Auto Emailing of PO's

Hi All,
I have set up the Condition Record to allow the automatic emailing of PO's to vendors. However I have jusy one query - it appears unless the Output Device is populated in the Condition Record, it will not appear automatically in the PO.
Is this correct or I have maintained something incorrectly?

I have checked SCOT but am I correct in saying this has no effect in the output condition appearing in the PO?
NACE all appears fine, is there anything specific I should be checking?
SU01, I have set my email address and the Communication type.
However the Output condition only appears in the PO once the Output Device is maintained in the Output Condition Record.

Auto Email notification based on data from Table

I need to send a auto email notification based on the information updated on the table. Like when response table is updated as 90 for ( column users).A Email should automatically trigger to the different users listed in a table named (email).. I have stored the value of users in a table named response and the person to whom i need to be email has been stored in table name email.
I'm using Oracle 10g Express edition

Wrong forum...should be over in the Database Forum or PLSQL forum. You need to add a trigger to the table and the trigger needs to utilize the UTL_MAIL or UTL_SMTP packages. You can get more info on UTL_MAIL here or more info on UTL_SMTP here

Auto email multiple copies to multiple user as per filter

Hello all ,
I am developed a report
as below
Auto email status report to particular Heads if store proc returns data for him .
I can make a copy of report for one head using his division filter and user_id
and if store proc returns data for him so email to him ..
same thing for multiple users with same store proc can return the data and email
but i dont getting how can i do this...?

Hi,
I think you should create one Delivery Profile, with multiple Email Devices. Within the Delivery Profile you should add all the Email Devices you want to use.
If this Delivery Profile is active, you can add Active Devily Profile as the User Destination on the Destination page of the iBot.
Otherwise you can check if it works when you select 'Email' as the Specific Device.

Hi,
You can use Urging Reminders to supplier with output type MAHN.
Here you set all the reminders to vendors based on days set up earlier then delivery date or 10 before delivery date 5 days before delivery date.

To setup CSA you will need to perform three important pre-requisites if you already have not done so.
> Create a Solution Landscape
> Setup the RFC connections between Solution Manager and the Satellite systems in your Solution Landscape
> Assign the Solution Monitoring Roles to the users.
In terms of the Automatic Email Notification it is currently not available as a standard functionality.

Auto email is triggered to our mail box when there is Bdoc error

If any Inbound and Outbound queues are having the error( Bdoc errors) Auto email need to be trigger to Mail Box.
Please let me know is there any standard setting is there otherwise how to fulfill this requirement.

The mail.jar & activation.jar are part of Tomcat 4.x and up
Here is my simple example, you may want to make bean methods to get/properties so that you create an email like an object :-o
Notice, I make the message body a StringBuffer, so you can append info as you see fit.
Also assuming your SMTP server is the local machine, set that property to "localhost".
I also use a boolean return so I know if the message sent otherwise display a message to the user (aka, please email support to confirm your registration, etc.)

Auto-email Support Team after team determination (new message)

Hi everyone, I know this topic has been discussed on SDN a lot, but it is still unclear how one gets the auto-email working when a new message arrives in the Service Desk. We are currently on SSM 7.0 EHP1, and I have gone through note SAP Note "1041455 -Partner dependant actions are not executed". So, here is what I have done so far:
- with note 1041455, I copied the CRM_DNO_PARTNER_1 method to ZCRM_DNO_PARTNER_1 and edited the code as described, then assigned it to the Action Definition SLFN0001_ADVANCED_FIND_PARTNER (I removed the old CRM_DNO_PARTNER_1 method).
- in SPPFCADM, I used the Action Profile SLFN0001_ADVANCED with Action Definition SLFN0001_ADVANCED_FIND_PARTNER for the Support Team finding, which works. I even set this one to Immediate Processing.
- then I copied Action Definition SLFN0001_ADVANCED_STATUS to ZSLFN0001_ADVANCED_STATUS and made it Partner Dependent on SLFN0003 (Support Team), Schedule Automatically (and I have tried most of the Action Merging options). Start Condition is "When saving document". Under Processing Types I used the Smart Forms Mail type.
- Then, under Conditions for the Action Profile SLFN0001_ADVANCED I added the ZSLFN0001_ADVANCED_STATUS action and set the Start Condition to "&CRM Service Process.User Status& = E0001SLFN0001". So the status should be New.
Now, whenever I create a Service Message from satellite system, the message gets created, the Support Team is determined but no email is sent to the Support Team. When I open the message and click on Change, then only does the auto-email action list under the Actions tab. Only when I saved the message does it actually send the email.
So can anyone please help in getting the email sent to the Support Team right after the message gets created and the Support Team gets determined? Your help would be much appreciated!

At last, i made this one working by changing the action SLFN0001_ADVANCED_FIND_PARTNER to "Immediate Processing". Try to check this standard action, you will see that it was set to "Processing when saving".
Create a new action profile like Z_SLFN0001_ADVANCED_FIND_PARTNER (copy SLFN0001_ADVANCED_FIND_PARTNER then set to "Immediate Processing") then change the sort order in a way that it is lower than the standard one. Remeber to set also the Condition Configuration (Just copy the condition of standard SLFN0001_ADVANCED_FIND_PARTNER).
Next, create the action profile that will send the email notification with "Immediate Processing" also. Assign a sort order higher than the number you assigned to Z_SLFN0001_ADVANCED_FIND_PARTNER.
Try this one. It works on our system.

Now my customer wants that this should send mail to Customer/Vendor (To : given udf field) automatically. I want to Implement it.

Question Re: Auto Email receiving Problem

I have noticed that for a few days now that my iphone will not show any emails received until I go into each email account and select the refresh button the receive it manually. Prior to this my iphone would just auto pick them up from the server and when I powered up and slid the unlock button there would be the number of emails in red above the email button. Now I see nothing there even though I am receiving them, I have the email setting to check for new emails every 15 minutes. I have tried a reset a few times also.
Can anyone provide any other tips to try?

I too have noticed this with my accounts. I persoanlly feel there is a bug that it just stops checking. Normally after I do a manual check, then it starts working good again.
How are you "resetting". Just powering off and on, or doing the both button till it reboots approach. There is a difference.
A reset/reboot is:
Go to Home Screen
Press and Hold Home Button
Keep holding and press and hold Lock Button
Keep holding Both
You will see Slide to Turn Off (Don't let go to slide, just keep holding)
The phone will turn off (in time, but screen will look like it has some white lines)
Keep Holding
When you see the Apple Logo, you can let go.
Turning off via the Slide to Turn off while good and fine to turn off, is more like the Sleep Mode on a computer. Thus any locked up issues in memory remain when you turn back on. A reboot as described is like doing a real Turn off and Turn On on a computer.

Purpose:
To make it easy for the ad agency's clients to pass product

attachment.
