Bill and chat line.

I signed up for paper free bills. I have still received a paper bill plus a £1.50 charge. Tried to chat with India. Kept me holding on for 45 minutes then said no agents available. I have no idea how to complain as the Indian call center do not understand the problem and half the time I cannot understand them. Any ideas how I can complain and get someone who understand basic english.

  • Line saver and Monthly line bill

    Just had a bill for a months line rental and charges because no one at BT thought to notify me that last years line saver contract was about to expire. A little note on the last bill or a simple e-mail would have been enough, but nothing.
    So now after renewing the line saver contract they are going to take the months rental as well as the line rental I have paid for in the renewed contract, I have been told they will credit my account next month. What a cheek, so BT get a cheap loan at my expense, what I want to know is how can I get that amount paid back into MY account where it belongs?

    Is the Item Category of that item different from the rest. If yes for that item probably pricing is redetermined. However if its the same somebody might have changed it manually.
    If all the item have same category then it is possible that repricing is carried out for all the items however it found new condition record only for that perticular item.

    I think this is standard SAP issue of rounding the condition records at item level. Can you please share the netvalue for all the three items and the header net value at sales order and invoice level.

  • I cancelled my plan on January 28th and yet I'm still being billed and my last line that was supposed to be cancelled is still active!  This needs to be fixed ASAP!!!!

    I was told my line was cancelled on the 28th of January and that I would be receiving no more bills of any kind.  Yet some how for a line that isn't even in use I got a bill that is nearly $300!!!! How can this be!?

    First off, I'm only another customer like you, and have no access to your bills or account.  All I can offer is possible reasons why you are now getting a bill.
    The line(s) you cancelled were under contract, so involved an ETF if cancelled before the contract ended.
    The line(s) were for a phone purchased using the EDGE agreement, and there is still a balance due on the phone.
    Billing for service for the billing period in which you cancelled - you are billed till the end of the current billing cycle, so it could be up to a full month's service, depending on when you cancelled and when your billing cycle falls.
    A combination of these possibilities.  The bill you received should show you a breakdown of the charges.

  • Verizon should be giving me a network extender if I cannot use their phone here in my home even though they say I "should" have coverage. Verizon acknowledges that it is a problem of theirs...but I'm expected to pay my bill and can't use my phone?

    I want VERIZON to send us a NETWORK extender at their cost because I pay my bill and am NOT receiving phone service from VERIZON as promised. I am stranded without the use of my cell phone in my home. My contract says that VERIZON will provide me service and I must pay...I DO pay. I don't want an upgrade, I want a phone that works. I am contacting the Attorney General's office to see what can be done. I have missed emergency phone calls and now will be in a snowstorm without a reliable phone.

    First of all, Verizon does not guarantee service, even in areas where the map says there is full coverage.
    Service provided vial radio waves can be affected by multiple things, such as foliage, buildings AND asmospheric conditions such as snowstorms.
    Maybe you should have purchased the NE before the snowstorm, but then if your power went out, you would be out of luck. Of course, your power company says they will provide you power, but then again, sometimes there are outages.
    If phone service is so important, there is NOTHING as reliable as a land line!!!

    While running Bill and Routing Interface concurrent program,not processing the component item(Line Item) from bom_inventory_comps_interface,still it show process flag as 1. where as billing item(Header Item) is successfully done..i have tried with all the option by giving component sequence id and batch id still it is not processing component item..
    Is it recommendable to give bill sequence id and component sequence id in interface table using bom_inventory_component_s sequence..
    I will be very pleased if i listen from u guys... Plz help me in resolving this issue..

    You need to populate the organization_id or organization_code in bom_inventory_comps_interface.

  • Order-related billing and Dlv-related Billing in single Invoice

    Say in a single order or order type say OR there can be two materials with different item categories say TAN and ZTAN.
    TAN with billing relevance as A( delivery related billing) and ZTAN with billing relevance as B (order related billing )
    If that happens the billing will be split
    In VOV8 we mention for OR the order related billing as F1 and delivery related billing as F2 in the billing tab
    Now in billing TAN will pick F2 as it is delivery related billing
    and
    ZTAN will pick F1 as it is order related billing.
    Now my question:
    In VOV8, i maintained OR order type for Order-realted Billing as F2 and Delivery-related Billing as F2 as well.
    Then will there still be an billing split ?   There will be two F2 invoices TAN will pick one F2 invoice and ZTAN will pick another F2 invoice...?
    And i want to know whether this an right way of doing things??   IF not, what is the right way of doing things?

    Yes that is the right way.
    You can create Single Invoice for Order Related Items & Delivery Related Items.
    E.g. You are Selling Air Conditioner & also installing the same at Customer Location. Now you will Invoice the Customer for Air Conditioner & Installation in the same Billing Correct? Now Air Conditioner is Delivery Related Billing & Installation is Order Related Billing.
    It is in such scenario Order Releted & Delivery Related Items can be Invoiced in same Billing Document.
    While create Invoice enter the Delivery Number & the Sales Order Number, select both the LIne Items & Execute... You will see the system will pick items from both Order & Delivery.

    Third party order processing is as follows:
    Assume three companies X, Y and Z
    X - The company,
    y - The customer
    Z - Vendor
    When ever X gets a PO from Y to supply some goods, X has an option of either manufacturing those goods or procuring those goods.
    If he is procuring the goods, there are two methods that are generally followed:
    Method 1)
    After receiving the PO from Y, X creates a sales order against Y.
    Now at the same time he also creates a PO to a vendor Z to produce the goods
    Z produces the goods and supplies to X
    X receives the goods from Z
    Then X delivers the same goods to Y.
    After that X invoices Y and Z invoices X.
    Note : Here there is no direct/ Indirect relation between Z and Y.
    This process is known as Trading Process. and the Material here is created  with Material type HAWA.
    The other method is a Third party order processing method:
    Here the glaring difference is that instead of Z supplying the material to X and X in turn supplying the same material to Y.
    X authorizes Z to supply the material to Y on his behalf and notify him once the delivery is complete.
    Now Z supplies the material to Y and acknowledges the same to X.
    Z  will send a copy of delivery acknowledgement and invoice to X.
    After receiving the delivery confirmation and invoice from Z, X has to verify the invoice and this process is known as invoice verification and is done in SAP through Tcode MIRO.
    The next step for X  is to create an invoice and submit to Y
    Only after the invoice verification document is posted  then only X can create an invoice for Y.
    This is the business flow that is followed for third party order configuration.
    There are few steps that have to be configured to enable the system to function as mentioned above.
    Step1)
    If you are always followwing a third party process for a material then you have to create the material using item category group BANS.
    The procument type should be marked as External procurement (F) in MRP 2 view of the material master record.
    if you are not always allowing third party order processing then u can create a material master record with item category group as NORM and the procurement type should be marked as ( X) meaning both types of procurment ( in house manufacturing and external procurement).
    Step 2)
    the item category in the order should be manually changed as TAS.
    For that you need to confugure the item category determination
    ord type + item cat grp + usge + Hiv level = Item cat + Manual item cat
    OR + NORM +      +       = TAN . + TAS
    OR + BANS +       +       = TAS
    Step 3)
    make sure that during the item category configuration for TAS  you need to mark relevnat for billing indicator as F
    Step 4)
    The schedule line cateogry for this type should be CS.
    make sure that you mark  subsequent type as NB - purchase requisition  in this schedule line category as this will trigger the purchase requision order immediately after the creation of the sales order and the PO to vendor is created against this purchase requiesion.

    I wanna print in the same report 2 pages for each row of my table, one for a letter, the other for the bill so I put the letter on the heading page of my report and the bill page on the body.
    The problem is , when I run it , all letters are printed first and then bills.and that's not good for me because I wanna have for example: on page 1 :letter for row 1 and on page 2 :bill for row 1,
    on page 3 :letter for row 2 and on page 4 :bill for row 2 and so on...unfortunalty I could not do it...

    Hai,
    Heade Page will always fire first. Try to put both of them in the Body. Letter in outer repeating frame and Bill in the inner repeating frame and set max records per page to 1. After printing letter insert blank lines so the bill goes to next page.

    Well, the raw footage is an avi filmed with a handycam. This error occurred
    the next day after I finished the editing in Adobe Premiere cs5. It might
    be something wrong with the title graphics that I use, but still if there's
    a solution I would like to find it out as this error occurred before.

    Hi All,  We currently have an issue with Billing and FICA in that the way figures are rounded up are different such that there's always a difference of u20AC0.01 between individual line items . However this does not happen for all cases. Does anyone know if there's any settings in customizing that can be changed so that they round up the same way?

    The following possibilities exist: you can have rounding in the operands of your rate. That is the first place to check. Then there are various customizing settings for rounding. For example: in img under invoicing but also for budget billing plan, payment plan etc. You will have to check all these places. The easiest way to find all the entries in img for rounding is through searching the IMG with the binoculaurs and entering 'rounding'.

  • Incomprehensible bills after taking line rental sa...

    On 2 August 2010 we paid for one year's rental to start 24 August 2010, with unlimited calls at £4.99 a month to start from the same date. Our bill dated 12 August correctly showed the advance payment for the year, but also included advance payment for calls at our previous rate of £5.99 a month. When we emailed about this error, BT put us on £4.99 a month for calls from the arbitrary and wrong date of 6 September, and started charging for friends and family mobile. We emailed about that, and were assured the friends and family mobile was a mistake, and we would be credited for the wrong monthly call charges on our next bill.
    This next, 14 November, bill is incomprehensible to us and to numerous BT staff in the call centre. Instead of just charging us for calls (because we have paid a year's line rental up front), BT charges us for a morass of rental+calls packages for various periods, less a morass of credits for rental, plus a mysterious charge (yes, charge) for 'line rental saver 1 Oct to 11 Nov 10', plus a (small but particularly irritating) charge for mobile saver. Numerous emails have resulted in numerous staff in the call centre trying and failing to explain how any of the charges and credits are calculated. We have however been offered a credit (on our next bill) of £14.97 - corresponding to the only item on the November bill which is both correct and intelligible, three months anytime calls 12 Nov to 11 Feb. This would indeed (I think!) ensure that we are not actually being overcharged overall, but we want an intelligible bill, and some compensation for the hours I have wasted attempting to understand the bill and talking to BT staff who don't understand it either.
    I have attempted to complain about this following the complaints procedure on the website, which says you can complain by email. However, the (most courteous) chap in the call centre who has been admitting that the bill is incomprehensible has just phoned to say that such emails just go to the call centre, and to complain I must write to Durham. That also is irritating.
