  • SPL block at PO in GTS - GR creation is allowing in ECC

    Hi All,
SPL functionality is working fine for SD cycly but not for MM cycle.
SD process: Sales order created, blocked in GTS automatically. When we try to create delivery in ECC before releasing order in GTS, the system showing error. That means delivery can not be created, fine.
MM process: Purchase order created and blocked in GTS automatically. But Goods recipt creation is allowed in ECC before releasing the SPL block in GTS for that PO.
In SD process we have assigned 911 routine in copy control from order to delivery to stop delivery creation for blocked sales order.
Same way do we have any user exit or routines for stopping GR creation for blocked PO's.
Please let us know your ideas.
    Regards,
    Lakshmikanth

    Hi Lakshmikanth,
Can you please explain , how did you prevent system to create Delivery for Blocked PO?
we have similar requirement for the client.

  • CRM Contract replicate to ECC Debite memo

    HI expert team
In standard replication from CRM Contract replicate to ECC Debite memo, I have some material in ECC with Material type KMAT Configurial product, same material code and description created in CRM with material type as service material, When i create service contract and release it is giving replication error with "Product Cannot be recorded in ECC", When i create debite memo with same material code system creating debet memo and item category determination in ecc as debet memo item category in debete memo even though material is configural product,
in the same steps i have some service material in ECC as service material created with service material type, for these material i created in CRM with same code and description, when i create service contract system replicating as debit memo,
    Thanks in advance

    Hi,
There are prerequisites to be maintained in CRM and ERP for CRM contract to be replicated in ERP as a debit memo.
Please find the details in the below link:
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm50/helpdata/en/65/9c4d3bcf95926ae10000000a114084/frameset.htm
In your case I assume Debit memo is not being created for the Service product and giveing error "Product Cannot be recorded in ECC", because system is finding the same product in ECC as configurable material type (Service product in CRM, config material in ECC).
As per the prerequisite Synchronization of master data (SAP CRM and SAP ERP) should be maintained
All business partners used in SAP CRM transaction documents also exist in SAP ERP.
Service products in SAP CRM exist as materials in SAP ERP.
    Hope this helps!

  • Creation Purchase Orders in ECC (retraction) triggered from IP

Hi, my client (wholesaler) is implementing Integrated Planning for its Demand planning. Based on e.g.
    - Sales History
    - Product Information (e.g. products in stock and products on order)
it will determine the planned amount of materials that need to be purchased for a certain period. Once this is done, the user should be able to trigger (via a button on the IP screen) the creation of the relevant purchase orders in R/3 Materials Management. I came accross some examples of retraction of data from BPS/IP to R/3, mostly in the financial area.
Is it possible to do the above retraction? Has anyone encountered the same requirement i.e. automatic creation of (purchase) orders in R/3 triggered from IP or BPS for that matter? If so, how did you go about it? What was involved from a technical and functional point of view?
    Thanks!
    Pandaa

    Hi.
There is no standard retraction to MM module (PO creation).
Very generally, you can write RFC function in ECC that uses BAPI to create PO, pass neded data from FOX to some function that will call RFC function and call the function within IP/WAD screen.
    Regards.

  • Serial Numbers are not downloading after creation of Delivery in ECC

    Dear all,
As per client business process, we need to download Serial numbers after creation of Outbound delivery.
I could see the generated Serial numbers in ECC Delivery document, but those Serial numbers are not downloading into CRM.
I have already done initial download for SERIALNUMBER object and I could see downloaded serial numbers in COM_TA_R3_ID Table.
But after creation of Outbound delivery in ECC, those delivered serialnumbers are not available in CRM system, even after successful data transfer of Sales Order, Delivery, PGI and Invoice documents Information.
Kindly help me in resolving the above issue
    Best regards
    Raghu ram

    Hi
1.Check in material master whether serial number management is active in Plant data/stor Tab and serial number profile is assigned
    2. Check while doing MIGO once if u enter the material and transfer qty you are getting the serial number tab or not
    3. If everything is ok, then after posting the document check the serial number status in IQ09, check the stock type and the storgae location in the serdata tab

  • Master Data Creation/Maintenance Automation for ECC to SNP

We are starting an SNP project using SCM 7 and ECC 6.  We use PP/DS and G-ATP but have maintained our PPM's in APO only all these years.  This will be our first time to leverage ECC data for an APO use in either PPM or PDS functionality.
We have targeted our Material/BoM/Routings to be CIF'ed over to SNP to create SNP PDS's.  To do this we are going to need to create several hundred new BOM's and several thousand Production versions in ECC.  We know which materials and usages we need to do this for and would like to find a way of creating these in ECC using some automated process.  Could you please provide any information on options that are available to either automate this data creation or a way to upload this information via a spreadsheet to ECC.
I would also be interested in any information on how to streamline and automate the COST data maintenance.  We are planning on utilizing the optimizer and will have bunches of cost data to maintain.  Is there a way to load the PDS Single Variant Costs that are maintained via PDS_MAINT and CURTO_CREATE over to SNP.  Also if there are any automated ways of loading all the other cost data that is maintained only in SNP  that would be great.
The main question ultimatly is... How do you create and maintain the SNP data in an automated way to minimize the amount of master data the SNP users need to touch.
Thansk for any information on this!

    Hi Tim
I will suggest to user LSMW program for creating BOMs and other material master elements in R/3 system.
This is simple and easy way for mass upload of material master.
For APO Side, you can also LSMW program or MASSD (T-code) for updating the data in Mass
    Thanks

  • TU creation in EWM using ECC Shipment

    Hi All
Can someone help me with correct steps to create shipment in ECC which can create TU in EWM using standard IDoc interface?
I followed steps as per help.sap, integration between ECC & EWM is fine. I could see the shipment IDoc in EWM but it is getting failed. After debugging I have realized that I should not pack HUs into Container while creating shipment in ECC.
    But is that correct process?
    Thanks
    Sasidhar Gupta

    Hi Thiru
If have already followed SAP Help, please post the error what you are getting.
Create/update Shipment in ECC when TU was created/updated in EWM

Check these discussions also. Also you can check the below SAP documentation.
Define Default Values for IDoc Outbound
    Use
You can use this Customizing activity to define default values for IDoc outbound that are required for the integration with the Transportation (LE-TRA) component of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP ERP).
These master data values in SAP ERP are needed in the IDocs sent from EWM to SAP ERP. Without these values, SAP ERP does not accept the IDocs.
    Note:
These default values are only used during creation or deletion of shipments in ERP. They are not used when existing shipments are changed or updated.
    Requirements
You have made the following settings:
You have defined logical systems in Customizing for SAP NetWeaver under Application Server -> IDoc Interface / Application Link Enabling (ALE) -> Basic Settings -> Logical Systems -> Define Logical System. If you use EWM as an add-on application for ERP, you have set up two logical systems: SYSTEM_1 and SYSTEM_2.
If you use EWM as a component of SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM), you have set up one logical system in ERP for EWM and one logical system in EWM for ERP.

    Activities
You can define default values for IDoc outbound in the following way:
    1. Enter the following data:
    Business system
    Message type
    Shipment type
      Note:
You need to define a separate shipment type in ERP. Use this shipment type for message type SHPMNT. The IDoc is only filled with this shipment type if transportation planning type is "B - Obligatory Internal Planning in EWM". This shipment type for transportation planning type B must be different from the shipment types that you use for transportation planning type "A - Obligatory External Planning in ERP". Otherwise, ERP sends an IDoc back to EWM, which is not intended within warehouse outbound processing with transportation planning in EWM.
    Transportation planning point
    Note:
You need to define a separate transportation planning point in ERP, for example "0002 - Dummy for Deletion". Use this transportation planning point for message type SHIPPL. The IDoc is only processed in ERP if you define this transportation planning point in ERP as a transportation planning point for external systems. For more information, see Customizing for ERP under Logistics Execution -> Transportation -> Interfaces -> External Transportation Planning Systems -> Maintain Transportation Planning Point for External Systems.
In this Customizing activity, you need to enter the logical system of EWM as the partner number of external transportation planning system, the partner type of the logical system (for example, LS), an external number range (for example, 01), and the controlling parameter for changes (for example, "00 - no restrictions for changes").
    2. Save your entries.

  • BP Relationship not able to replicate in ECC

    Hi All,
I am not able to replicate the Business Partner relationship from CRM to ISU/ECC.
My contact person and new BP are getting replicated but not the relationship information. Please suggest how i can do this?
    Regards

    Hi All,
I got teh solution for this.
If you do not have mobile scenario, kindly do the following
    customizing settings:
SAP Implementation Guide -> Customer Relationship Management ->
CRM Middleware and Related Components -> Mobile Scenario Setup ->
    Activate Mapping Functions.
Here, please uncheck the 'Active' flag for all BUPA_REL and
BUPA_MAIN entries, which are mapped to function module

  • Creation of Invoice in ecc system from SRM

    Hi,
We are using SRM 7.0 and ECC 5.0.
When we post a invoice(without PO reference) the IDOC get transmitter.
The status of the invoice IDOC is successful ( status 53 ) but no invoice document gets created in the backend system.
Has any one got this problem before?
    Please help
    Thanks,
    Vignesh

    Hi Vignesh,
In transaction BBP_PD, does your invoice show all the correct status'?
Is there an X beside the status Awaiting approval?
Is there an entry in table BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB for this document?
You should manually run update report CLEAN_REQREQ_UP and BBP_GET_STATUS_2 to ensure that SRM and the backend are up to date. then checking again you may see that the invoice has gone to the backend.
Is it only invoices that this occurs to?
Confirmations run off the exact same process and if it is affecting them also, there there may be an issue with you settings in table BBP_BACKEND_DEST?
    Hope this helps,
    Kind Regards,
    Matthew

  • Changes to Limit Orders in SRM do not replicate to ECC

    Hello Gurus,
I am using SRM 7.02 Extended Classic with ECC 6.0.  We are having issues when making changes to a Limit Purchase Order.  Once the change is made and Ordered, the information does not update the ECC PO.
An additional output must be generated to update the backend system.
I have found some information on SRM 5 but not for 7.
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Best regards,
    Mary

    Hi,
I thyink the replication to backend happens by RFC FM. what you can do is take the GUID of PO and run BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC FM. before doing this put a BP in FM B46B_DPO_TRANSFER at code where FM  BBP_PO_INBOUND is called. Here you will come to know what data exactly is getting passed to ECC.
    thanks,
    sankar.

  • Vendor creation from ROS to ECC

    Hi ,
I have to create vendor from ROS client to ECC with the financial details . Is there any BAPI available for that.
    Regards
    Raul

    Hi Raul,
We are also using SUS and our ROS client is the same as our SUS client. Hence after the purchaser in SRM has accepted the suppliers who have been registered in ROS, these suppliers are pushed to SUS (same as ROS) and their status changes to released.
We have a very complex situation/requirement from client and there are approval cycles before a vendor is created in ECC. This will not be of any use to you.
However I can help you out with your requirment.
Enhance the SRMSUS BSP page to include tax and financial detail fields and force the supplier to fill these fields when he is pushed into SUS by the Purchaser in SRM. Once the supplier saves this information, use an RFC program call to create a vendor in ECC with these details.

I do agree that Task in the Cprojects are created as WBS elements in Multi Level Controlling. But can the automatic transfer from task to WBS element, happen with milestones for WBS elements...
Is there any standard way of creating WBS Element Milestone during automatic transfer of Cprojects Task to WBS element in ECC 6.0 system.

  • User creations and authorizations in ECC 6

    Hi,
how to create users and authorizations? is it necessary to give authorization of SAP_NEW  to  new users?
    regards,
    suresh

SAP_NEW automatically assigns relevant authorizations to a user in cases where there have been changes to authorizations brought in by support packages or upgrades.  This enables users to carry out their tasks as before even though there may be additional authorization checks required to perform the same task.  SAP_NEW only allows users to execute functions which are permitted by their assigned roles and/or authorization profiles.
To create users and roles and assign roles to users (or users to roles) you can use transaction codes:
    SU01 - Create / Maintain users
    SU10 - Mass user maintenance
PFCG - Create roles (which themselves can consist of other roles or authorization profiles)
Keep in mind that SAP systems are based on a "Positive Authorization Principle" meaning that a user can only perform a certain task if he is specifically assigned that authorization.

  • Replicate Customer to ECC based on Condition

    Hi Experts,
    I have following Scenario,
We create Account in CRM which need to reside in CRM only for few weeks till licensing data updated. Once licensing data are updated, then it is ready to replicate to ECC.
Example, Customer 1 and Customer 2 Created on same day manually in CRM. Customer 2's licensing info got updated so that Customer 2 will replicate to ECC and Customer 1 will still reside in CRM Only.
If required what kind of logic and where it should apply!
    Please help !
    Thanks

    Hi,
Are these customers created under various different account groups or a single account group?
All customer will be replicate to Account Group Z001 (Sold to party) in ECC.
We will be using external number range on Z001 in ECC. in CRM it will be only one grouping with number range associated.
Do you need to have a continuous number of customers which are being replicated to ERP, for this account group?
Yes, that is why we think we need external number range in ECC so that if customer 2 replicate first that customer 1 slot will be open for numbering !
Regarding your scenario I have some questions, will this happen that one of the customer gets replicated to CRM (as the licensing data is there) and another customer never gets replicated (because the licensing data was not updated) ?
yes, Ex. Sold to Party role in CRM customer 1 and Customer 2 created with. Customer 2 will have license info and so that he will be saved with license # XYZ. this customer will be replicated as Customer 2 in ECC.(same number range) Remember Customer 1 number in ECC will empty( external number range) since Customer 1 is not updated yet.
my concern is that. I would like to create both customer as sold to party with classification as customer. all data of customer 1 should not be replicated till licensing # is not updated. so based on custom field, entire master data will not be replicate to ECC.
    Thanks for all your help
