    I have the same issue, to temporarily fix it go to Settings > General > Restart.  When it restarts the movie should play.  You have to do this for each movie for the most part.

    I have this same problem. It's like it is not Authorizing this Mac.
    What happens when you try to listen to a preview on the Music Store?
    Mine asks me to authorize again and gives me the error exactly as you said above.
    What happens when you try to view your account information (in Music Store, click on your account name in the top right corner)?
    Mine lets me authorize sucessfully and shows me my account information.
    I have emailed iTunes support about this and they replied with a generic answer about Deauthorizing and re-authorizing the computer.
    I even tried, to no avail, the tips here...

    If you don't have a rescue email address (or you do but aren't the receiving the email to it) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

  • After updating iTunes 10.5 and iPhone 4 iOS 5 my phone doesn't work at all.  It freezes while it is trying to do the Restore phone.  That means I have not have a functional phone for two days now.  Same thing happens with my iPad 2.

    I updated Itunes to v 10.5.  Mistake!!!!  Then updated iOS 5 to my iPhone 4 now my iPhone doesn't work as the applications freezes when trying to restore the phone.  Same thing happens with my iPad 2, so now I have two pieces of equipment that are completely non-functional.  Can any please tell me what to do?  How can I reinstall the previous versions of iTunes, or iOS which were working on my iPhone and on my iPad?  I hate iTunes and this has been the last drop that messed up my equipment.  Please help me.  I do not have another phone to call APPLE.  This ***** big time!!     The problem you are having can only be fixed by an HP Field Tech. I am one and I've fixed this issue before. It's an advisory that's only distributed internally at HP. Put in a service ticket. Any tech that has the latest s/n changer can fix this. Once the tech has booted the s/n changer, they'll put the info in like always, only this time, there will be two extra options. For any technician reading this, it'll ask something related to a 25-digit hex value that says (hit enter if unknown.) Instead, enter 25 zeros and hit enter. Then, on the softstylus option, just hit enter to leave it at defaults. That completes the latest version of the tool. This should fix your problem.

    Taken at face value, you're having trouble with an Apple Application Support program file there. (Apple Application Support is where single copies of program files used by multiple different Apple programs are kept.)
    Let's try something relatively simple first. Restart the PC. If you're using Vista or 7, now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "Apple Application Support" and then click "Repair". If you're using XP, head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel, select "Apple Application Support", click "Change" and then click "Repair".
    If no joy after that, try the more rigorous uninstall/reinstall procedure from the following post. (If you've got XP, although the procedure is for Vista and 7, just read "Computer" as "My Computer", read "Uninstall a program control panel" as "Add or Remove programs control panel" and assume the system is 32-bit, and you'll be doing the right things.)

    Are you trying to charge it plugged into the wall with its supplied power brick? It's best charged that way.
    You can try to swap out the power brick and cable to either rule those out or rule them in as the issue.
    You can also try giving your iPad a reset. Hold down the sleep and home keys until you see the silver apple. Let it reboot and try again.

    Verify the backup.
    Is this TM you are using? TM to airport extreme connected hard disk are known to be fragile at best.

    Sounds like an activation issue. Quite Premiere Pro. Sign out of Creative Cloud. Restart Premiere Pro. Sign back in: http://bit.ly/CC-sign-out
