Block the flied "Qty in UmE" in MIGO

Hello all,
I need to post the Good Receipt completely to all the PO from one vendor, at this momment the transaction MIGO allows to specify the quantity to be moved in stock.
Is possible to block in the trasaction MIGO the column " Qty in UnE" ?
Thank you and regards!
Jaime S.

Thank you for your reply Jürgen,
When I type the number of the Delivery and then press enter, in Migo automatically appears the quantity that was ordered.
But, according with the bussiness rules, we have to enter exactly the quantity of the PO, not less or more.

  • How to block the material qty to 1 while creating sales order (VA01)?

    Hi All,
Scenario :  We have 20 Materials each with 100 qty in Plant. In the sales order we should have all the 20 materials with qty one. The sales order should throw an error if the material qty is more than 1 and should not allow to create a sales order.
so is there any transaction code where we can block the entire material qty to 1 from the same plant while creating sales order?
Note: We should not set in MM01 "Minimum order qty". Assume we have 100 material in plant we can't set for each material one by one "minimum order qty".Instead of that is there any option to set the whole material qty to 1 as minimum while creating sales order?
Kindly guide me how to proceed.
    Thanks,
    Renjith

If you have access to idoc before calling the processing Function module, Adding header text segments E1EDKT1 and E1EDKT2 to the idoc will create the header text.

  • Goods issue in MIGO the requirement qty is different from withdrawal qty

I have  Raw material as 50 pcs & semifinished material as 300 Hl & my production order is 50 pcs. But in migo during goods issue it is showing Rawmaterial as 2500 pcs & semi finished material as 15000Hl.
So it is getting multiply with the order qty.
    Please provide the solution.

    Chintan,
Check your BOM for finished and semifinished product. What is the BASE qty and what are compeonent qty  mantained..
    In Std SAP,
IF you maintian for base qty of 1, compoenent qty req is 50 then for production order of finished material of 50, you will need 50*50 = 2500 compoenents qty.
    Check and revert,

    Hi,
It is not the total invoice which is equal to zero but only one post.
As I explained it at first the problem is the following one:
In the rules of copy we use the field " Pricing type " with the value " C = Copy manual pricing elements and redetermine the others ".
he order is complete and the price of the post is not equal to zero.
+During the invoicing the system makes a new search for the prices in the tables of conditions.
If the condition does not exist in the date of invoice the post takes the zero value.
I look for a solution to block the creation of the invoice if a post only is equal to zero after the updating of the prices.
    Thanks

  • How to restrict the quantity & rate of MIRO with MIGO and PO

    Hi friends,
Can any body tell me how to restrict the quantity & rate of MIRO with MIGO and PO.
e.g. if we have done MIGO for quantity 10 and the rate maintained in the PO is Rs.100.Then at the time of MIRO system should not allow to change the quantity and rate.
    How we can do this?
    Regards
    Purnesh Sharma

    Hi,
You are misunderstanding the use of MIRO.
If you change the details in MIRO you are NOT changing anything. You are just entering the price and quantity from the Invoice.
If this price and or qty is different from the GR aqty and PO price then the system will block the invoice for payment (and it can issue messages toinform the buyer if configured correctly).
The whole design of MIRO is based on the principle that you enter EXACTLY what the vendor has put on the invoice. By preventing the users from changing anything you will get NO mismatched invoices, but you will not be paying the vendor the amount specified on their invoice. This will surely cause problems.
If you do want to ensure that ONLY the GR qty and the PO price are used and cannot be changed then why not consider using ERS (Eveluated Receipt Settlement. this is basically self billing.
Effectively you will be paying the vendor based on what you have received in MIGO multiplied by the price from the PO. (which is what you would be doing if you stop any changes in MIRO)

  • How to block Invoice when qty of Invoice is greater than PO Qty

    Hi,
You can deal with this situation in 2 ways. Manually block the invoice while posting, TAB: Payment.
    Else,
Use Quantity Variance Key: DQ,DW. You can enter tolerances for Lower and Upper Limit. You can enter absolute and percentage base variance. If one of the limit is exceeded the invoice is blocked for payment.
If you want certain variance is always blocked, set value or percentage for the upper limit to ZERO and select Check Limit.
    IMG->Material Management->logistics Invoice Verification->Invoice Block->Set Tolerance Limits (Transaction Code: OMR6).
These setting are for Co. Code level.
Any deviation from ordered Quantity will be blocked.
Hope this is what you are looking for!!

  • Invoice Block due to qty

    Hi All,
I have a query on Invoice workflows . I'm trying to design an invoice workflow for Qty Block ( as there is no standard one ... although there is one for Priceblock). The event QuantBlock exists in the business object BUS2081 .but no method like ListBlockedPriceItemdata or BlockedPriceCheck which exist for Price variances .
....the requirement being to send a list of Invoice Lines Blocked  due to qty to the requisitioner , so that he can take some action . After that to recheck whether the invoice has any other qty variances ( this will be in a loop ).As the requisitioner can be different for every line item there can be multiple requisitioners for the invoice .
            Any ideas ?
    Regards,
    Radha Subramanian

Well, this is sort of obvious....
Create your own subtype and create your own methods using the SAP standard code as models for the implementation. Perhaps SAP implemented this for price blocks just to give customers an example of what is possible?
As for the different requisitioners, that sounds like a candidate for dynamic parallell steps or subworkflows.
When there is no standard functionality available (no function modules either like the ones for price blocks), then you don't have much choice. If you want it, you code it.

  • DO GR reversal blocks the invoice again

    Hi Gurus ,
Suppose PO is a 3 way match , GRIV is not checked.
1.PO is created with qty 100 (price 1 EUR each) ,
    2. Invoice is one for 100 qty , but it will be qty blocked as GR has not been done
    3. GR is done for 100 qty - > this will unblock the invoice posted in step 2
    4. Now suppose GR is reversed after some days , will the invoice become blocked again ? If not , why ? this would mean that invoices can still get paid without GR posted for them .Is there any way we can block the invoice again if GR is reversed ?

    Hi ,
    Please follow below link:
IR should not post if GR reversal (MBST) exists
    it might help you.

  • Problem with the amount appearing in LC in MIGO

    Dear Guys,
I have made a dealer PO , this PO has 4 line items , I have done Migo for each item sepeartely,& while doing the migo ,I bifurcate the amount in the excise tab as per the info given by the vendor.
Now in the Migo of the first three line items the amount appearing in LC (qty Tab in MIGO) is matching with total amount (Base price +Excise Duty (10.3%) +CST)   , but in the fourth item the amount in LC is equal to Base price + CST.
What might be the reason for this difference , & which is right( does dealer PO has anything to do with this difference)
    Regards,
    DGN

    Hi ! Jeyakanthan,
I am already maintaining the zero tax code for all dealers PO , what I would like to know know what should be the amount appearing in LC (In Migo) , should it be Base Price + Taxes + CST or only Base Price +CST (since you get set off on Taxes ).

  • Block The Vendor Payment

    Dear All,
I need to Block the Vendor Payment .But I need to do MIGO,and MIRO Transaction.Without payment block .I want that while doing miro it automatically block for payment without any manual intervention.
    Thanks & Regards
    Meruta

    Dear Meruta,
You can do it through Vendor Master (FK02) in Payment Transactions. There you put in Payment Block by selecting through Drop Down Menu.
OR you can ask users to put the block while posting invoice through MIRO from Payment Tab page.
    This will solve your problem.

  • Block the purchase order

    Hi,
Delivery was completed on 31/1/08 for a PO and the user still can delete the item on 25/07/08 (user mistake). Thus, we need to set a rule to disallow the user to delete the item/ making changes to pricing/ qty after the delivery complete. (This is better to grey out all of the fields which cannot allow the user to make any changes).
We do not have release strategy for PO's...
    Thanks,
    Rohith

    Hi,
I guess this can be done functionally also. But if you want to do this technically, you can do it by writing a method and selected the PO value and line item details from EKPO table and blocking the PO. For Blocking the PO, see if any BAPI is available.

  • MIRO should be allowed only for the accepted Qty (QC accepted qty)

    Hi Friends
I have one more requirement ,
MIRO should be allowed only for the accepted Qty (QC accepted qty) or Subcontract MIRO should be allowed only for the quantity accepted by QC
with QM control key in material master(QM view) we can block for payment,
but  my query is  MIRO should not be saved (message should come qty still lying in Quality inspection stock)
Please let me know the settings,
    Thanks & Regards
    Gajendranath

    Hii,
Yes it is possible to restrict Invoice passing in MIRO if the Stock is in Quality stock / Blocked stock. The concept is while doing MIRO, u can validate the criteria by clicking simulation tab. U can get the things in BADI (Business ad in function) with the BADI object name as "Invoice_update".
The working is when the material is in quality stock & If ur doing MIRO for the same material, then system will pop up the message that "material with "X" qty is in quality stock" Invoice cannot be made. System does'nt allow u to pass the Invoice unless the stock is cleared from the quality. Even for the blocked stock we can simulate these error pop message.
    with regards,
    K.Lokesh.

  • How to Block the GRN,

    Dear Experts
How to block the GRN, to avoid the excess inventory for the particular  material.

    Hi Raja
I assume that you are referring to stopping GRN of goods with resepect to the PO qty
In that case If you want to stop the GR of more goods than the quantity ordered, you can use delivery
tolerance settings in either material master data or purchase info record data.

  • How to block the contract

    Hi,
I want to block the contract when it mets contract end date.

    Hi,
We have also done this. we have done by doing some modifications in the user exit of MIGO by the help of abaper. the program will select the field validity end date from EKKO& compare the same with system date & if the current date is greater an error message will pop up.
    Hope this helps u.
    Have a good day.

  • GR qty less than the SL qty.

    Hi Experts,
I have 2 schedule lines scheduled for earlier dates.
    say, SL-1 -> 100, SL-2 -> 200
If i do a GR (MIGO) against the SA today then it should prompt me the qty as 300.
But the system is prompting a lesser qty (say 50). Why??
What all do i need to check to resolve this...
This is very urgent.. please advise...
    Thanks,
    Manju

    Hi,
Since the SL dates are in the past, if i do a GR at the present date then it must allow me to receive the entire qty (i.e. 300 in this case).
But, it is not allowing me to receive qty more than what it has proposed.
I need to receive the entire qty that is due.
    Please advise.
    Thanks,
    Manju
