Automatic creation of remittance advice for employee expense reimbursements
Hello experts
Is there a way to have remittance advices for employee expense reimbursements created automatically at the time of payment media run? In case of suppliers, in the supplier base you can heck "Advice Required" and then at the time of media run the remittance advice can be generated alongwith the payment. Is there a similar setting that can be done for employees?

Just to follow on from Ravi's reply: most sites that I work at have the report RPRAPA00 scheduled to run on a periodic basis (define the job via transaction code SM36) to automatically create employee's vendor accounts. A screen variant is usually saved for the program, and then the batch session is monitored on a regular basis to ensure that it has run successfully.

Here we have requirment for remittacne advices , so please find below quey.
1. Run once a day and recreate all the remittance advices for all the payment runs of the day.
2. Convert this into PDF format and download to the LAN structure automatically.
3. This program should be scheduled in batch and have proper error handling to alert a user via email should there be a error in the download as we need to understand immediately if we donu2019t have all the remittance advices on the LAN.
Please provide valuable inputs for the customised program? and is this possible with customised program? or any standard SAP avialable for ths requirement.

You can create the same via a custom program with below steps:-
(1) Fetch all the payment run IDs from table REGUV for a particular run date.
(2) Then for each run date and run identification combination, call in loop Remittance Advice Printing Program (RFFOAVIS or RFFOAVIS_FPAYM) and it will generate the spool.
(3) Then call the program RSTXPDFT4 to convert the spool into a PDF file and store on SAP aplication server.
Then you can have a interface from SAP Application server to your LAN to have the file transferred.

Automatically creation of storage location for material, in MF60
Hi all,
my collegue of PP module uses MF60 transaction.
When he puts XXXX as Replenishment storage location, the system tells him this error: To stge loc. XXXX does not exist for material M1010000182 in plant 0001.
In MM i have activate the automatic creation of storage location for plant 0001 and for all movement types.
Why MF60 does not respect this requirement?
If I try to do movement type 311 with MIGO, manually, there's no problem to transfer the material from a storage location to , XXXX s.loc.
Is there something more that I have to do?

To have transfer orders created automatically in the background, you must first set the indicator Automatic transfer order creation for each respective movement type in the Customizing application for Warehouse Management under the path <b>Activities - Transfers - Define Movement Types</b>. The system automatically copies this indicator into the header item of the source document.

Unable to print remittance advice for certain quick payments
Hi,
This is regarding issue " Unable to print remittance advice for certain quick payments."
Product version:11.5.10.2
Description:
-Customer has paid through the payment batch.But the payment batch data is not available in ap_inv_selection_criteria_all.
-The status of the check is 'RECONCILLED'.
-The payments have already been submitted to the bank and reconciled to bank statement lines.
-While running "Send Separate Remittance Advices" concurrent program, some payments generated from Quick Payment are not available for selection for generation of remittance advice.
Research:
Search in the metalink but could not find any related issue.
Could you please adivce me how to proceed on this issue.

Paper size for those documents are actually A5 size.
Solve it by adjusting the Scale to paper size in the printing option to the size that our printer is set to printout
which in my case is 'Letter'

Automatic Creation of Settlement Rule for Maintenance Order
Hi,
While doing TECO for Maintenance Order, its asking for Settlement Rule. IF I click settlement rule, message is coming as Maintain Settlement Profile with options like With Default, Without Default & Cancel.
I have maintained the Cost center in Equipment Master. Also I maintained Cost Center as Default Settlement receiver.
Also I have gone through setting in Automatic Creation of Settlement Rule under Controlling Category.
But I couldnt understand that. Can you please tell what are the steps to be done?

Please check the indicatorsin Actual cost/cost sales and Valid recevivers in settlement profile.
If for cost center : 1 settlement optional is maintained in valid recevivers and also for order
and in actual cost/ cost sales: indicator to be settled in full is selected.
Also check Allocation structure too if you have assigned the valid allocation structure.
**check if you have assigned the valid settlement profile to order types.
*****Most important after doing all these settings you need to create new order. for same order you will not get the automatic settlement rule

Avoid automatic creation of purchase requisition for bom item N

When I create a production order , for the components with bom item N the system create a purchase requisition. I need to avoid this automatic creation , do you know a solution to obtain this ?

N item category in the BOM is always going to propose direct procurement. Through configuration I have not found a way to make it go away from the planned order. You can make it go away from the production order.
The IMG path:

Under the Res/PurRq -> Specify Never
In order make this setting effective, you must define the following

Please note that this setting is effective for reservations and
requisitions.
The best solution is to use BOM item category L with the bulk indicator set. You will not get any direct procurement proposals or planned orders and you can use long term planning to see the time phased MRP results. -
Stop Automatic Creation of Inspection Lot for a condition
Dear Gurus,
While Creating a Delivery through a Sales Order, Config is maintained such that "Inspection Lot" will be automatically Generated.
Now Business wants to Stop this Automatic Creation of Inspection Lot only for a Particular Delivery Type and for a particular mode of Transport.
Do we have any User Exits / BADIs to achieve this requirement.

To meet you above mentioned requirement you have to modify the program RQAAAS10 as per your logic both to create lot for Expired Material and to consider project stock or vendor stock as In standard SAP these stock are not considered.

Processing Leavers for Employee expenses and blocking their vendor records
Help please:
Is there a set way of stopping Employee expense records in FI when an employee leaves, and putting a payment block on his/her vendor record?
There is no employee status, therefore can the end dates be updated? If so, will this automatically block the vendor record from payments?
I believe that relevant programs are:
RPRAPA00 to load updates against the employee expense record;
RFBIKR00 / RSBDCBTC_SUB to update the vendor record.

Yes, from FBZP it is only possible to do that if it is a House Bank.
Well, I imagine you will have to implement an ABAP user-exit in both processes (Selling, example transaction VF01 and Buying, example transaction MIRO) to check Customer and Vendor bank master data to avoid using the bank you don't want to.
The Customer Bank table is KNBK.
The Vendor Bank table is LFBK.
So, if you have a single bank, it is just a matter of comparing the related record from one of the tables with the bank key.
If there are more than one bank key to check, I suggest you to build a Z table with the "prohibited" bank keys.

I would like to create the putaway TO's for a Handling Unit inbound delivery automatically (delivery type HID). This means at the moment of the creation of the Inbound Delivery. The packing is also automatically done by the customizing of the delivery type. Did somebody faced this requirement before?

Choose Customizing activity Define Output Types for Inbound Delivery, and define output type WMTA. Enter the following values in the detail view of output type WMTA under General Data:
Enter an existing Access sequence. Access sequence 0001 is predefined in the standard system.
Set the indicator Access to conditions.
Set the indicator Partner-indep. output.
Save your entries.
In the menu tree, choose the entry Processing Routines in the Customizing activity Define Output Types, and enter the following values:
Choose entry 8 (special function) for the indicator Transmission Medium.
Enter RLAUTA20 in the field Program.
Enter ENTRY in the field Form Routine.
Save your entries.
Choose the Customizing activity Maintain Output Determination Procedure.
Define a procedure and enter the output type WMTA in the control view of the procedure. The procedure E10001 is predefined in the standard system.
To define a suitable condition record for inbound deliveries,
choose Logistics -> Materials Management -> Purchasing -> Master Data ->
Messages -> Inbound Delivery -> Create from the SAP menu.
Enter the output type WMTA.
Enter output medium 8 (special function) for delivery type Inbound Delivery.
Select the desired Date/Time.
Select the desired Language.

I created one new document type (SR) as service requestion in material management.
Then i create maintenance order for service and attached service master. System generated PR. Where document type to be given to get SR instead of PR.

For some reason BP number must not have got generated for your Org. Could be because of some errors.
Go to SPRO-> CRM-> Master Data-> Business Parnter-> Integration Business Partner - Organization Management-> Create Business PArtner Initially.
Select Org. Unit and search and select your org. unit. Click on execute.
If there are no errors in your org. unit then BP number will get generated or else it will mention what data is missing.

Automatic creation of duplicate defects for notification
Whenever a Quality Notification is automatically created due to an out of tolerance condition in an inspection characteristic, the system automatically creates 2 duplicate defects. The inspection characteristic control indicator for Defects recording is checked for the charcacteristic. One of the defect items is assigned at the Operation level and the other one is assigned at the inspection point characteristic level. How do I get the system to create only one defect?

You want a purchase requisition after MRP run & you should also able to convert that purchase requisition to planned order,If i understood correctly, hope this is your requirement
First one is possible -in MD01/MD02 maintain create purchase requisition as "1"
Second is not possible,its not possibel to conver a PR(purchase requisition to Planned order where as vice versa is possible

Automatic creation of inspection lot for Expired Batches
Hi All,
I am in one trouble and need some help in above scenario.
I am able to create inspection lot for batches about to expire, but how to create inspection lots for batches which were already expired or which next inspection date already missed?
Master data like '09' inspection type, inspection plan is already maintained.
Second question, is QA07 also affect on special stocks like vendor stock or project stock etc?
