Autorization of release and derelease in ME29N in release strategy tab.

Hello Experts,
I have a requirement where the authorization has to be given to a list of user maintained in my ztable for RELEASE CODE (T16FS-FRGCO = 01).
For rest of the release codes in release strategy it should work as the standard process. if the processor in release stategy tab and sy-uname are same then the system should allow to relase or derealse the PO and save it.
But for RELEASE C ODE 01 i'm maintaing the ztable and checking that if user name maintained in my ztable and sy-uname are same then system should allow to realse, derelase and save the PO.
I'm writing my code in EXIT_SAPMM06E_006 -- Include ZXM06U36 for this check but it is not working for me.
Please let me know the EXIT or the correct way of doing it.

With Mountain Lion Developer release, and most likely the finished release having all updates via the App store, how does ARD fit into the picture?

The following question is based on what I have seen in some early reports of the Developer version of Mountain Lion.
Since the Developer Release of Mountain Lion, and the final version also I expect, having all updates being installed via the App Store by the user, how is a administrator to keep hundreds of systems current with all updates? The App Store requires, at least in its current version, a user to log in with their Apple Account ID and password even to do no cost updates. In an Enterprise operation I expect a number, maybe the majority of users will just not bother to do the updates.
Is there some way to use ARD to handle keeping Mountain Lion systems fully updated from an ARD Admin system? Is there a backdoor for updating systems?

No one is going to be able to discuss how ARD might work with Mountain Lion since anyone running an ML system is under nondisclosure and cannot discuss it publicly. All anyone here can talk about is how ARD can (or cannot, as the case may be) be used to keep Lion systems updated.
At this point I don't see any easy option in ARD to run Mac App Store updates, but it might be possible to script that, though whether that could run in background, as OS updates can, or on a system without a user logged in I don't know. Someone else here may be able to offer insight. For enterprise-level management I think most people have more-or-less given up on ARD as their primary tool, though, and moved to one of the third-party solutions.

Po change after release and printout

My client require if we change the PO in any field ( expect qty and amount ) our po should be go in the po release again we using release indicator 4 and 6 but we want release should be go if we change any field like date tax code text payment terms etc.

System determines new release strategy only if there are any changes in the characteristic values in the PO. (The characteristics that you must have defined for the PO release strategy configured in your case, like PO value, document type, Plant, etc.)
By your question, it appears that you do not want to change even the date and text fields after PO is released, and in case you do the changes, then again the PO has to be released.
For this, you need to use the release indicator, which won't allow any changes after PO is final released. Hence, when any of the field is required to be changed, the release will be required to be cancelled first, then the changes can be done. After doing the necessary changes in your fields, like, date, text, etc., PO will again be subjected to release, and will have to be released again to proceed further.

is there any standard procedure for this.
As in NACE tcode,there is output type(NEU) for purchase order(EF),in the processing routines view- there is a processing routine with the row.

what does this signify.

After releasing and saving PO in ME29N ...when pressing BACK button...i am getting a pop message with "updated terminated".
then i enter...in inbox the below message i am getting.

Thanks but I have tried doing the above - when I said 7 times I was modest, its more like 15 times.
And I am referring to the 5.1 software update. I dont have wifi so I guess I will have to try that seeing that my husband also has the same problem - he has also tried downloading several times. It always times out en says that the connection is lost but yet there are always an internet connection and a decent signal once it stopped. Think it said error 32052 or something!
I am disappointed because the update includes inprovement on the battery life - did you guys notice any difference?

The bottom line is Apple can't possibly provide any comprehensive way for your Mac to predict how a perfectly good update would react to existing hardware or software damage on it. That is something you must learn to do, especially if you rely on it for any professional purpose.

You don't say what your version of Windows you have. Assuming XP, go to Start | Run, type DXDIAG and click OK. Click the Sound tab and run the tests to eliminate a hardware problem first of all. If you don't hear anything, check your cables first of all. Also make sure "Mute" isn't checkmarked in your sound setup. You'll find that in Windows Control Panel.
Which browser do you use? If you have Firefox 4, sign up to the HTML5 trial @ http://www.youtube.com/html5
HTML5 is the latest video standard and doesn't require Flash player. Google is in the process of converting all its files to work with the new format. It may solve you problem. If you don't have Firefox 4, you can get it from here: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/fx/
IE8 doesn't support HTML5.
To clean out your temp files, go to Start | Run, type: CLEANMGR and click OK. Click OK again to start the utility. Tick all the boxes except "Compress old files" because the latter takes too long, and then click OK. You can run this utility any time you wish by the way.
The above steps will hopefully fix your problem. If not, post here again please.

Object locked after Release and Transport to QAS/PRD

During an attempted recovery of our DEV system, a tranport request that had been previously released and transported to QAS/PRD was copied back into the DEV system, over-writing an open change request (and associated lock) on the program.
As a result the object shows as 'Locked' in DEV, but the lock entry is on a 'Released' transport.
I have reviewed tables E070 and E071, and as expected the entries for the program show that the transport was released.
Table TLOCK contains an entry for the program indicating that it is locked under the change request described above, that has already be released.
I logged a message with SAP, and was directed to create a new change request and assign the program to that request. While this does work, and allows me to make corrections and transport them, it does not assign a lock to the new transport, and does not clear the existing lock.
The other comment in the message was that once a transport is released, the only other option is to 'hack the tables', but I am not sure I am ready to go that route.
Has anyone ever encountered this situation, and if so, do you have any situations as to how to clear the lock entry ?

Release and/or Post Logistic Parked Invoices automatically

Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone knows how to release and/or post Logistic Parked Invoices automatically in R/3.
The Logistic Invoices are created using BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_PARK and are displayed in transaction MIR7.
I need to find a way to process and POST dozens of parked logistic invoices at once.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for your answer. It partially worked for me. I executed MR44 and I was able to see a parked logistic invoice with reference to a PO (with standar Doc. Type RE). However, if I use a "Z" Doc. Type, then is not displayed there.
Maybe there is something behind the program SAPLMR1M (MIR7) where Doc. Type is being filtered. I will take a look on Customizing and see if I can find something.

Error-Release not allowed as budget is not allocated to the project. Project will be exited and data changes will not be saved!
But, i have budgeted the WBS and release the budget.

System status will allow you to release project. You are getting this due to user status.
Your user status say initially 1 needs to change to say 2 so that you can release your project.
This user status is defined in customization and assigned to your project profile.

LRT224 WAN IP Release and Renew

I am trying to debug an issue where my internet performance drops to nothing after about 18 hours of operation. I have bypassed the LRT224 for several hours and my cable modem seems fine. So now I am focused on the LRT224.
When I log into the router and try to release and renew the WAN IP. It will release just fine but will never renew and get a new IP.
A couple of weeks ago I upgraded the firmware to the latest on the website. However, I just did an upgrade in place and did not go through a factory default reset.
The internet performance issue seems to happen when I run the heck out of the connection using encrypted traffic.
Questions
1) is there a problem with the release/renew function in the latest firmware?
2) should I do a factor reset and reconfig the router to see if that clears up both problems?
3) Has anyone else seen performance issues after 16 to 20 hours of operation?

Yes you should do the reset to factory defaults and reconfigure with the latest firmware upgrade.
After you have done the reset see if you notice the issue I notified Linksys engineering about in my last post in the below thread:

AddOn O.S. error after updating new release and/or patches

I have had some problems after installing new release or patches on existing SAP B1 installation.
A system error message is shown while attempting to starting SAP B1 AddOns.
The problem occurs on several clients but not with a specific rule.
Some SAP B1 clients continue working well like i expected.
In order to fix this error i have already tried:
- to reinstall DI API
- to reinstall third party components required by my AddOn
- to reinstall AddOn
- to reinstall SAP B1 Client
- to delete/rename SM_OBS_DLL folder in local temporary folder
- hope and pray
I have the same problems with VB6 and VB.NET AddOns, using UI and DI API.
This error has been issued since SAP B1 2005 SP01 PL09 installation.

I solved the problem with VB6 AddOn using only a DI.
Next days I will be able to try with VB.NET 2003 projecy using both DI and UI API.
I hope i won't have any further problem...
Here is a newer question:
Is it possible i have to recompile the AddOn every time i install new patches on existing installation on which i have already developed AddOns?
This is not a good news because there are several patches issued and if i have to recompile the program i must generate new ARD file and install the new AddOn release...
I hope this error won't be shown with next release or patch even if you gave me a very helpful solution.

Need API Name for PIck Release and Ship Confirm for WMS Module

One if my requirement is that Initially I will create Internal Sales Order and send to the other system (legacy) there they do the shipping then they provide the flat file which contains shipping information. Based on the incoming file I will close the order. Here they are using the WMS to process the pick release and ship confirm.
Can any one please help me how to do pick release and ship confirm by using an API or Interface in WMS. If knows please provide the name of the API's and flow.

For external orders we have a solution on WMS_DEVICE_CONFIRMATION_PUB api.
may be you have done pick release using this api in WMS enabled organizations. After pick release
you can use WSH api to do Ship Confirm.
