extended attributes appear (except for the one I deleted of course) when I create files of the custom type from either Java code or the Viewer. Furthermore, once I get ifs to "see" one of these extended attributes in this manner, I can delete the extended attribute and re-create it from Java at will and it will appear in created instances of my custom content type just fine.
    If however I add another new extended attribute to the custom content type, I have to do the "Remove/Apply" drill in ifsmgr to get this new attribute to appear in created files of my custom type.
    I've tried deleting all instances of the custom type and closing both ifsmgr and the Viewer, but unless I delete one of the extended attributes from ifsmgr I cannot get new extended attributes to appear.
    What do I need to do in my 9ifs Java code to get new custom content extended attributes to appear in instances of that custom type?

  • Multi value attributes not appearing in the Web UI

    Hello,
    I've created a multi value attribute in the SAP GUI in CRM 2007 which appears correctly against the product. When I transfer this multi value attribute to the web UI, it doesn't appear at all unless you add values against it in the SAP GUI, in which case it appears, but the set type attributes are not editable.
    Any suggestions as to why the attribute is not appearing and what can be done to resolve this?

    I fear I did not completely get your point.
    One thing I noticed some time ago while playing with the marketing attributes is this:
    When you define an attribute that has multiple values, but no fixed values assigned, you are only able to maintain one value for this attribute. Maybe it is this what you are describing?
    The WebClient only adds new lines in the table for the attribute, when a server roundtrip is triggered by selecting a value from the DDLB.
    I do not know if SAP provided a fix for it in the meantime.

  • Servers not appearing while searching in SCOM Report

    I am trying to generate performance detail report (CPU and Memory) for several Windows Server 2008 R2 servers but noticed that 4 servers are not appearing & 4 of them are appearing while doing the search. What might be the reason?
    I checked under Monitoring -- Microsoft Windows Server -- Operating System Performance. Here I can see all these 8 servers and their respective performance reports. Why it is not showing up while trying to search in report?

    Heres some generic documentation that I wrote for myself that might help. For processors on server 2008R2 I belive the counter that is grabbing the info is under "Processor Information" and not "Processors" like previous OSs. Also make sure in step
    7 to Add group and not object it will be easier if you add the group rather than the object.
    1) Launch SCOM and go to the “Reporting” section in the lower left hand side of the console.
    2) Expand the “Reporting” folder.
    3) Click on the “Microsoft Generic Report Library” folder
    4) Open “Performance Detail”
    5) This will open the report for configuration, choose the “Change…” button in the upper right hand corner.
    6) Select the “New Series” button, this will create a line in the list and represents an object/group you will be reporting on
    7) Choose “Add Group…”
    8) Search for a server by typing it in the “Group Name” section.
    9) Make sure to chose the object with the server and windows icon, the “Class” will also be “Windows Computer”
    10) Next, choose the “Browse” button under the rule section (lower right area)
    11) The “select rule” window will come up. It will probably be easier to use the “Search by Counter” tab.
    12) Under “Performance Object” select the corresponding option that would appear in perfmon. The same goes for “Counter” and then choose “search”. Note – not all performance counters are tracked in SCOM. It will only list what is gathered.
    13) Notice the “Management Pack” column in your search, make sure you’re choosing a management pack that applies to your server(s). Select a rule under the counter that applies to the server and choose OK.
    14) Select OK in the settings window.
    15) Choose your From and To dates and run the report
        

  • Postings on profit center but does not appear in the profit center report

    Hi all!
    I have a very strange problem. My customer is using cost of sales accounting. When I reconcile the cost of sales accounting profit and loss report with a profit center or cost center report I found that for a certain month there is a few descrepancies. I found that for a certain functional area I had postings on a specific account (account 451240 loss price differences) on functional area and both on cost center and profit center but these postings does not appear in the profit center or cost center reports. When I look at the postings in fbl3n or fs10n I can see that they are assigned to both cost centers and profit centers. How is this possible? How can a posting be made to a cost center or profit center but not appear in the corresponding reports?

  • Memory full & request could not be submitted to process for Reports

    Hi.
    I am encountering crystal report error. I have a database that store around 19k records some with and without pictures.
    I am a newbie and I customized my own report. When trying to generate report for the whole database, the pictures does not appear. However, when I try to generate report with lesser records, the pictures do appear. It seems to be the picture size that may affect this. But I cannot imagine myself going to each and every record to resize the image file. May I know if it is possible to resize all the image file size at one go using SQL?
    FYI, I'm using Crystal Report XI R2 ver 11.5.12.1838 and 64 bit windows 7.
    Also, I opened the report through another software which is in 32 bit mode.
    On top of that, I have difficulty saving the report or printing the report to PDF. Whenever I print to PDF, it print several pages and then it keeps saying memory full or this request could not be submitted for processing. As it is urgent for me to come up with this report, what I've been doing is to print the report in many PDF files and then combine all into one PDF which is super time-consuming. Please help.     This appears to be a report design issue in CR XI R2 (e.g.; it does not work there - worry about runtime later...). Now there are a few things to consider;
    1) CR XI R2 is out of support so you can not create a support incident. In order for you to be able to do that, you'd have to upgrade to CR 2013. Eval of 2013 is here:

    2) CR is not a good archiving or graphics utility. E.g.; I am not sure how many pictures / records you are retrieving when the report fails, but see the following:

    3) It's never a good idea to create a report in version Y of CR and then try to run that report in a .NET app that is using runtime of version Y - z (at minimum be on the same version both in the app and the designer.

    Dear All,
    I created one LabVIEW application file for report generation (using Excel Template).
    While I run the program in programming mode it works well and create the report file in the specified path.
    After creation of the application file(exe), it gives the correct path of where the excel template is placed. The same path is given to New Report.vi, but it gives the error 'File Not Found'.
    Tell me, is any other configuration required for generating Excel reports? (During exe application mode)

    Most likely you are encountering a problem of stripping and/or building paths.  Probably the easiest thing to do is put a couple indicators on your front panel for the path or paths you care about, build your exe, and make sure you are really using the path you'd like.  If you always put the report at some deterministic place relative to the exe (that is, even it the exe is moved, it will go with the exe and remain in the same relative path location, then you can use the Current VIs Path funtion found in the ... File I/O -> File Constants palette as a start path (where you will want to strip at least the exe name off of course).
    I think this will bring some clarity to the issue!

    Four line items appearing a past due in the vendor account is not appearing during clearing in F-44. The other line items are appearing. Another finding is that these four line items pertain to previous fiscal year. Is there any setting/config that is disabling these previous yearu2019s line items to appear during clearing.

    Yes, I do agree with Ravi's comments.
    Go to F110, choose the payment run by pressing F4.
    There you might see some proposal with status as Proposal created. This means proposal has been created but no postings were made against that proposal.
    So choose that proposal
    Now go to menu item -Edit->Proposal-Delete...
    After deleting the proposal, now try F-44.

    We are on GRC 10.0 - SP5
    We have created a role in ERM and it was succesfully created in backend system. However when we tried to assign the same role using CUP request - the role is not appearing.
    1) Do we need to upload roles for CUP  in GRC 10.0 (similar to 5.3) to populate. Will the role doesnot automatically appears in GRC database for CUP as it is created through ERM?
    2) If the roles are imported in ERM with role owner information, does the same reflects for CUP also for role owner approver assignments?

  • Acrobat X Pro Drop-down Fields Do Not Appear on Adobe Reader for iPad. Help!

    I am having a problem getting drop-down fields to appear on Adobe Reader for iPad. Basically, I need to create a form that includes drop-down fields, with the end result being a form that can be viewed and completed on an iPad, using the Adobe Reader app. Above all else, the end result needs to be viewable on an iPad.
    I created a form using Acrobat X Pro within which drop-down fields work flawlessly. However, when I try to open this form on an iPad, the drop-down fields do not even appear. I have done some investigating on the Web (including these forums) and come to understand that this has to do with javascript limitations on Apple products, but have yet to discover a solution to my problem.
    To summarize: does anyone know how to make drop-down fields appear in Abobe Reader for iPad app? Or, does anyone know a workaround in which I could have a drop-down menu (or something similar) in my form and have it work on Adobe Reader for iPad?
    Thanks in advance for the help. I took on this project from my boss' boss, so I'd really like to get this done for him.

    Thanks for the reply. I experienced the issue running the most recent version of the Adobe Mobile Reader app. I'm not sure I can convince the client to use anything else, but its worth a shot.
    All I need is a simple drop-down list (multiple fields in the document) with 4 options that the user can select and submit as a form. Is this something EZ Pdf reader can do? Also, is EZ Pdf Reader free? (the reason I ask is I am an Android user and do not readily have access to a iPad).

  • New field not appearing in component configuration for standard web dypro

    I'm trying to add a new column to a table in an sap web dynpro component. I've enhanced the view to add in the new column but also noticed that it's using component configuration. When I go into the approriate configuration, however, all of the existing columns are there but my new column does not appear. Is there something else I need to do to pull the new field into the configuration?

    Standard object 0020 gives fields only available in standard tables MARA , MARC , MBEW, MAKT . I too faced this problem for ML based fields in accounting & costing views ( as these fields are not in MBEW they are in CKMLHD). The said Z field if it does not exist in MARC it cannot be seen through std object. U need to do a saperate recording to upload this field. I dont see any other option to my knowledge.U can up load remaing fields through the std object 0020 & create a saperate recorded LSMW only for this Z field.

  • Calendar item does not appear in day view for Sunday August 1, 2010

    I have a strange problem. I have an appointment on Sunday August 1, 2010. When in day view, and move from Saturday July 31 to Sunday Augsust 1 the appointment does not appear. However, if you look at list view or month view, it is there. If you continue to Monday and then go back to Sunday (all in day view) it appears. There is another person in my office with the exact same problem, so I know it is not just my phone. Anyone else have this issue? Any fix? I am concerned about appointments I will miss because of this. I added appoinments directly into the phone, no server, no exchange, no sync, same problem. It appears to be a bug in OS4.

    I have a Skype Premium account and an Online Number based in Stockholm, Sweden.
    I have verified the Caller ID for my account is set for the Online Number starting with +468.
    When I call my mobile phone (Swedish mobile operator), the ID appears as "Unknown".
    When I call the Online Number from my mobile phone, the calling number is shown correctly.
    What could be wrong?
