Auto Forward iMessages

Is there a way to have messages sent to my cell number automatically forward to my email? I have my messages set to send from my email on my iPhone, so if I send one and someone responds, I can use messages on my Mac or iPad for that conversation. However, if someone initiates a conversation, they usually send the message to my cell number, which does not work on my Mac or iPad. This also becomes an issue on their end because they end up having multiple conversations from me, instead of everything being consolodated into one.

Change your Caller ID on your iPhone back to your phone number. Then make sure that your iPhone, iPad, and Mac are all using the same Apple ID for Messages/iMessages. If all of those are correct, then visit this thread and follow the directions on page 1. This way your messages will all by synced accross your devices no matter if you send it from one or the other.

1. BPM doesn't support UWL Notifications so far. What you could do is implementing a Web Service which creates UWL Notifications via UWL API ([Link|http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/802bfda2-8a85-2b10-9290-d67da32d0c01?quicklink=index&overridelayout=true]).

Auto forwarding option for a substitute

Hi ,
Can somebody help me the workflow automatic forwarding option works with substitutes.
USER A is a substitute for for USER B and both users are setup for automatic forwarding
to external outlook e-mail address.
When a workitem sent to USER B , it showed up in USER A inbox.
But the external e-mail sent to only main user ( USER B ) , but not the substitution.
Anybody has a clue about auto forwarding works with substitute ?

Outlook/ Substitute setup is working fine ..
both main user and substitute are maintained with external e-mail address and autoforwarding option.
Only main user is receiving e-mail. Substitute is receiving the work item in his inbox..but not outlook mail..
If Is end a work item directly to substitute , he gets the outlook e-mail.

How to turn off email auto forward?

I have a 3G iphone and it's set up to retrieve email from my gmail account. I don't know how, but it has started trying to auto-forward my email to another account (my work blackberry). The emails don't go through so I keep getting a failure to send message for each email I have been receiving. I looked in settings and I don't see anything set up to forward email, I'm not sure how it started in the first place. How can I turn off the auto-forwarding?

The forwarding would not be on your iPhone but on your GMail account. Using a browser, go into your Gmail settings and look at one of the top tabs that says "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" Turn off forwarding there.

SO36 Auto forwarding Address

Hi Experts,
     Is there any way or report or FM available to read SO36 Autoforwarding address of all the SAP Users ?
     If it is not maintained properly then workflow notification mails are not going to external email ids.

Display the auto forward address for all users

Is there a transaction I can execute in ERP that will display the Auto Forward address for all users? I know that SO36 can be used to create an auto forward address for an individual user, however, I would like to list the auto forward address for all users

According to the 2nd article - I've created an empty Company_Phone_Number_Normalization_Rules.txt file and placed it in the Lync file share, in order to avoid any suspicion that the built-in file might be used. I've updated the address book but unfortunately
can't restart the FE services at this time. There's no still no change in the client.
Yet - the problem here is the numbers shown aren't present in the files making up the Lync address book inside the local user's sip profile folder.

As per the information and details provided by you, to set an auto-forward in Outlook, please follow these steps: -
In Outlook,
File > Rules and Alerts.
From
Email-Rules > New Rules.
Under
Start from a template or from a blank rule, select Check messages when they arrive and click
Next.
You will get a message that says
“This rule will be applied to every message you receive. Is this correct? Select Yes.
Check
forward it to people or distribution list. In the lower pane, click the
people or distribution list or people or public group link.
This will open the
Rule Address windows. You can also just type the full email address in the
“To” field. Select OK and Next when done.
The box to setup exceptions appears. Select any exceptions you would like to apply to this rule and select
Next.
Under
Specify a name for this rule, give your rule a name. Check the box for
Turn on this rule if you would like Outlook to start forwarding messages now. Check
Run this rule now on messages already in Inbox if you would like Outlook to forward everything that is already in your Inbox. Click
Finish and you are done.

As you said we have to use deadline monitoring here.
For this case use 'Requested Start'. From your i came to know this workitem should be a dialog workitem, so the workflow will wait for the time what you have specified in the requested start and when it is reached it places the workitem in the corresponding recipient inbox.

Is EnqueuedTimeUtc on BrokeredMessage changed when auto-forwarding messages?

I'm currently doing some tests on Service Bus for Windows Server, and I'm using the
EnqueuedTimeUtc property of the BrokeredMessage class for some performance tests (to calculate whether how much of the overhead is from Service Bus and how much of it is from my application code).
In the configuration of the topics and queues, I set up auto-forwarding to automatically forward messages from a subscription to a queue.
To correctly interpret the measurements, I have to know whether EnqueuedTimeUtc on a
BrokeredMessage represents the time that the original message was sent, or if it represents the time that the messages was forwarded to the queue.
Which is it? The original enqueue time on the topic, or the second enqueue on the queue?

Unable to auto forward mail with encryption

Hi,
I'm currently testing mail exchange with encryption. I have setup two accounts with a comodo class 1 free email certificate. In Outlook 2013, the checkbox for "encrypt contents and attachments for outgoing messages" is ticked and I am able
to send encrypted mails from outlook 2013 between these 2 accounts fine. Now, I have setup a rule on one account to auto forward mails to the other account based on subject and sender. Outlook is open and active the entire time during my test,
but the mails get send UNENCRYPTED. Whenever I trigger the rule by "run rules now", the mails will be send with Encryption.
Anyone know why this is happening and whether there is a way of getting this to work?

Are the messages that got forwared by the auto forward rule previously encrypted?
Maybe you can try below approach and see if it works. Create below registry key in Registry Editor, Outlook will automatically encrypt a message that you are forwarding which was originally encrypted:
Path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\Security
DWORD Value: NoCheckOnSessionSecurity

Z10 has no auto forwarding function for emails

Well, I cannot seem to replicate it...I forwarded, using my Z10, a 37K email to one of my accounts and also cc'd it to two other of my accounts. All received it just fine...no truncation or any problems at all.
So, all I can think is that there's some problem with the services you are using. Maybe your SMTP outbound server is truncating. Maybe the email item is much larger. Maybe the receiving email systems are truncating.
You'd have to do several different controlled tests to try different things to see if you can figure out the pattern to it. I find no public KB articles from BlackBerry with anything about this symptom.
Occam's Razor nearly always applies when troubleshooting technology issues!

How to auto forward sms texts from iphone to iphone?

I just got the new iphone 5 for work... which is great, but it means that I will be carrying around my personal iphone 4 and the new iphone. I would like to get this down to just one iphone, so can I auto forward my texts from iphone to iphone? Is there an app for that... and, if so, what is it?

Not sure if Google Voice will do that or if one of the TextFree apps will...but you can check those out and see if they meet your needs.

Try this out... this worked like a charm:
*On a desktop PC, log into your gmail account.
*Click the gear up in the top right corner > Settings
*Click Accounts
*Under "Change Account Settings", click "Other Goole Account Settings"
*Along the left, click "Security"
*Under 2-step verification, click "Manage your application specific passwords"
*It will ask for your usual gmail account password and take you to a page that says "
Authorized Access to your Google Account
*You will see a box to type in something (I just typed in iPad) then click "Generate Password"
*It will generate a random password for you... you will need this password Once in your iPad....
Now...
*Go to your iPhone Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Add Account>Google
*Type in your name, your usual gmail email address and for the password, type in that random one generated on your PC
It should work from there, if not follow what is below!

Hmmm, Firefox mail. What is the domain part of your Firefox mail email address? That should indicate which ISP is operating the mail server and enable people to help with settings.
