Billing but NOT delivering

On 16 January I got the notification in my Adobe CC 2014 that I needed to renew my subscription within 4 days. But in my subscription manager the option for renewal was not available/visible. I contacted support by telephone who renewed my subscription (already charged on my credit card) and promised me that my subscription manager would be working again. Today my renewed subscription still wasn’t activated and my subscription manager still wasn’t working. I contacted support by telephone, and they appeared to guide my through it all, but ended up corrupting my files my complete computer installation! I asked to speak with her manager, but she refused to put me through. I ended the conversation, and restored my files to the status before this fatal phone call. But now I really want professional help to activate my renewed subscription and get my subscription manager working so this won’t happen a second time.
I’ve also tried the chat option, but that was not available and now I have been waiting for almost 8 hours for someone to contact me and help me!!!!!!

This is not an correct answer. Adobe support simply DON'T contact me! and that is just the problem. Nothing works, chat is not available if you try by phone you get redirected to someone how speaks very poorly English and btw corrupted my computer by doing the wrong things, mail is not working because this email address is no longer in use.
So tell me John, how can I get in contact with Adobe again?

But, after an overnight of step 2, the iTunes match program was still on song number 7384 or 12733 (it was on that number for over 12 hours). Looking in the music library, activating the iCloud icon and status fields, there were hundreds of songs with the status "waiting."

    Well it could still be a software problem if you installed a third party program after the OS X wipe and install, because by booting into Safe Mode it disables certain functions of OS X and hardware. Check for updates or problems for all your third party software, include everything, including menulets, System Preference panes, hacks and so forth.
    If you restored any sort of software from backup like TimeMachine, it likely was corrupted data and now is returned.
    If the college tech support found a lot of dust clogging the rear exhaust vents behind the fans, then likely the heat damage done to the machine has already occured and can't be reversed. Video cards are usually first to go, which Safe Mode does disable the video card somewhat.

    Too bad this is occurring to a mere 4 year old machine, but dust will do that. Here is the culprit that Apple doesn't tell anyone about.

    okay, if the customer calls you, then you go into the system and execute VA03 to display the sales order.
    there you click the icon for document flow.
    Here you can see how far the process is, whether a delivery is already created and goods issued.
    you can drill down into the delivery or even into the shipment if you use shipments. In the shipment you usually have the carrier.
    So you can call the carrier and ask him where the material is.
    you can as well ask your warehouse people for the documents that got signed by the carrier when he loaded the material onto his truck.
    Finally you should be able to tell your customer the status of the delivery.

  • My In app purchase has billed but not been delivered?

    I made an in app purchase on a game. My itunes account has been billed but the purchase has not been delivered to the app. According to itunes all my downloads are complete and the ipad is in constantly connected to a network. I have contacted the vendor but have had no reply. The app is "my fishpond" by Rockifone.

    I have a similar issue except my library shows the purchase but I can't get it to download to my ipad.... If you purchase it again it should prompt you that you already own it?? I'm told you shouldn't get charged twice... Just a thought.

  • XML message ok in SXMB_MONI, but not delivered

    I am new to PI and have a question regarding monitoring of an interface.
    We have a problem that a SOAP request doesn't reach its receiver.
    When I have a look at SXMB_MONI the XML message has status "successfully processed" (race flag as indicator).
    But if I check on [http://<HOST>:<PORT>/MessagingSystem/monitor/monitor.jsp|http://<HOST>:<PORT>/MessagingSystem/monitor/monitor.jsp], there I see that the message for the same interface has status "not delivered".
    It shows me the following error message:
    MP: exception caught with cause com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException
    How can I investigate more on this to find out why the interface doesn't work?
    I have the impression that the monitoring of PI interfaces is quite unstructured.
    Is there a good tutorial/blog which shows where to look for this information?

    In the message monitoring I've messages with status 'Not delivered'.
    If I display them, I just see error messages like
    MP: exception caught with cause com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException
    Adapter Framework caught exception: null
    Delivering the message to the application using connection SOAP_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException.
    How can I see more detailed error messages???

    Subscriptions are on a month to month basis.  If you exhaust your minutes for the month, the new minutes are not available until the old month completes and the new month begins.  If you repurchase the minutes early all you do is extend the subscription for another month.  If that particular subscription auto-renews it will bill 3 days before the previous month of minutes expiration time.  If you have any old minutes they are usable for those 3 days.  If not, you have to wait until those 3 days are up before you can access the new minutes.

  • Exchange Server 2007 shows email as "Receive" but not "Deliver"

    We have Exchange Server 2007 inside of a SBS 2008 set up.
    One specific email from a regular sender wasn't received by the recipient. The recipient is used to receiving messages from this sender and the email is not hiding within Outlook.
    Exchange 2007 mail tracker shows the email was received, but that's it. Nothing has happened to the email after that. Normally we'd see a "Deliver" report, or possibly a "Fail", but always something to show the email has been actioned
    in some way.
    The queues are all empty.
    So, this one email has disappeared into the ether of Exchange! So far as I can see, this is the only email with only a "Receive" notification. All others have something else immediately following the Receive.
    The Server has GFI anti-spam installed, but that hasn't seen the email either, because emails are collected by Exchange before being passed to GFI. In this instance it hasn't been passed, or returned to the sender as undeliverable. It just seems
    to have been eaten.
    Would anyone have any sensible suggestions on where to start kicking this email back into life?

    Apologies for the late response, but I only get to this client once a month.
    1. Did the sender get NDR? ~ No
    2. Let the receiver check the email via OWA and see
    whether the email is available. ~ Still not available
    3. Use MFCMAPI to check the user mailbox, can you
    find the missing email? ~ I haven't yet worked out what is MFCMAPI or how to use it to check, but I suspect that as the Exchange email tracker doesn't have any actions after "Receive" that it cannot have sent the email on to the user's mailbox or rejected
    the email as non-deliverable.
    The client isn't too willing to expend too much effort
    / cost on this issue which does appear to be a one-off glitch, but I am interested in resolving it for myself as I haven't heard of this problem before.

  • Articles that I did not order are billed but not provided

    I made purchases two times closely after another two days ago and while the first one led to the expecetd downloading of two music albums and a correct bill the other showed 12 articles of which I only ordered one - another album. All the other items seem to be strange photography apps such as some blahNightVision nonsense. I did not intent to order those and as I only looked for music the night it is impossible I did it by mistake (and 11 times without noticing...). More strangly while I never had the application downloads (which of course is fine but does not match the billing information) suddenly a Miley Cyrus song showed up in the things bought (and I did not want to get that...) but never showed on any billing information.
    Obviously there is a software error somewhere but the German Apple support does not even to look into technical matters but only keeps repeating that I cannot undo my buyings - well I never bought those apps, they not even showed up - tehy only are on the bill...
    Any experience with WRONG, NOT UNINTENTIONALY ORDERED items?

  • Message Scheduled But is not delivered

    I have one large message which is broken in to smaller packets and in r3 and sent to the XI system via abap proxy . My scanario uses a BPM where i have a loop which has a correlation . I collect one message send it and then again the loop collects and sends the next message.
    My problem is  in SXMB_MONI out of the eight small messages one message  shows a green flag (Message scheduled on the outbound side ) . It is not scheduled but not delivered from the IEngine  to The PE. Rest all the message are delivered properly.
    How can debug such a scenario.

            In SXMB_MONI, did you get a message like this as seen below:-
    "<b>Message <MessageID> parked at the process <ProcessID> but not yet processed</b>"
        Solution:
                        Check your correlation defined. Use <b>local correlation</b> instaed of global correlation, i.e use the correlation in your block step. This should solve the problem.
      Also see the SAP Notes below:

    <b>894906</b>  :     BPE-RUN: Finding unprocessed messages.

    Do we have any SAP SD standard report showing a total of the value (preferably by sales office) of sales which have been delivered but not yet billed.
    Client has a legacy system which shows report showed up goods which have been PGI'd/delivered but not invoiced - this is exactly what what is required in SAP report.

    I am trying to build a query using logical database to extract all orders for which delivery has been done, but not yet billed. I believe i can extract this data using VAV logical database, but not quite sure if i should use VAV or VFV.
    Can someone let me know, which database to use & also what input conditions i need to maintain to extract only the information which i am looking for?

    What I wanted to say that you won't get information from VAV about billing since as far as I know it doesn't contain any relevant table.
    You should try create a query using LIKP-LIPS-(joint type: left outer)-VBRK. This will connect deliveries to billing document, you can also get SO number. Please try this.
    (Sorrowully I don't know which logical database would be good for you)
