Azure outage for 4 days. Impossible to get support

Azure Managed Cache has not been working properly since July 16 (4days) as per their own status.azure.com website (see below). Trying
to get support or updates seems to be impossible.
Reply I just got from MS Azure: "... there is no direct way
to contact the technical team though an email or contact number.... You can review this blog post for further details -
And here the outage notification on their website "status.azure.com" , which we found by chance, no direct communication to date:
Starting 16 July, 2014 15:30 UTC a limited subset of customers may experience intermittent connectivity failures to
their Cache resources. Our Engineers have determined that this issue is not widespread. Recovery status updates will be communicated to Managed Cache customers through their Azure Management Portal.
FYI: we spend >$500 per month with them...

Following this link leads to a dead end. It looks like unless we sign up for a premium contract or something we can only submit tickets concerning billing queries.
So we have now a situation where a service for which we pay $500-1000 a month for has an outage and it is close to impossible to get any support, updates or assistance whatsover.
It can be a very frustrating experience dealing with Microsoft...

I have this same problem. It's like it is not Authorizing this Mac.
What happens when you try to listen to a preview on the Music Store?
Mine asks me to authorize again and gives me the error exactly as you said above.
What happens when you try to view your account information (in Music Store, click on your account name in the top right corner)?
Mine lets me authorize sucessfully and shows me my account information.
I have emailed iTunes support about this and they replied with a generic answer about Deauthorizing and re-authorizing the computer.
I even tried, to no avail, the tips here...

I've been trying for the last two days to backup my ipod touch before I sync. Now I get this message.

It's likely that your backup is corrupt. Try deleting the backup, then right click on the name of the phone in iTunes and choose "back up". To delete go to iTunes Preferences, Devices tab. Highlight and delete the most recent backup. Note that sometimes deleting this way leaves some garbage around that can still interfere with a new backup, so you should verify that the backup folder is empty.

The problem you are having can only be fixed by an HP Field Tech. I am one and I've fixed this issue before. It's an advisory that's only distributed internally at HP. Put in a service ticket. Any tech that has the latest s/n changer can fix this. Once the tech has booted the s/n changer, they'll put the info in like always, only this time, there will be two extra options. For any technician reading this, it'll ask something related to a 25-digit hex value that says (hit enter if unknown.) Instead, enter 25 zeros and hit enter. Then, on the softstylus option, just hit enter to leave it at defaults. That completes the latest version of the tool. This should fix your problem.

Hi,I would like to suggest a couple of things, first buy and install Best Taskmanager from ovi store, it will show you all the applications running on your phone , and as you would need to connect your phone to the web unless you are in range of wifi, I would really recommend you add unlimited internet to your contract, it really will make your whole 5800 experience much better, and it won't really matter what app is trying to connect to the web. If you can only use wifi you might as well use the computer at home/work for your web browsing. You can as suggested simply go into your connection settings and disable them, but it just seems a shame to remove so much functionality from what is quite a good and advanced handset.

Why is it impossible to get support for Adobe Reader?

I have been trying to get help with Adobe Reader and there is no support but this forum. Should I just return the product?

Adobe doesn't provide "live" support for its free products because that be very costly, as there are millions (if not more) of users for these applications, and they're not really paying customers, so it would be an expense without any incomes to justify it.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Adobe several times and it will work for the day and then get the error the next day.
I have the power options to never turn off hard disk and never sleep. Any help would be great.

Im trying to generate a report that has all person_sso numbers in first column.
Second column have applied_hours, then office_hours, then programs_hours, then total_hours, then diff_hours (difference).

Someone changed my password for my iPhone 4. I have attempted to restore my device now for 3 days, continually being hooked up to the computer, continually having to restart, continually having to power off and then place the device in DFU mode. I would LOVE to speak with someone from Apple, the only problem is to even begin to wait in line to chat with an Apple representative, I need my device's serial number to begin the lovely process of waiting in line. How do I A)-Get the device's serial number when it is locked? B)-Begin to wait in line without said serial number? I am beginning to think it would be much easier to just report the device as stolen, then contact my carrier and have them replace this device. Am I doing something wrong for it to take 3+ days to restore? It has the most current, up to date software on the device, why in the world would it take 3+ days to simply restore to factory settings?

If you open it to take out the battery from the iPhone then you forfeit all service for whatever reason from Apple in the future.
Have you attempt to connect it to your computer and then restore it from iTunes on your computer?

Apple help service is crap. I've been trying to contact someone for 2 days now and can't get through to anyone. My audiobooks have disappeared from my Library - I paid a lot of money for these! None of the 'contact us' buttons get me through to anyone, you get sent electronically from pillar to post and end up hitting a brick wall.What a disgusting service - they can't even design a simple way of contacting them. I thought microsoft were bad but Apple are even worse!

the thing is i never threw away the project plus i have a copy of it lol... it has something to do with me moving the folder im just sure of it. because when i checked the trash when i tried to delete that new folder, its there.... thats the only thing i deleted from the event library window. then the other projects that were useless that i threw away. should i restore those? i havent emptied my trash.
also i could never find where it saves everything... so i just did a search... (im not a very techy guy) plus im unsure how to back it up... if its a feature in the program then i havent figured it out yet...
but i think if i put the "final cut projects" folder back where i took it from it should be fine. im THINKING thats the case. the only problem is i dont know where i got it from. sounds silly i know but i found the folder from doing a search in finder.
