Availibility check not happening after credit block is removed for order

Hi All,
When  we are removing the credit block on  a sales order through report RVKRED09, the availibility check is not performed again because the qty in sales order is not confirmed.
As per my understanding when the report RVKRED09 is run, the sales order is called in background and the credit status is changed  and then subsequently, the user exit MV45AFZF is called. In this exit, the values in wa-ybuk-cmgst is compared against wa-xbuk-cmgst. if  i think wa-ybuk-cmgst is A and wa-xbuk-cmgst is B, then it means the credit blocked is removed and the return code is 8 which means availibility check is to be performed.
However in our case availibility check is not happening since the values of wa-ybuk-cmgst and wa-xbuk-cmgst  are same which is B i..e the credit block is not removed...but however the report RVKRED09 shows that cedit status is changed.
Something is happening somwhere  which is causing this. could any one guide. Also what is the program name which confirms the availibility check in sales order and also what is the program name  which changes the credit status  for a sales order in VBUK table.
regards
sachin

Hi
So as per your query , you have gone with the user exit in the program MV45AFZF , so check wheather any subprogram has been included where availability check wont happen. So just take the help of ABAP;er and then check wheather any program has been included related to availability check.

We are using PP order with PCC(product cost collector) as the cost object , i.e costing by period.(system ECC 6)
But our problem is with material standard cost estimate process.
We have assigned overhead keys to the percentage rates in costing sheet for material standard costing and assigned the origin groups to the credits of costing sheet. But after running the cost estimate overhead is not taking into account for standard cost calculation.

We have checked all things as mentined below.
Firstly that the correct costing sheet is assigned to the valuation

That the costing sheet is entered for the appropriate material type:
Finished and semi finished or material components.
All of the above can be checked and verified via transaction OKKN.
In addition make sure that the base value maintained is present in the

Similarly if the base is found and values exist how is the overhead

  • Material availability check not being executed

First of all: I’m an SD consultant with limited knowledge about PS
At our current client are we facing an issue with the material availability check in project system orders, created through e.g. CJ20N. The client mentions, that the availability check on the components is not being executed and therefore is effecting their operations
I did check SAP OSS and found the following OSS notes:
01774744           Planning quantity of PIR is not getting updated properly
    01745038           BAPI_NETWORK_COMP_CHANGE is updating PBED-PLNMG incorrectly
    01774657           BAPI_NETWORK_COMP_CHANGE is not updating PBED-PLNMG –III
    Those notes were also implemented
Did find transaction CJBN and did some testing, but did get the message
    BL 001
    Availability check not activated
    I did check transaction
    OPJJ and everything looks good.
    OPJK and everything looks good
At this point I’m totally clueless on how to resolve the issue.
If you would have any suggestions, pointers or remarks: they would be appreciated.
    Thanks and regards,
    Jan Pel

  • Credit Blocked 3rd Party Sales Order confirm quantity change discrepancy

    Hi,
I am facing the below 3rd party SO qty change issue. Please check and advise me.
    Step 1:
Created one 3rd Party SO for item A - 10 qty.
    Step 2:
PO is created with reference of PR number (item A- 10 qty).
    Setp 3:
Again I am changing the SO item A qty from 10 to 20 (i.e. SO value is increased).
Due Sales order value increase the credit check performed and due to customer credit
limit the system shown Static Credit Block message (SO  blocked for Credit approval).
    Setp 4:
I have saved the SO with the Credit Block message (still SO Credit Blocked).
    Issue :
I have not released the Credit block in SO, Even the system has updated the SO confirmation qty as 20
and subsequent PR and PO also changed from 10 to 20 qty.
    Regards
    Baskar

See, the Credit Management System is designed to work in the SD side & not on the MM side.
Once PR is created, it is updated every time Tird party Sales Order changed which is basic requirement.
Once PR is created / updated, system (Credit Management) cannot the creation of PO & subsequent documents. This is becaus Credit Management is desinged to block creation of Sales Order, Delivery Document & PGI & nothing more.
That is why I suggested you to go to Z-Development & apply a User Exit.
    Hope this clarifies.
    Thanks,

  • Credit block in a sales order

    Hi All,
Is it possible to find out who has released a credit block in a sales order. Is there any table or T-CODE .
Normally , it is displayed in the Change log of  the sales order . But in our case  the change log is not showing any details of the credit block . Can there be any reason why it is not showed in the Change log .
    Please help .
    Regards,

    Hi
    Please try this:
Pass  VBELN to CDHDR table as OBJECTID along with OBJECTCLAS = VERKBELEG To Fetch CHANGENR (Document number)
Pass CHANGENR, and VBAK-VBELN, OBJECTCLAS =VERKBELEG, TABNAME=VBAK and FNAME=FAKSK into CDPOS table to
    Fetch CHANGENR
Pass the CDPOS-CHANGENR as CHANGENR and OBJECTCLAS = VERKBELEG into CDHDR table again to get change details.
P.S. If sales order was blocked and unblocked by some one, it should display in Change log of sales order.

    Hi Shanu,
Just do simple debugging and change the field  value , it will automatically solve your purpose , with this there is no need to change the configuration etc.
pls put the break point at ..
    1) Goto tcode se38. Here input SAPLVKMP and then press display.
    2) here you can see lot of includes , here pls double click on the include LVKMPF0A.
    3) Here you will see the code like..
    open values  > creditlimit
IF SCC_SUM_OPENS GT SAV_KNKK_KLIMK.     :> place the break point here
        PERFORM MESSAGE_EXCEEDED_VALUE USING SCC_FLG_ORDER SCC_SUM_OPENS.
        MOVE CON_RC_NOK TO SCC_RC.
      ENDIF.
    4) And now do the sales order , the cursor reaches here , then in the debugging mode change the value of SCC_SUM_OPENS  to more than SAV_KNKK_KLIMK.
    5) And then press f8 , now you will get the desired result , ie your order will have a credit block.
    Hope this will help you.

  • Order document with immediate delivery create not working with credit block

A sales order document is configured to create the delivery immediately on save. This works fine if credit is not an issue.
If the order goes on credit block and released, the delivery is not created. I realize that the reason is that the credit personnel do not have authority to create the delivery (although it is the system really doing it).
Does anyone have solution to this via standard method?

    Hi Anabella,
    This is a classical problem.
If you want the delivery to be created automatically, you can disable the credit check at the sales order level, and enable the Credit check at PGI level. This way the delivery will be automatically created in all the cases, but the PGI will not happen if there is a credit check failure. Now the authorised individual can act on this and release the delivery for further processing.
Otherwise, it is expected for the sales order not to create delivery if there is a credit check failure. Whether the delivery creation is automatic(immediate) or manual(VL01 or delivery due list), the delivery creation will be disabled, if the sales order fails the credit check.
    Hope this helps

  • CRM Availability Check not working for certain Item Category

    Hi there,
I have a situation where for certain order type/item category combinations, the availability check on the same material is not working.
The check is set up to happen in SAP ECC.
I have checked the config. under SPRO->CRM->Basic Functions->Availability Check->Availability Check using SAP ECC
as per many SDN posts on this, and everything looks fine.
The new item category, which was a copy of an existing one, works (i.e. gives availability) for certain order types, but not others.
If I create the same order directly in ECC, it works correctly every time.
I searched the code (from consultants who set it up originally) and can see nothing specific to the order type/ item category.
I also put a breakpoint on AVAILABILTY_CHECK function module in SAP ECC - it is not being hit, in the case where check is not successful.
Breakpoints in MV45AFZZ (Sales Order userexit) also not being hit, but they are hit for the Order/item category combination when it works successfully.
Any suggestions on where else this could be configured would be appreciated!
    thanks,
    David

    Hi David,
One 'simple' reason for this could be that the copied item category does not have the
ATP Profile set up in the item category in the IMG. Make sure you have an ATP profile assigned in the area 'ATP Profile' in the item category.
Please see as well the SCN Wiki link:

  • Material availability check not consider the MMBE stock correctly

    Dear Experts,
    Thanks for your continuous support.
I have one clarification ,at the time of process order raised COR1 - Click Material availability check after that massage had come in all material check available , but system wise some of the Bill of materials having not stock in MMBE ? What is the reason for the issue, with out stock material also given the status ok in ATP.
At the time of confirmation i have put some loss qty , where is the way of display in loss qty after that confirmation.
I need the report for one month process order confirmation list with order qty, confirm qty, delivered qty, &Loss qty ? Loss qty details only i am seeing kindly give the guidance if any t.code for display loss qty against the process order.
    Thanks,
    N.Umapathy

    Hi N.Umapathy,
"Click Material availability check after that massage had come in all material check available , but system wise some of the Bill of materials having not stock in MMBE ? What is the reason for the issue, with out stock material also given the status ok in ATP."
There can be an available quantity even if there is no stock in MMBE for that material.
    A simple example:
Production order created with component X.
Component X has a required quantity of 100.
There is no stock in MMBE for material X.
However, there is a planned receipt of stock (maybe in the form of a purchase document for example) of 100.
In this case, it is possible that the availability check will confirm 100 is available even if it is not in MMBE.
Another contributor on here, Jürgen L has written a very good blog on this here:
Unrestricted use stock not equal to available stock
    Hope this helps.

  • Sales Order availibility check not triggering GATP in APO

    Hi Gurus,
We intend to use GATP in APO. When Sales Person enters any SO and presses for availibility check, it should trigger availibility check in APO. in APO we intend to use RBA with Location substituation rule.
    Following are the settings done:-
    1) Integration Model for Plant.material and SO are created and activated
2 Created Integration Model for ATP check and ATP customizing
    3) Created Check Instruction in APO for check Mode : 050 and Business event : A
    4) Created Check Control with ATP Group : 2 and Business Event : A
    5) Created all necessary configuration for Location substituation under RBA configuration.
Currently when we create a sales order and selects the item for availibility check , it does a local ATP check in ECC , but it does not trigger GATP in APO.
Am i missing any configuration or master data setting?? Any help will be appreciated.
    thanks,
    Jaideep

    Jaideep,
Assuming you are only using outbound queues, check for blocked or otherwise unprocessed queues. SMQ1 in ERP.  SMQ1 shoould have zero entries
You must also have a Sales order Integration model activated, which can also be displayed in CFM5.  You should be able to see existing sales orders in APO in //RRP3.
I will assume this is a new implementation, and you have never gotten a successful APO ATP in this system.  You should Delete any inactive ATP or Sales order Integration models that contain this material/plant.  You should inactivate any duplicate IMs, so that there is only one ATP IM and only one Sales Order IM active for this material/plant, at least until you have solved this problem.
New development also means that some of your developmental trials may have caused the CIF to become inconsistent.  You can run program RCFORDCH to clean up CIFORDMAP inconsistencies.  You can regenerate the runtime by executing RCIFIMAX using 'generate'.  You should delete all your unused T_ATPCHK and T_SLS filter objects with program RCIFIMDL
In general, there are many other helpful tips found in https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/563806  and in the other notes called out in this note.
If there is nothing in the queue, and assuming that you have an active ATP Integration model working, and assuming that all data  in ERP is consistent, then there is probably an enhancement interfering with the process.  Consult your SD developers to discover which one of the ERP enhancements is stopping APO GATP.

  • Availability Check not working for Item Cat TANN or YG05 in Btch Split

Currently working on implementing Automatic Batch Determination (BD) project and one fine piece is holding up the implementation (make or break for project).
    In our QA System:
      - In inventory we have a quantity of 2 for a material: 1 in one batch and 1 in another batch.
      - Create an order with 2 line items with the same material number for a quantity of 1 each.  Line item category is TANN
      - When you generate the delivery the batch determination causes the items to split (even though you have a quantity of 1 in the line item).
      - When you go into the delivery and open up the 1st line item and look at the 900001 line, BD chooses the 1st batch for a quantity of 1.  Line item category is YG05.
      - When you open up the 2nd line item and look at the 900002 line, BD chooses the 1st batch again, NOT the 2nd batch which it should.
If I change the line item category on the Sales Order to TAN and generate the delivery, BD correctly assigns the 1st batch to the 900001 line item and the 2nd batch to the 900002 line item.  Which is correct.
Now for the strange part.  The TANN item category and BD works find in our DEV Sandbox, but NOT in our QAS system.
I have spent two days now trying to find out where Availability Check is assigned specifically to Item  Categories and any differences between our DEV Sandbox and our QA systems to no avail.
Our customers need the ability to be able to put the same material number on multiple lines of a sales order due to special pricing per customer within an order.
Can anyone direct me to some configuration or transaction that controls Availability Checking by Item Category.  I have checked the 0VLP transaction and they are identical between our DEV and QA system for the TANN and YG05 categories.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

In VOV6 the 'CP' Schedule Line Cat. has the Availability flag check.  There were a few areas where I found an "Availability" flag and made sure there were all set.
But, I did finally find out what the error was:
Logistics Exec -> Shipping -> Basic Shipping Functions -> Avail Check and Transfer of Requirements -> Transfer of Requirements -> Determination Of Requirement Types Using  Transactions
There are entries by Item Category.  For
    I/C = TANN
    MRP type = PD
the Requirement Type was missing (if you look at the entry for TAN/PD you see an 11 in the RqTy column).
So I entered a 11 (Delivery Requirement) into the field and now the Availability Check works and I am getting the correct Batches and quantities during Batch Determination.
There is no entry for the YG05 batch split, so I guess the system just uses the Item Category of the main line item.
Thanks for the responses.  Sorry to bother you I should have figured this out earlier.
    Scott.

  • Existing IMAP notes not available in notes app after mountain lion installation

After today's mountain lion upgrade (from lion) my notes stored on an IMAP server are not available in the new notes app. The folder of the IMAP Account itself is shown but appears empty. On my Iphone all notes of the IMAP Account are shoen correctly as well as on another mac still running lion.
    Any Suggestions?
    Thanks in advance.

Okay, I assume there are some different reasons for the syncing problem.
I got my notes syncing again by just losing the prefix on my iPhone and renaming the existing notes folder. For those with a similar problem, here's how:
    Old situation:
Within OS X Lion I used a Gmail account with notes (IMAP). To avoid a messy layout with the Gmail folders I used [Gmail] as IMAP Path Prefix (found under Accounts, tab Advanced).
Under iOS5, 'Notes' was ticked on under the Gmail account. The result: Apple created a IMAP folder '[Gmail]/Notes' to store all notes.
    New situation:
After upgrading to OS X Mountain Lion I ticked 'Notes' under the Gmail account within system prefs, 'Mail, Contacts & Calendars'. The new Notes app remained empty and didn't show my existing notes that were still on my iPhone.
Logging in to www.gmail.com reveiled a new folder created by Mountain Lion: 'Notes'. The existing notes folder was named '[Gmail]/Notes' - because I used the [Gmail] prefix - and contained al the existing notes.
So Mountain Lion syncs with the IMAP folder 'Notes' and the iPhone syncs with the folder '[Gmail]/Notes'
In Lion the Mail settings were used for both Mail and Notes. So the IMAP prefix applied to both.
In Mountain Lion, the IMAP prefix only applies to Mail, not to Notes.
    New situation, fixed:
As Mountain Lion can only use a folder called 'Notes' for syncing, I had to change the folder my iPhone was syncing with: '[Gmail]/Notes'. I removed the newly created folder 'Notes' via www.gmail.com under the label settings and renamed label '[Gmail]/Notes' to 'Notes'. After that I removed the IMAP prefix '[Gmail]' from my iPhone Gmail (advanced) account settings, making the iPhone sync notes with the folder 'Notes' instead of '[Gmail]/Notes'. That's it.
Btw, I maintained the use of the prefix within Apple Mail under Mountain Lion as that is totally separated from the Notes section.
    Hope this helps.
